Oritel Service Apartments

This place seems good only in pictures,my sister stayed here and this place sucks, hospitality is below avg,food is below avg,this guys don't even return the security deposit,she got half deposit after 2years of constantly asking for it..no gym,no swimming pool..no facilities are available.The lane for this property is the worst part,people are creeps there,they stare they drink near the lane which makes it very unsafe to roam near the property

I am staying in this Service Apartment for business purposes. Its really good but the location is not that much good. Food quality is normal. You can take the thaki which is with in 400 Rs. I got 1BHK apartment which actually can accomodate 2 people easily. Bathroom is good. View is good from upper floor. Breakfast is complimentary. But there is not much options available. But lunch and dinner you can order from their resturent which is good. Overall staying experience is good. Its almost 20 years property but well maintained. Wi Fi is free but you have to enable that from reception.

1) Breakfast is nice.. Can have small buffet. 2) Internet for only 2 hours, this they have to improve. 3) Service is good, if we want anythings like iron box, etc.. Immediately they will arrange 4) don't expect for bottled mineral in our rooms, but pure drinking water is provided 5) budget friendly

Was there for an engagement ceremony recently and was very impressed with the place. While it's not sprawling or overly lavish, it's perfect for fairly big events. Extremely courteous staff right from the attendants who help in parking till the waiters and other helpers.. was very impressed with the food as well. Only problem if I have would be with the accessibility of the place - it is very difficult to reach there if one isn't in Powai and the second one being the lack of parking. It becomes a little difficult to reach. Once there it's a wonderful place. Overall, loved my visit there and would definitely recommend it. The service apartments seemed pretty good as well. Basic, but sufficient. Nice place with a good vibe. Highly recommended:)

A nice break from a typical hotel kind of stay! Each room is set up like an apartment with a separate sitting area and bedroom, with a fridge and ironing table. What I liked most about this place is that despite having so many apartments within the building they managed to have this massive open area in the center. This made the place have a nice-and-airy feeling. Again, that replicating a home kind of environment, and not a hotel's. Food is available throughout the day, and even the after-hours room service has a wide range of options to choose from - to add, the charges aren't too high for ordering food after-hours. The breakfast options also were good. All in all, a comfortable stay, with all basic amenities and services well taken care of.

First time stayed at a service apartment as no hotels were available in Mumbai. Rooms are good and spacious, neat and clean as well..... So no complaints on that front. Bathrooms are not great.... Toilet seats were bad in the first apartment I checked in, so requested for a change. But overall bathroom quality was not good. Reception is slow to respond. Breakfast..... Not a good idea to have breakfast at this place. Limited spread and that too nothing great. Ok you pay somewhat lower than a hotel but the compromise is large. This idea of service apartment is good if a family of 4 is traveling together and is ideal in such a case as you don't shell out too much from your pocket.

The rooms are of varying size however rate remains same. My room didn't even have a table. Cramped up. Very old building and can feel it from the upkeep. Small bathrooms. Wi-Fi is mess, you need to call reception every time to connect it. Breakfast Buffet is OK. Ppl leave plates outside room as no one comes to collect it back until next day afternoon. Absolutely mismanaged in the housekeeping and upkeep dept.

Me and my family stayed at this place when we had been to Powai , Mumbai for some official work. This place suited us the best as it was 15 mins walking distance from the place of work where we had to be. Its a service apartment. I had booked a studio apartment for 3 people however the receptionist Mr. Devi was very kind to us and gave us a free upgrade to a 1 BHK. It was spacious. One bedroom with 2 beds and a mattress for the extra person. A hall with sofa and tv, a kitchen and a dining table. The place is remotely located at the foothills besides the lake. Its a calm and quite place. The place serves food 24hrs and also offers a free breakfast with a buffet spread. The food is very good with a wide variety of cuisines. There is a entire menu card of varieties with room service option available. There are also a lot 9f small features around the place about 5 mins walking distance. A DMart is situated just around the corner which makes it convenient for any grocery shopping. However being a serviCe apartment it's not equipped for cooking by your self. There is ample parking space at the place. A gym and a swimming pool forms a part of the amenities. Overall a great experience and our purpose well served. I appreciate Miss Kiran as well for graciously allowing us a late check-out for a genuine reason. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room service is quick and clean. Please do visit the place when in Powai Mumbai. Its a good value for money. All the best and wish you success.
