This bakery came highly recommended, so expectations were super high! I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Enigma, the Michelin starred restaurant, uses their sourdough!! That alone says a lot, since sourdough is clearly their specialty.
I tried the Mico, which is basically a caramelized croissant muffin. Flaky and crunchy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside, very croissant like but in a shape of a muffin. It was pretty good, though definitely on the sticky side. I also ordered an iced latte, which was solid and paired well with the pastry.
