A cosy hidden bar that gives off major ancient apothecary vibes, a must-visit for gin lovers and cocktail enthusiasts, especially if you enjoy a good filthy martini!! They do mostly bespoke drinks, so just turn to the shelves of infused gin, where you’ll find all sorts of wild, wacky, and wonderful ingredients (think char siew, blue cheese, salted bacon, torched dates, fermented pineapple skin, and even Sichuan spiced duck heads), and/or get the bartender to whip up something based on your preferences—the possibilities are endless 🤪 Loved the refreshing, wonderfully fragrant Thai tea, gula melaka, ginger & lime sour; and the ssamjang (Korean soybean paste) martini, which was not just savoury, but also earthy and a little spicy. Soooo good.

loved the ambience of the place and the drinks were amazing. sue was so lovely in explaining all the drinks and when she said she would surprise us with her concoctions, she did not disappoint!! i personally loved their banana gin with coffee and my friend found the shrimp pineapple cocktail super refreshing. overall an amazing experience and i’d highly recommend anyone to come here for unique drinks! ❤️

One of my favourite cocktail bar spots in Singapore. Love the intimate vibes and drinks especially since the flavours are really unique, and they have a weekly rotating cocktail menu too!

Brought my cousin and girlfriend here for drinks. It had a super cool vibe that is reminiscent of an old hidden bar. The menu changes every day and they experiment with local food. Had seaweed and bakwa infused cocktails. Truly a unique experience I would highly recommend to anyone looking to bar hop!

Stellar experience during one of their bespoke nights. Fascinating decor and charming atmosphere (feels like you’re in Potions class for Potter fans) with an intriguing set of ingredients and garnishes to choose from. An adventurous mindset is rewarded; the drinks were fantastic!

Randomly stumbled upon this excellent bar from a Google search. It had glowing reviews (still does) and so decided to try it. There isn’t a board outside (like a speakeasy), so we couldn’t really spot it. We thought we had missed it when we found an old staircase that leads to this place. Initial impression upon seeing this hidden bar is old-school with a soul. There was a gentle music playing and there was a mix of Indian, American and even some local 70’s music being played. The decor is that of an old mama shop/Kirana store with things you would find in the 70’s or 80’s. There is no fixed menu of cocktails. Instead, your bartender will ask you what you are in the mood for and will accordingly concoct a custom cocktail. Our host was Daniel. He was very friendly and asked us what we were in the mood for. He made 4 brilliant cocktails from scratch, each matching the description of what we requested. There weren’t any overly strong flavours, and the drinks were really smooth. Excellent experience for someone seeking a unique cocktail experience in Singapore.

Rally cool experience at this bar. Gin infused drinks only … they were out of a couple that we wanted to try, but the ones we had were great. I like the blue pea drink, and the toasted coconut one was lovely as well. Great vibe to the whole place more than anything … a 1970s sort of feel. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic bespoke cocktails from the menu & also off menu. Great hospitality from George & Su, who recommended great off menu cocktails combining local ingredients infused with gin. Think Bakkwa Negroni made with Bakkwa infused gin. This blew my mind. A classic Negroni on the nose, but as soon as you take a sip of the cocktail, a delicious smoky hint of Bakkwa follows through on the palate. We also had a Cempedak & Bandung cocktail, and a Pistachio & Dragonfruit Sour. Followed by a Lychee & Beef Rendang Sour. Subtle hints of fruity lychee on the palate, and then suddenly a burst of beef rendang flavours - work of a genius. What blew my mind even further was when George introduced us to a Sichuan Pepper Barbecued Duckheads infused gin. I’ll leave it at that & let you figure out the rest. Will definitely be back soon for more bespoke cocktails!
