Orlando Rent A Villa

So there are 9 of us in the group that we brought this year. Just arrived Saturday! Mind you this house is 10 bedrooms and sleeps up to 27!! Not ONE potholder, a few SMALL pans, 2 salad bowls from the dollar store that were cracked. Nothing to accommodate 9 of us let alone 20 or more. The house LOOKS nice but is not user friendly. Garage is the “game” room where it’s above 100 degrees. There’s a small AC unit that has been running since we got here 3 days ago and it’s still 100 degrees. So that room is basically useless. Shame because it has the fuseball, ping pong, and arcade games. House this size also needs more then one fridge. House was setup poorly. And pool is just as HOT as hot tub. How is that supposed to feel good with 90 degree temps in Florida??? 🤔🤦🏼‍♀️ Disappointed is putting it nicely!!!

House was so nice. Tank (bartender) AMAZING 10/10. But the security at the gate has to be the most unorganized, no one has the same process. Some people have a power trip. Rude, ignorant, incompetent. I’m in Florida too much, and I know I will never go back with this company solely off that awful staff at the gate.

The contactless check-in went smoothly: The house was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds in the master bedroom were a little worn but still acceptable. Only the pool area could be a little better maintained and the furniture was not very comfortable. We bought our own chairs so that we could sit outside more comfortably. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. All attractions and parks are within easy reach. Supermarkets (Publix, Walmart) are in the immediate vicinity. All in all, we felt very comfortable in the area and neighborhood. Best regards

What a beautiful stay. My family had a great time. From the wide eye surprise 😮 on how big the house was to the laughs and memories made. The opened floor plan on the first floor helped to be family oriented seeing and speaking to one another. The backyard and pool area was so much fun. The clean and lighting by the pool made us enjoy it in the morning and night time. The use of the facility was perfect. Bathrooms, washer, dryer, kitchen, gave us everything we needed for our family to have what we needed for stress free week long stay. Safety mattered to me as a parent. From the alarm walking in, to the pool alarm, helped calm my fears as I have a 5 year old. Being in an unfamiliar place, having the Stay alarm system made my sleep that much more restful. The bedrooms were so comfortable. Big bedrooms, king size beds, double and single beds were perfect for family of 7. The house was so close to Disney and other fun events. I can't wait to stay here again.

Serious data breach, ruined holiday, and shocking lack of accountability – avoid this company Our holiday experience with this villa company was completely ruined due to a serious data breach and the way it was handled. My personal booking information ended up in the hands of scammers, exposing us to huge stress and worry when we should have been enjoying our time away. What made matters worse was the company’s response. Instead of showing responsibility, empathy, or offering genuine support, they tried to shift the blame. Incredibly, the manager even suggested that previous guests might have hacked into their system — an implausible excuse that highlights their refusal to admit to their own security failings. The impact on our holiday was enormous. We had to take time out of our trip to make official statements at the local sheriff’s office, wasting hours we should have spent relaxing and enjoying our holiday. We also had to request a new door key code for the villa to feel safe, yet this wasn’t even properly changed until the very last day of our stay. At no point did we feel reassured or protected by the company. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, they remained dismissive, unsympathetic, and unaccountable. Their lack of transparency, failure to act quickly, and refusal to accept responsibility left us feeling completely abandoned. This experience has destroyed any trust we had in this company. It is unacceptable in today’s world for customer data to be handled so carelessly, and even worse for a business to then try to deflect blame and avoid responsibility. For your own peace of mind, I would strongly urge others to avoid booking with this company. They cannot be trusted to protect personal information, nor will they support you when their failures put your safety and security at risk.

I had a fantastic stay in my Orlando rent a Villa rental in Davenport! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The house in person looks so much better than the pictures. My family enjoyed the hot tub and pool — the game room was incredibly fun and the movie room was a huge hit! We also love the convenience of the built in grill and unlike many other rentals — this one doesn’t charge you extra to use the grill. The hosts were always quick with their responses to any questions we had and issues were resolved swiftly. The area was very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place on their Disney vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was roomy and clean. For anyone wanting to stay with them I would recommend so know if you get a home with a jacuzzi the heat for it is not included and is a separate charge.

I just recently stayed at the Airbnb in Clermont hosted by Eagle. My visit was 5 days long for a music festival and i did not run into a single problem! Check-in/out instructions were simple and easy. I would 100% recommend and stay again!
