Oritel Service Apartments

The hotel provide's a good, all you can eat buffet service. The menu has different ranges of cousine. As a person from south I found the food to be good, though the breakfast for somedays was not as good as the lunch and dinner. ||The cleaning services are available everyday. The rooms are well maintained, clean and tidy. ||The only unsatisfactory thing about the stay was the mobile data connection was unstable. Sometimes you get really good internet connection and sometimes not. ||||Overall it's a really good place to stay and you would not compromise on your comfort.

Pathetic maintenance, No landline pone Wifi not working and Electric wires are hanging near bed Reception boy (Arjun) age seems to be 15-16; who don't know how to talk and behave with customer we have corporate booking with this stupid service apartment They have given room 502 (Fifth floor), when we went there not cleaned , then second time they shifted B001 - wifi was not connecting and unfortunately there' is no landline phone When I walked to reception and told about wifi and landline phone ; they sent landline phone but there is no connection point finally they shifted to fist floor (102); there are also Wifi is not working SITUATION IS REALLY PATHETIC When we have told the situation at reception Stupid fellow Arjun saying adjust to face the hotel at that night WHERE IS THE BASIC HOSPITALITY ? paying 200/night also not worthy for family this hotel is not all suitable as lot of safety issue Regarding brackfast it is better not to speak Overall I can say this one worst hotel/ service apartment in entire Mumbai

It is ok for short stay.. rooms were clean, bathroom was clean and ok. the sudio rooms are very small for this price of 5k per night.. but we don't have many options around this area..

1) Breakfast is nice.. Can have small buffet. 2) Internet for only 2 hours, this they have to improve. 3) Service is good, if we want anythings like iron box, etc.. Immediately they will arrange 4) don't expect for bottled mineral in our rooms, but pure drinking water is provided 5) budget friendly

Was there for an engagement ceremony recently and was very impressed with the place. While it's not sprawling or overly lavish, it's perfect for fairly big events. Extremely courteous staff right from the attendants who help in parking till the waiters and other helpers.. was very impressed with the food as well. Only problem if I have would be with the accessibility of the place - it is very difficult to reach there if one isn't in Powai and the second one being the lack of parking. It becomes a little difficult to reach. Once there it's a wonderful place. Overall, loved my visit there and would definitely recommend it. The service apartments seemed pretty good as well. Basic, but sufficient. Nice place with a good vibe. Highly recommended:)

Rooms are in very bad condition. Doors locks were not working. Windows didn't have curtains. Very pathetic experience. The person incharge was not even listening to complaints. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I am staying in this Service Apartment for business purposes. Its really good but the location is not that much good. Food quality is normal. You can take the thaki which is with in 400 Rs. I got 1BHK apartment which actually can accomodate 2 people easily. Bathroom is good. View is good from upper floor. Breakfast is complimentary. But there is not much options available. But lunch and dinner you can order from their resturent which is good. Overall staying experience is good. Its almost 20 years property but well maintained. Wi Fi is free but you have to enable that from reception.

Nice place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool wasn't working as shown in photo. There is a gym with basic equipments. Water bottles are overpriced and you get one per day per head. Good and affordable stay in. Mumbai
