Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets

We came to these outlet on Sunday evening, couple of hours before closing. The parking lot was packed, but we got a spot quickly. The outlet was clean and organized. Liked the broad walking paths that had sunshades on top and palm trees in the middle. We were able to go around easily despite it was raining. They had all the popular brands stores in here, from luxurious ones like Versace, Gucci to regular ones like Nike, Adidas, Guess, Express, Crocs and of course even a Disney merchandise store. The food court was huge indoor space with lots of options available including Shake Shake, Sarku, Starbucks and Charley’s Philly Streaks. We bought few items from different stores. Prices were fairly decent. All the associates we interacted with were friendly. It’s a nice spot to catch a break after spending multiple days in different theme parks around Orlando.

One of a kind, well laid out, lots of parking and amazing luxury stores. We found everything and more while on our mini vacation. From athletic wear to luxury handbags to Latin food, Disney stores and more, we had a fun filled day. The mall is very clean, buzzing and has cute cafes all around so you can grab a bite, if you don’t want a full meal . They also had a diverse food court, with clean, healthy meals. We got there early and found good parking. The restrooms are also clean, even with the bustle of tourists everywhere. Disney, Seaworld, universal are just a stones throw away!

I recently visited this shopping center and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The restrooms were in very poor condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and unpleasant to use. Even more concerning was the behavior of one of the restroom attendants, who appeared to mock customers, acted unprofessionally, and was not polite or respectful. Customer service throughout the center was equally unsatisfactory. Staff members at the customer service area were unhelpful and displayed a dismissive attitude. Parking continues to be a significant challenge, making the visit unnecessarily stressful. Additionally, many stores lacked worthwhile promotions or specials, and in several instances, staff members were either unavailable or unwilling to assist. This appears to be an ongoing, location-wide issue rather than an isolated incident. Finally, the pricing across multiple stores was higher than expected, which did not align with the level of service or overall shopping experience provided. Overall, this shopping center requires significant improvements in cleanliness, customer service training, parking management, and pricing strategy to meet basic customer expectations.

Give it three stars because parking is horrific. But if you plan on getting something special, you most likely will find something. I always encourage to go early because the crowds are large and can get crowded. All outside shopping but lots of stores to choose from.

This is an incredibly big outlet with lots of renowned brands such as La Costs, Tommy, Katey Spade, Armani, CK and much more. I have been to Tommy and they offer generous discounts. Keep an eye for discounts. Thank you.

Overall this is a good outlet mall with all of the high end name brands you would expect. I came here on a Sunday. I would not recommend this. Multiple different entrances.

Definitely one of my favourite premium outlet malls in the USA. If you’re looking for big brands, they have everything from Tumi to Lululemon, Prada, Gucci, Burberry and more. I used to check out of my hotel and bring my suitcase as everyone has the wheeling around and shop your hours before heading to the airport to catch your flight back home.

We visited the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets for Thanksgiving shopping, and while it was a fantastic shopping destination, finding parking was a challenge. It took us about 10-15 minutes of driving around the parking lots before we finally secured a spot, which is understandable given the holiday rush. Gucci, Nike, Coach--whatever you need, they got it for the low. Deals be crazy out here, yo. You tryna flex on a budget? This the place. Now, real talk, the food court? Meh. Ain't nobody pullin' up for gourmet eats, though. You grab a pretzel, sip on a lemonade, and keep it movin'. Parking? Bruh, that's where it's wild. You gotta fight for a spot like it's the Hunger Games out there. But once you in, you golden. Leave them Charles Cheese Steaks. Overall, this joint fire if you tryna stack some fits without goin' broke. Just come ready to hustle for them sales and dodge the tourists. Keep it real, keep it fresh, and don't sleep on the discounts, aight?

Impressive number of high end retail with some really, really good deals! I got a Bottega Veneta bag I've been eyeing for a while for a whopping $2000 off. I'm already in love with her. The hubby got a beautiful sports coat from Armani for about $600 off. Everyone was having great promos. If I had an extra hour or so I could have done some serious damage. My only complaint was the parking lot. The need to extend the parking spots as every truck was over the line significantly. We were driving a mid-size compact and it took ten minutes to actually find a spot that fit. I would absolutely shop here again.

This outlet is HUGE. It has everything you want and need. Parking is a pain in the a**. It is worth the valet parking for $12. I almost went that route but I was finally able to find a spot after 20 mins and I'm not exaggerating. The parking spots itself are on the smaller end and tight. We mainly came to the disney outlet store. Line looks long but it goes by fast. It's tight in there but the prices are really good and well worth it. I was too tired to go anywhere else so we left lol.

Parking is horrible and they charge to use their garage whereas is free at Disney Springs, where they have many of the same store and same prices.

Every time I'm in Disney Wold I always need to take a break from the parks. What better than to stop by and do some outlet shopping. This mall is a close hop from Disney and a really popular place to spend some time. All hour typical outlet stores are here. The layout of the mall makes for a nice walk while hitting all the popular stores. There's a nice food court in the center for when you need to take a break. And also some shops around the perimeter areas. I like the mix of store. From discount to luxury. Prada and Gucci are great store s but also can have long lines. The character warehouse is also a great place for some deals. There's an amazing selection of of stores for everyone. Take your time and hunt for this great deals. It a nice break from the parks and worth your while.

Good options here ranging from mall like to high end. Sad that they have to have security at a high end outlet store and only allow in a few people at a time. I guess it's a sign of the times. We spent a few hours here during our Disney trip and what stands out weeks later is how stressful the parking was to find. We ended up paying for garage after nearly getting run over for a parking spot. It's extremely crowded so just pay for parking and keep your stress level to a minimum.

Great stores, good facilities, famous brands, good promotions in some shops, easy parking, it is worth visiting and shopping here.

I always make a stop at these outlets when in town because they never disappoint. The stores I make sure to stop by are: Prada Tory Burch Ugg Disney Warehouse On my first visit to these outlets, I found myself a cute Prada crossbody from their Nylon collection for such a reasonable price. This time around I bought myself a Tory Burch crossbody and I am obsessed. The Disney store warehouse is full of goodies but the line is always long. Expect to wait about 1 hour to get inside. Definitely stop by if you can!

It's an amazing place to shop, all staff supper nice , good variety of shops , recommend 100%.

This used to be my favorite outlet mall in Orlando but NO MORE. Came on a Tuesday midday. Drove around for over 15 minutes trolling for a parking spot with hundreds doing the same thing. 2-3 cars waiting and chasing everyone who came out to leave. It used to be you'd just park in the large parking garage in the back but they now want $10 to park!!!!! And valet is $15. There is no place to park unless you come early or get lucky. Better options are about three miles away called LBV Factory Stores. Not nearly as big but lots of good ones and tons of parking. Or go back towards Downtown Orlando on I-Drive to Orlando International Premium Outlets. Also busy but tons of parking lots.

Always find great deals every time we come here! Just very crowded due to the tourists. Not a big variety of places to eat.

Well, in the area, we checked it out one evening and grabbed a purse and some sunglasses. Experiences was OK . It wasn't too many tourists so that was cool. You know our model we tried to get in and get out of stores and places as quick as we can and we did just that. Wow there we actually had good customer service and got a good park so there's not too much negative. I can say beyond that. If you tourist or even a local person this outlet will have at least some that catches your attention.

Typical Simon Property outlet. There might be a few more higher end places here but we were NOT standing in line to get in the Gucci store. A lot of the other stores were also either too crowded or not stocked at all. Should have gone to a theme park.....

this place is busyyyyyyyy! like it's going to take you 30-40 minutes to find a parking spot. but it's worth it as this outlet is huge! we primarily came for the Disney Warehouse Outlet, but we loved the fact that they had so many shoe outlets lol my family spent so much money at Asics. the Hoka store was kind of small - definitely didn't have a lot of sizes for smaller feet (sizes 5-6). the Disney outlet always has a line, but moved fairly quickly depending on what they have in store that day.

These outlets have so many different stores from mid to high range . Prices are so good compared to other outlets. You need couple days to go through all the stores . lululemon Outlet is huge and is always well stocked.

This is my go-to outlet mall in Orlando because of the plethora of stores to choose from catering to every budget range, from mid to high-end designer stores. However, most shoppers will experience long lines during the weekends and busy season since Orlando is a touristy area, especially to if you are planning on shopping at stores like Gucci, Prada, etc. The type of service I received is dependent on how busy it is, some stores are excellent in handling large volumes of customers while others were overwhelmed. Another issue one might experience is parking. There's two options: paid or free parking. Paid parking is located in the garage and free parking is in the open air spaces. Overall, I've found great deals in this area and will highly recommend it to anyone in Orlando.

This is a wonderful outlet mall to buy high end clothing and products at a discounted price! It's also a nice place to walk around and get some food! They have a food court with several different food options like Chinese, Shake Shack, Starbucks, a chipotle style restaurant, Philly cheesesteaks place and many more! The stores they have are Gucci, American Eagle, Children's Place, J. Crew, Nike, Under Amour and many more! They also sale luggage, hair products, perfumes, phone cases in the middle of the mall at kiosks. The trash cans around the mall was over filling and a lot of trash left behind on outside benches. Parking is absolutely terrible. I parked in the parking garage on the second floor thinking I could go down a elevator or even stairs because I had a stroller with me. Both the elevator and stairs were "out of order"

Worst. Parking. Ever. Oh my God. Pulled into this place they refer to as an outlet mall by mistake and it took half an hour to escape the absolutely out of control nightmare they call the parking lot. Never left the car. I've never in all my life experienced such mass desperation and mania in motorized vehicular insanity. What can this place possibly have to make anyone endure the pain and horror of trying to park here? Nothing. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Avoid at all costs unless you have lost your desire to exist because this the mother of all life sucking parking black holes.

As with most outlets, they have a lot of big name stores here. You can come here to try and get a good deal, but it can be like looking for a needle in a haystack! That goes with parking as well! We last stopped here on a Friday evening to buy something that I needed for the Walt Disney World Marathon. My friend and I couldn't find a parking spot, so she circled around the parking lot while I went into the Nike store to buy what I needed. Once I had paid for my item, my friend rolled up with the car and we were on our way. If possible, try to come here during off-peak hours.

Crazy weather in Florida and this was one of those trips. Rained while we were here and so with all the stores being separate from one another, we had to wait in line outside. Slight drizzle though. And then it was hot around lunch time so when we got ice cream desserts, they were melting like crazy. We came here on the last day of our trip and it was pretty worth. They have a wide variety of stores from branded to just regular old popular ones. A lot of stores had a line outside so have to suffer a bit of the weather but its different when you get inside, they really try to make their sales asking for what kinds of products you like and if you would want to try them on. I really wanted to go into the Disney store to get some of their pins, apparently you can trade those in at actual Disney, but the line I could've sworn it was like a 45 minute to an hour wait.

If you like crowded shopping outlets with great prices and an impressive infrastructure, this is it! This is one of the best places in Orlando to offer great outlets with a decent variety of stores to choose from. The food court is extremely crowded most times and the best place to park is the 4-story free parking garage in case it rains, which is common in Central Florida. I think it's a great place for shopping clothes and shoes.

This outlet is always busy! If you don't go early you won't be able to find parking. We found parking pretty far from the store we wanted to go to ( Disney Character warehouse). Walking to the Disney store, I spotted a few store I wanted to check out: coach outlet (love this store but today was busy), kirkling ( not bad but didn't buy anything) and then the Disney store but that was so long that we didn't wait. The line was forming a spiral that's how long. We stop by the table to sign up for deals and get a free shopper. But it was a hassle and they were helpful. I was stressed out with this visit that I'm upset I didn't stay at Disney Springs.

I'm sure they scammed me. I asked them how much for the mangoe in a cup. The lady said $8.45 including taxes. I paid for the mango on my credit card and tipped $1 cash. When I got back to the hotel, I saw my credit card charged $9.36. They were charged me more than she said. They are scammers! Please check amount on device every purchases. It's not a lot of money. But you can't do this it. It really bad.

The thoughtful layout of the stores was the most impressive part. I'm not into "shopping," so I followed the wife and daughter. It was hot as the dickens outside, but to my surprise, the majority of the walk was covered and shaded, so walking around and browsing was not that bad. There was a large selection of stores and a large food court.

Love the variety of stores here! But, as a result, parking is a total nightmare. They do, however, have spots near the front that you can pay to park in and those tend to be easier to come by than the regular spots.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any store. Profiling or just being very rude was so uncalled for. Went into the 8200 Vineland mall location. My son, husband and another couple of Cambodian decent. We walked in walked over to the sale wall and all of a sudden the security guy was all over us looking at what we were looking at following us when we moved over The employee at the front had asked him to keep an eye on us not sure why as we were not doing anything wrong. I was carrying a MK purse and not sure what he was looking for us to do. I live in Orlando and spend a lot of money at MK but my husband has said no more I will never by another MK purse and I'm going to tell everyone about my experience so uncalled for.

Love this place! Could easily spend the day here with so many shopping opportunities. It was a tax free day, so very crowded. The Nike store must've had 500 people in it and 200 people in line long wait times but totally worth it for the quality products.

The Versace store The general manager she was being very rude if my son didn't want these shoes I would of left The one salesperson said the shoes was one price we get to the counter and I told her what the lady said so she asked someone else they said the same thing then she asked someone else Then she pulls a book out and the book say the same thing I said what's the problem you already asked 6 ppl and they all said the same thing and the book did she act like she was just doing her job I said no you just being to extra Her own ppl was looking at her like what is your problem I will never go into that store again in my life I wanted to slap her so bad But my son wanted those shoes #angrycustomer

Very easy to find! Easy and lots of parking. Virtual maps throughout the shopping center. We came for the Disney Character Warehouse. Very cool! Got there an hour before to get in line. We were 2nd in line.

That's a nice outlet. Nice stores and the prices were not out of line. The lanes are covered for bad weather. Feel free to shop in the rain. All the stores employees were friendly. I enjoyed going there. You will too.

It's your usual outlet mall nothing out of the box and if you are not a tourist then this mall is not for you. Too crowded and messy. Definitely needs a overhaul and new stores with better customer service.

Avoid these outlets at all cost if you are coming in a personal vehicle. It is literally impossible to find parking.

The whole place was severely packed, barely walking room and worse, the food court was super dirty with no seating.

As expected the outlets were packed on a Sunday afternoon! However the stores and discounts make the 20 minute parking lot search for a spot worth it. I hadn't been to this particular outlet in about a year and I was pleasantly surprised with all the store additions and the additions to the food court.

This outdoor outlet mall has about every store you would want. There is a bass pro across the street and a Ross and TJMaxx one light away. It is very pretty and has several areas of shade that you can try to walk under. All of the stores I visited were very clean and had beautiful displays. The Oakley store could not have been more helpful in a situation with my sunglasses! The manager was awesome and took care of the problem quickly! I would highly recommend this mall!

Parking is a challenge here for a decent spot at all. Looks like save my spot, VIP or the $10 parking is the only way to get a semi-close or decent spot. I can't justify paying to park to shop. Bad business model for sure. I do like that several of the shops are covered from the elements, partly at least, more would be even better. Food court is rather lame.

This outlet is HUGE. For the most part the outlets are very clean. We went the weekend before thanksgiving so there were tons of sales happening. Plenty of places to eat and drink if you need a snack. Parking gets a little crazy but that's everywhere is Orlando.

Not the best outlets. It's a large outlet compared to others but a lot of the same types of stores with the same items. I couldn't find an evening/occasion gown for an event that I had to attend. It was a lot of purse stores.

I have been visiting this outlet since I was a kid. I am now 33 years old. So much has changed, but ALL for the better. This is my favorite outlet that I've ever been to. Every time I go, I always find SOMETHING. Vineland Premium Outlet is near Disney's side of Orlando. They have soooooo many of your traditional stores, and as of more recently, they've added designer stores like Gucci, Prada, Versace, Bottega Veneta, and more! There's also a second part of the outlet across the street that has The North Face, Saks Fifth Avenue, Gap, Forever 21 and more! This outlet also has a really good food court. The Parking: The parking here is always bad. They have a lot of parking spaces but the outlet is always so packed that you'll spend a lot of time searching for an empty space. Overall, if you're in Orlando and like to shop, this outlet is a MUST!

Wow, so many shops.... Some of these shops you don't see in other outlets. I did way to much shopping, but I walked out with several hundred dollars of merchandise, that I paid less than half for. Glad I don't live near this place, it would be to addictive.

This outlet was Great ! They had a nice variety of different types of shops and stores. The entire area walking around was very clean. The workers walking around were constantly sweeping or wiping down things. We got some great deals on the same exact things we would have bought in a regular mall. Was really nice to walk around and enjoy the scenery as well. Definitely recommend the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets if you're on vacation or live near by. Most ridiculous outlet mall I've ever been to. 2/3 of the parking lot is valet only ($10) and sits mostly unused. The free parking is so limited, you're almost guaranteed to be circling for 15-20 minutes. We came specifically for the Disney Character Outlet only to find a huge line to get in (we're talking 150-200 people). No thank you. Save your time and skip this place.

Not sure if is worth the time. The one store I really wanted to go in, Bottega Veneta, had their doors locked. Date of visit Friday, November 17,2023 mid afternoon.

The outlet is always a great place to go to shop! The only thing is that it's gotten extremely busy and a pretty unsafe. I visited recently with my niece and nephew and I felt like we were constantly being watched. I quickly realized that we were being followed by a group of people and that definitely made us extremely uncomfortable. We were able to leave safely but now we will definitely be a lot more cautious. I really believe there should be more security guards at the outlet for the people and not just the stores because what if something did happen?? Of course I would call the police but there should still be some form of authority for the outlet itself..

I love the stores here. It was a great place to meet up with an old best friend. They have many good stores like Lululemon, H&M and forever 21. HOWEVER, the shops are separate from the others, so pick which has the better stores and go to the other half.

Doing a little last minute shopping before we fly out was due. So we came here, because my favorite store has a spot here. I ended up buying a shirt and my hubby bought a piece as well at a high end shop. The layout of the place is really nice. It's not hard to find shops because the directory stands are easily located.
