Oriental Residency

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the location was perfectly central. I would especially like to mention and thank Deepak for his warm hospitality and for accommodating every request with a smile. We also appreciated the attentive service provided by Arun, Manohar, and Sunil during breakfast. A special mention goes to the security personnel at the gate, who greeted us warmly every single time. Overall, our stay truly felt like being at home.

My dad and I stayed at the Oriental Residency for about three weeks, and we had an amazing time. All the staff was so hospitable and helpful, which made our stay even more special. Our favorite part of the trip was, by far, the breakfast. Arun was so friendly and always made sure we had a wonderful meal. He remembered our orders and even suggested we try different dishes (we really recommend you try the oriental dosa)! Overall, wonderful stay and superb customer service.

The hotel stay was memorable. Clean and good rooms and easy access to the city. The hotel restaurant food was best in class and affordable… Overall excellent service. Would like to thank Mr. Deepak, Hotel Manager who ensured a comfortable stay, provided best services for all our guests.

Cute and comfortable hotel, stone's throw away from Pali Village shops, restaurants and bars. Seamless check in by the friendly and accommodating Team. Spacious and clean room that muted most of the street noise. Finally, the F&B team (thank you Arun) has to get a mention for their attentive and courteous breakfast service, with abundant choices and proper, ground coffee. Definitely consider Oriental Residency next time you plan to visit Bandra. Book directly with the hotel and save.

Food quality and taste is very good. Staff is cooperative and helpful right from main gate security. Rooms are good that too I was staying in the newly renovated room. I understand all the rooms are getting renovated soon. Regarding the noise level of party at late night I had mentioned in earlier review, when I chked next day morning I came to know that it was a group of sr citizens. This was bit surprising. I think ppl are equally responsible to ensure that others are not disturbed due to your so called enjoyment. Hotel staff has also a barrier of being polite due to the industry they operate. I would request hotel management to be more rigid on timings.

The morning breakfast manager Arun in the restaurant was my favorite part of the oriental residency. He was always friendly and made sure to go out of his way to make you feel welcome. I stayed for 2 weeks and he remembered my order from the very first visit. The hotel was going through renovations during my visit and the noise was horrendous. I didn't mind it during the day but not 10pm at night every night. Arun the breakfast manager was the best part of my stay and the only reason I stayed. The breakfast food was much more enjoyable than the dinner

Thanks to all to make the stay pleasant. Rooms are newly renovated and well made. Security service is top . Food excellent. Overall budget friendly and a service with a smile.

Overall food restaurant is excellent particularly cared by Mr. Arun Shetty supervisor. He is a very polite, humble and guest caring person in this restaurant. He offered and prepared the food as per the guest requirements and taste. I recommend for his next promotion and wish for his all success. REGARDS
