I have stayed at this hotel twice while I received dental treatment here in India & am very happy with the service, food & overall stay. And took get care of me when I fell ill. They made me feel welcome & appreciated. Highly recommend

Absolutely the Best Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had! Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this one truly stands out as the best. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Their hospitality was unmatched — not only did they offer me an early check-in without any hassle, but they also provided complimentary coffee and extra water bottles, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone I interacted with was super caring and attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile. One of the biggest perks was the location — it’s just a short walking distance from Linking Road, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. It’s rare to come across service this genuine and heartfelt. I can confidently say this hotel sets the standard for what true hospitality should be. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to everyone I know!

Frankly, I thought this was a bad decision, checking in here. But yet again, one mustn't judge a book by its cover. It's a slightly old hotel, but the staff and the service and their hospitality is exceptional. Definitely top notch. Mr. Deepak and the team are doing a fantastic job. The quality and taste of the food was another pleasant surprise. Plus the location is good as well. Lots of food joints nearby and BKC is about 15-20 mins. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel is easy walking to restaurants and shops surrounding close to Linking Road. Security is good with manned access areas and drive in. Rooms are well air conditioned clean with staffed reception after hours. In house restaurant and room service. Staff are honest and one staff member returned a dropped diamond ring and left on bed after making when I hadn’t even realised it had fallen off. Would recommend for all travellers including single travellers.

My family and myself have been coming to this hotel for the last 10 years and are extremely happy and satisfied with the services given to us by every member of their staff. They are very warm and welcoming starting from the pickup driver to the gate staff, concierge, receptionists , room service, kitchen staff to housekeeping cleaners we have never had any problems or issues. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The Owner of the hotel is a remarkable person. The food is excellent to suit our pallets. Always given us 100% attention. This is one of the safest hotels in the safest location where all amenities are easily accessible.

My stay with the family was excellent. The staff is polite and helpful. All our demands are attended to and fulfilled promptly. The food orders were delicious with suitable portion sizes. Willing to stay again during our next visit. The location of this hotel is also good with nearby markets and restaurants.

The hotel is a great value 3* Hotel and I would definately come again!!. The rooms were clean and any issues were quickly dealt with by the freindly staff. If there are any issues just speak to any of the senior staff and it will be sorted. Dipak and his team looked after us extremely well. Apologies for not remembering everyones names but Arun, Julian, Moray, Bhim, Sandesh, house keeping and front desk where all amazing . Location was brilliant and easily accessible. value for money was brilliant and the food was excellent Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. All the guests were friendly and everyone got on well. You get exactly what you pay for and this may not have been a 5* Hotel but we received 5* care. Thank You and Well done to everyone at Oriental Residency
