Orientbank Hotel Istanbul, Autograph Collection

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. My wife and I spent five nights here in November 2025 and found its location ideal. Close to major attractions. The staff impressed us with their exceptional service, everyone we met was incredibly helpful. When we arrived, Eyup Can, the front desk manager, welcomed us with wine and fresh juice and upgraded us to a suite thanks to my Platinum membership. He also gave us excellent dinner recommendations based on our tastes every night & made reservation, all of which were spot on. Furkan Kaval, another front desk team member, shared useful tips about local sights, shopping, restaurants, and suggested a Turkish bath that turned out to be fantastic. The staff consistently went above and beyond for us. Samet, also at the front desk, recommended a shop for Turkish delights at the spice market and generously accompanied us to introduce us to the shop manager.|Based on our request, they also booked a private guide for the city tour and a Bosphorus sunset cruise, both of which were outstanding experiences. The James Bond film Skyfall was shot at this hotel, yet it's surprising that there isn't more active promotion of this fact. I recommend that the hotel management display photos and video clips from the movie throughout the hotel. Another standout feature is the rooftop lounge, a compact glass dome that provides sweeping views of the Old Town.|I highly recommend this place

The location is excellent and the building itself has a beautiful, historic atmosphere. What truly stood out, though, was the concierge service—especially Furkan. From check-in onward, Furkan helped with everything: recommending and booking a Turkish spa, suggesting restaurants, and making reservations. We stayed in touch via WhatsApp throughout my stay, so changing plans was incredibly easy and stress-free. The basement bar and rooftop were both lovely. I had seen some negative reviews about the bathroom, but I personally had no issues. Thanks to my Platinum status, I was able to enjoy early check-in and a 4:00 PM late check-out, and I also enjoyed the traditional Turkish breakfast. On check-out day, road closures due to the Pope’s visit made taxis unavailable nearby, but the staff kindly walked me to the tram stop, lent me an umbrella, and even carried my suitcase. They even insisted I keep the umbrella at the end—service was thoughtful until the very last moment. Highly recommended, with special thanks to Furkan and the team!

It was a lovely hotel, near to everything. Spice bazaar is just 50m away.. near tram stop and pier.. easy to go new European side by tram and Asian side by ferry.. will stay here again

This was a lovely hotel, but what made it exceptional was the superb level of customer service. From our arrival until departure, and at all points in between, the staff seemed committed to ensuring our stay was memorable and enjoyable. They succeeded! We've stayed at a variety of hotels in Istanbul, but when we next return, we intend to stay here once again. Thanks to everyone at the Orientbank for making our visit so special. I also recommend trying the Turkish breakfast; it is an adventure in itself.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were truly exceptional – incredibly helpful, well-trained, and always polite. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The Turkish breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh, local dishes every morning. The location is simply unbeatable – you couldn’t ask for a better spot in Istanbul. A beautiful terrace offering stunning panoramic views of the Bosphorus. It was the perfect place to relax and soak in the atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Amazing hotel located near the city centre close to all the tourist attractions. The most impressive part of our stay had to be the service from all the staff at the hotel, super friendly and helpful - Emre in particular was great and definitely made our much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend if youre staying around istanbul!

Orientbank Hotel is a very good place to stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was absolutely amazing — honestly one of the highlights of the stay. What truly makes this hotel special is its historical background. Staying here feels like stepping into a piece of history, and it’s even more impressive knowing that scenes from a James Bond movie were filmed here. That alone gives the place a unique atmosphere you don’t find everywhere. On top of that, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable hotel in the middle of the old town of Istanbul, steps from the Egyptian (spice) bazaar and 10 mins walk from the Grand Bazaar. Very walkable to all of the major visitor spots and to public transport which makes travel to/from IST airport doable. Small & friendly team. Rooftop is worth visiting both day & night for views of the city & river. Rooms aren’t huge but it’s a small building. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite which was around the same size of other ‘standard’ hotel rooms. I’d definitely stay again.
