Not for Everyone – Especially PWDs and Seniors
Our recent stay was a mixed bag. First, a heads-up: this place is not PWD- or senior-friendly. You’ll need to walk to the far end of Sabang Beach and deal with steep stairs just to reach the property. Definitely not ideal for those with mobility issues.
Service-wise, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which we appreciated. However, there were some hiccups—billing issues with food and even after checking out, they still contacted us to settle a bill they “forgot” to include, even though we confirmed everything at the front desk before leaving. It felt unprofessional, especially since we were already on our way back to Manila and couldn’t verify anything.
Room quality was like playing roulette. We booked three rooms, and two had malfunctioning air conditioning. We had to ask for electric fans just to get through the night. When we brought this up, we weren’t really assured that the units were properly maintained.
Food was tasty, but pricey—probably because they cater more to foreign tourists.
Overall, it’s an okay stay if you're not too picky and don’t mind splurging a bit. But if you're traveling with seniors or PWDs, or expect consistency in room quality and billing, this might not be the best choice.
