Orion Hotel Castle Garden

Arrived and greeted by a great man at reception. Very helpful. Location is amazing for all attractions ||We were leaving before breakfast starts and the gentleman arranged for breakfast to be | ready before 7am. Much appreciated ||I would happily give it more stars but disappointed that we booked and paid for deluxe double to be given a Twin |Decor could do with updating and modernised ||All in all. I would stay again if in the area with friends or business. It not for a weekend away.

Hotel Orion Varkert is an excellent choice in Budapest. The neighborhood is lovely and you can easily stroll to the Chain Bridge or make an easy climb up to the Castle District. It is also very convenient for the Rudas Baths. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the breakfast is very good as is the coffee.|You can catch a tram around the corner and travel up and down the Buda side of the Danube making easy connections to all other parts of the cental city. This small hotel is a real gem.

Good place for a base to see Budapest. Found on the Buda side [quiet]. Easy to navigate frequent buses and trams to other side. Over 65s free too on all transport. Hotel was comfortable and very clean. Rather outdated but not a problem to us. Recommend if you have breakfast the continental choice. Cooked not that good. Friendly hosts.

Loved it. Don't expect champagne for lemonade prices. This is not a Marriott hotel. But it's spotlessly clean with a very friendly staff. Not huge choice for breakfast but more than enough. Very very close to the bridge , castle and castle area. Great value for money. I'd happily stay there again

Wonderful place to stay. Just steps from the Danube and a short walk to the Chain bridge and other attractions. Friendly attentive front desk staff. Delicious breakfast! We stayed in room 11. Very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and small sofa and desk. Closet space. Plug ins on both sides of bed. Quiet.

Lovely hotel in a nice location. Friendly, helpful staff. You can easily make your way to all the main attractions from here.

A beautiful hotel at a nice, quiet location close to the center (and even closer to the trams). The staff was really friendly, beds comfy, and breakfast tasty. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars was that in our case the rooms weren't too clean and there were some ants inside near the balcony and in the bathroom. Besides that we very much enjoyed our first stay in Budapest and I highly recommend Hotel Orion Varkert.

Great hotel. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Rooms are clean, showers great room was quite warm even with air-conditioning off. I would recommend Orion 👌 😌 ☺️
