Visited Soul Restaurant which is located in The Oriental residency. Good Ambience with delicious food. This restaurant is offering multi cuisines and I also tried some of the best dishes here ❤️ Freshly served on time. Best to try in this season is Mango milkshake 🥭😍. Sea food at this place is also amazing. Loved their Hospitality and delicious food.

It is my pleasure to give a Five star review to this hotel for this location. First and foremost I felt very safe while I stayed here for 10 days. Topped with amazing front office staff, breakfast staff and Dinner staff. Special thanks to Mr. Deepak for his attention and for arranging our travel needs. Let me say again great budget hotel for tourist and super safe is what I felt.

This hotel being a 3 star impressed me with the location, rooms and service. |I booked the hotel very last minute on phone with Vrushbh. He assured me to just reach the hotel and everything will be taken care of.|Due to last minute booking, i was given a room in the smoking floor but my room did not smell of smoke at all. |Breakfast at the 1st floor was excellent too with a gkod mix of indian and continental cuisine.|Service overall in the hotel was excellent|Especially Vrushbh was very kind and professional. |I felt very comfortable and safe in the hotel.

I recently stayed at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Arun (soul resteraunt). Their attentiveness and friendliness made my stay truly enjoyable. |I highly recommend this hotel, thanks to their outstanding staff like Arun.

Our bathroom had a bad smell. The towels were rough, pillows were hard and the quilt left a lot of lint on our clothes. Room service was decent. The front desk was okay in terms of customer service. I heard them being yelled at by another customer as I was checking in about the hygiene of the place. Overall it’s an okay-ish place. The location was the highlight for me.

Nice hotel, small bathroom great location. The food is overly priced and kitchen closes at 11.00pm. Rooms are relatively clean and take your own bathing towel from Home. I would say it is worth the price, nothing fancy but would go and stay agian if required.

We had a reasonably comfortable stay here. The bed was comfortable, room layout was good, we appreciated that there was a table and chairs to sit down and eat. Sheets and towels were clean. Service was overall pretty good except for a prying receptionist who made assumptions about our booking instead of looking at the printout in front of him. The hotel restaurant and room service were very good. Things that notably took away from the comfort of our stay were that the shower didn't drain at all and that we had constant issues connecting two devices to the WiFi, which stopped working completely halfway through our stay.

The hotel is old with some minor faults such as a shower screen leaking from under the door, the light above the mirror doesn't work, the safe in the closet can't close properly etc. To make it worse, you can never expect the manager to solve the problems for you. You will always be told it is going to be fixed soon, but it turns out that you can never get the problems solved as they promised.
