Oriental Residency

I stayed May 8th to May 23rd. Reception staff, concierge, gate people and the Restaurant staff are always happy to ensure you're experience is comfortable and happy. The lady and the young men who did the cleaning and room service are awesome. I will be back in Mumbai early next year and naturally will book here again. I have lovely memories of my stay, thank you so much.

I had a wonderful experience at Soul, Khar Road. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent as well – especially Mr. Ashutosh, who was extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care of with great hospitality. His polite nature and prompt service really stood out. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 24 people catching up after a long time. And we enjoyed coming to Soul for food. We often come here as they give prompt service the staff is polite and efficient esp Mr. Chandrapaul. For small gatherings or family dinner its an ideal place. Worth visiting again and again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice while I received dental treatment here in India & am very happy with the service, food & overall stay. And took get care of me when I fell ill. They made me feel welcome & appreciated. Highly recommend

We arrived in Mumbai for Dental work and our accommodation had been mixed up, so we were taken to The Oriental Residency to see if they could accommodate us for our 14 day stay! Without hesitation they said yes, we were given a room that had just been renovated, the room was very clean, has tea/coffee facilities, wifi, Australian movie channels, free bottles of water daily, rooms were serviced daily, fresh towels, the house keeping staff were amazing. At the front desk you are greeted by Deepak who is the duty manager, Sheebharn and Aakansha, who welcome you into the hotel, Sandesh who will happily carry and luggage or shopping to your room, and if you need a tuk tuk, taxi, or just general directions outside then you have Naveen who is security at the gate. Not to forget the general manager Sanjay who will go out of his way to make your stay very comfortable and amazing,🤩

Absolutely the Best Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had! Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this one truly stands out as the best. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Their hospitality was unmatched — not only did they offer me an early check-in without any hassle, but they also provided complimentary coffee and extra water bottles, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone I interacted with was super caring and attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile. One of the biggest perks was the location — it’s just a short walking distance from Linking Road, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. It’s rare to come across service this genuine and heartfelt. I can confidently say this hotel sets the standard for what true hospitality should be. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to everyone I know!

The hotel is easy walking to restaurants and shops surrounding close to Linking Road. Security is good with manned access areas and drive in. Rooms are well air conditioned clean with staffed reception after hours. In house restaurant and room service. Staff are honest and one staff member returned a dropped diamond ring and left on bed after making when I hadn’t even realised it had fallen off. Would recommend for all travellers including single travellers.
