The food is amazingly good. The wine pairing is perfect The restaurant is beautiful, clean and the service was perfect tonight, Merci Monique! If you pass by, it’s a must, we will for sure come back whenever we are in the area! I wouldn’t recommend bringing children since it is a selected menu which changes weekly. It’s adult type food, fresh, tasty beautiful and a sooo good!

Ben and team made the experience exquisite from the moment we arrived until the moment the door closed behind us. The focused menu still left room for tough choices, the portions were generous, the flavour combinations unique and delicious and the service was knowledgeable, warm and professional. A dinner to remember!

My wife and I chose Origines to help us celebrate our anniversary last fall. We chose the Chef's Choice as we are both seafood lovers. We were not disappointed! The meal consisted of 5 courses plus dessert. The flavours and presentations were wonderful and, contrary to what some other posters have written, we went home with full tummies! They have a super five-course tasting dinner menu that changes weekly. The refined dishes are cooked with subtlety, presented with finesse, and served gracefully. I think this ranks among the best restaurant food available in New Brunswick at this time (Fall 2020).

We are on a road trip through Canada and stopped here for dinner. It is a beautiful setting for a delicious meal. The menu changes weekly and offered a nice variety. We especially liked the scallop dish, the lobster ravioli starter had many textures and flavors was also wonderful though small in size and the risotto that accompanied the chicken dish was outstanding. The kitchen is the focal point of the room and it was great fun to watch them at work. Service was charming.

Everything about our meal was perfection. From the attentive service, to the relaxed ambiance (very cool open kitchen) to the marvelous food, this place is a must try. The pasta ( scallop carbonara) was so good that I couldn't stop smiling while eating it! The grilled tuna was also wonderful. Loved the wine pairing as well, and the 3oz or 5oz option. Can't wait to come back!

Marvellous restaurant with a fantastic view of Caraquet bay. I ate the best piece of meat and lobster/cod bisque of my life. There's a very good choice of wine and cocktails. The menu is table d'hôtes style. The service is excellent. The restaurant is new and clean.
