Orlando Rent A Villa

So there are 9 of us in the group that we brought this year. Just arrived Saturday! Mind you this house is 10 bedrooms and sleeps up to 27!! Not ONE potholder, a few SMALL pans, 2 salad bowls from the dollar store that were cracked. Nothing to accommodate 9 of us let alone 20 or more. The house LOOKS nice but is not user friendly. Garage is the “game” room where it’s above 100 degrees. There’s a small AC unit that has been running since we got here 3 days ago and it’s still 100 degrees. So that room is basically useless. Shame because it has the fuseball, ping pong, and arcade games. House this size also needs more then one fridge. House was setup poorly. And pool is just as HOT as hot tub. How is that supposed to feel good with 90 degree temps in Florida??? 🤔🤦🏼‍♀️ Disappointed is putting it nicely!!!

I had a fantastic stay in my Orlando rent a Villa rental in Davenport! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The house in person looks so much better than the pictures. My family enjoyed the hot tub and pool — the game room was incredibly fun and the movie room was a huge hit! We also love the convenience of the built in grill and unlike many other rentals — this one doesn’t charge you extra to use the grill. The hosts were always quick with their responses to any questions we had and issues were resolved swiftly. The area was very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place on their Disney vacation.

The contactless check-in went smoothly: The house was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds in the master bedroom were a little worn but still acceptable. Only the pool area could be a little better maintained and the furniture was not very comfortable. We bought our own chairs so that we could sit outside more comfortably. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. All attractions and parks are within easy reach. Supermarkets (Publix, Walmart) are in the immediate vicinity. All in all, we felt very comfortable in the area and neighborhood. Best regards

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was roomy and clean. For anyone wanting to stay with them I would recommend so know if you get a home with a jacuzzi the heat for it is not included and is a separate charge.

We had a great stay overall at the Tropical Plans Circle house in Solara Resort. The home is spacious, clean, and comfortably fit our group of six. Beds were cozy, and the amenities were decent. Check-in and daily entry were smooth—security at the gate was friendly and efficient. Customer service was the highlight: responsive during business hours, and they even let me back in after checkout to retrieve a forgotten pillow. That said, there were some drawbacks: the thermostat couldn’t go below 71°F, and not all bedrooms had ceiling fans, making it too warm at night. There were a few maintenance issues (broken fridge shelf, faulty ice maker, etc.), and the washer/dryer doors opened awkwardly. No laundry basket or vacuum were provided. The location is more remote than expected—about 15 minutes to a main road and not many restaurants nearby. The registration process before arrival was also frustrating and took several attempts. Our biggest issue was the extremely loud neighbors next door—large group, constant noise, loud music, children shrieking, and karaoke with microphone and speaker until 10 PM. It was hard to relax, even inside the house with doors and windows closed. **Overall, we recommend the house for its space, comfort, and great customer service!**

The home I stayed in was perfect!! Very accommodating, clean, and spacious. It’s in a prime location if you plan on visiting the Disney attractions. The themed rooms were awesome! The game room and the pool with the jacuzzi combo were amazing as well for keeping the family entertained . This is definitely the perfect vacation home.

Great atmosphere very clean. I was in a family trip. I enjoyed it. Definitely highly recommended. I tried multiply location this one of the best location and safety area friendly company and quality for the price top top notch service and Cleanliness was very good the definitely appreciated the customer the stay in touch to make sure everything when good until we left after my kids enjoyed the 5 days vacation in Orlando close to Disneyland And more fun places

The 4 bedroom house we rented in Clermont, FL was awesome. It was super clean and had loads of amenities. We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.
