Nat and team are so welcoming and hospitable! Absolutely enjoying our stay here. Everything is just perfect and nothing is a bother. Amazing breakfast and they will cook you food for based on request and personal preference, don’t be shy to ask! Thankyou so much Mr Kobby for being such an amazing host and caring for us so wonderfully! I cannot express how appreciative we are of your generous hospitality. Oriental Siam Resort is my new home away from home. After 6 trips to Chiang Mai, I’m so glad I found this treasure!

I had a wonderful 6 days in this juwel of a hotel. I booked direct and got a fair deal. I made 3 day trips all arranged from the hotel and everything worked well. The a la carte breakfast is delicious served from the most charming and always smiling staff. I also had dinner in the restaurant and food was very fine at fair prices. My room was huge. Bedroom with large and comfortable double bed. Dressing room with powder table, mini bar and safe. Large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Room was very clean and kept clean during my stay. The rooms are situated in small buildings in a lush tropical garden with lots of birds and butterflies. Simply wonderful. The owner and all staff took so good care of me and i enjoyed every second here. The hotel is only a short drive away from the city centre. A Grab taxi was 140 baht. When I come back to Chiang Mai, this is the only place I want to stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Oriental Siam Resort. It is located a bit away from the city center, but that was our choice. You can easily get a Bolt or Grab (similar to Uber) and be in the city center for a minimal price. We wanted a place where our 2- and 3-year-old children could stretch their legs, stomp their feet, run around, and be free to raise their voices. Thus, we chose the Jasmine Honeymoon suite. The interior of the room is a bit dated, but acceptable and with enough space which is key for families. The grounds are very clean and the pool, even though a bit small, more than suffices for young children. The breakfast selection is small, but delicious and delighted my family. The owner, Nat, is very accommodating, answers emails and meets and greets your family whenever she sees you. The manger, Kobe, is a gift to the hotel. He speaks so many languages, is attentive to your needs and will offer advice on your day trips. He is not trying to make money from your stay as evidenced by his affirmation of me renting a car. Although I decided against it and used his recommendation which was a very comfortable choice. He seems to genuinely care about his job and your happiness. The young staff serving breakfast are charming and play with kids, are friendly and the entire staff make you feel at home. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and some are already trying to follow our itinerary with this resort being their home away from home. If you are coming to Chiang Mai, look no further than Oriental Siam Resort for a relaxing stay.

Definitely stay at the hotel again in the future.

The hotel is close to the town and features seven villas in a beautiful garden with a nice pool. Our kids enjoyed running around and playing a lot. The staff are extremely nice and the service was amazing, Nat the owner went the extra mile always to help us and provide us with everything needed. A fantastic experience, recommended by our family to all.

i have just spent 5 nights in the Oriental Siam. what a great experience we had, since the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly by koby and the team and Nat made sure to make us feel at ease and to explain everything we needed. the place is beautifull with a lot of nature and very calm, which is always nice after a day in the busy city. they have a big garden and two nice pools. it is located just outside chiang mai ,but very easy to reach by taxi or grab and we loved that it was not in the city. food was amazing and always fresh and what we loved the most was how caring Nat and her team was. They always go the length to make you feel great and enjoy. they made special dishes for our daughter that were always delicious and you can feel they do it with heart. this place really gives a relaxed and family feeling. The girls working at the restaurant/reception were really kind , smiling and so nice with us and particularly with our child. we really felt great and taken care of during these 6 days. to add to that the room was spacious and nicely decorated. we really hope to come back the next time we come to thailand, because we loved all about the place ! big hug to everyone from Me,Ama and Naya !

My family stayed here for 4 nights during September month. We have the best experience, the best vibe and super friendly staff. I really love their garden, it made you feel so relax. The pool was a hit for our children too. We stayed in the big wooden Thai house which was incredible spacious and always kept clean by their staff. We always come back to a bed made twice a day. The staff are incredible here, they made you feel so welcome and family feel. I would recommend anyone to book here, it's location is close to a lot of places our family visited in Chiang Mai. Relaxing atmosphere in nature with excellent Thai hospitality. It was an oasis where I could rest comfortably in a very clean room (actually like a Thai house of my own with patio and back deck, a large bathroom). Their restaurant is by their small pond in which you can admire watching beautiful fish, big and small, swimming around; an added beauty to the already well cared nature. The pool is small but you feel like you are in your own villa’s pool and it is crystal clear. My special thanks to the owner Miss Nat and the lovely staff who are doing a wonderful job making your stay comfortable; every detail is taken care of. Food is delicious, you can also pre-order whatever you would like to eat. I stayed 5 nights and I will miss here; definitely recommended for a peaceful cozy holiday with a traditional elegant Thai touch.
