After a long travel day, we arrived at the Orgin Hotel. It was 12:45 a.m., and we waited for the attendent to come. The doors were open and her purse was visible. We search for the attendant for about 30 minutes and after awhile my boyfriend finally went to get our luggage, while I called the front desk several times. No one answered the hotel's telephone. The front attendant finally showed up, after another 10 minutes, and she told me that she was outside in the vallet parking lot. I thought this is interesting and very odd. I then asked the attendant," Is it safe to leave the doors open?" She quickly replied," It's a safe area and I close the doors at 2:00 a.m. "The attendant promptly checked us in, put some purfume on, lotioned her hands and we left to our room. This was the first incient.
Today, I reached out to the front desk to ask for my room to be cleaned. The front desk attendant was very nice and noted my request. After I went out and returned to my room, a few hours later, I found my room the same condition that I left it. I returned to the front desk to inquire about the reason why my room was not cleaned and the attendant replied, " The housekeepers already left for the day." Subsquently, the maintence person dropped off my clean liens and I completed the above task myself. I can tell you that I have traveled all over the country and internationally and I have never had to change my own liens. This was a the second issue that I had within a 24 hour period! I will never return to this hotel in spite of the warm and pleasant feeling that I received from the staff, with the exception of the "ghost attendant" who greeted us at the start of our much needed vacation. I would give the other staff a 5 out of 5. Last, I normally would not write a review, but this experience was forced me to act and not be silent.
