Orlebar Brown SOHO

After having lived in London, I developed a love for the merchandise for many years, despite the prices. However, I did not have a positive experience with the staff in this store. I purchased two items in store and requested they hold it for a couple of days for me, which they kindly agreed to do. When I returned to pick them up, one of the items was on sale but the staff member did not mention it. When I brought it up, he was clearly not pleased and showed it. Common courtesy is to let a customer know that they could save 30% ($100)on the item because it just went on sale. But clearly, this was too much. I returned a $400 top which I could have been convinced to keep had the service was better. I will not be returning to this store.

Maddie went above and beyond to assist me when I visited the store today. She was super sweet, took the time to talk to me, and really made me feel like I was appreciated. I would definitely shop here again just because of the experience. Thank you again Maddie -- you definitely deserve praise!

Grant, the store manager, and his team - especially Jared - are spectacular for a few reasons: 1) their knowledge of the brand’s and products’ orgin/ideation was fascinating and made the selection process for gifts that much more meaningful - a huge lift to the overall shopping experience, 2) the customer service was 5 star - whether looking for different sizes, making suggestions, packing my items so carefully to bring on the plane easily but still ensuring I had all the gift wrap and boxes I needed, etc. and 3) the remote service - some of the items didn’t fit my husband and, not only dis Grant give me his personal mobile #, but he went through multiple steps to find sizes from other stores, promptly answered my (too many?) texts along the way and ensured an easy and trackable exchange through the mail. Entering this small but abundantly stocked, visually delightful, and cheerful store in SOHO on a December afternoon resulted in 45 minutes of joy followed by a level of service that exceeded my expectations!

A small shop with a limited selection of the brand’s offerings. Lovely clothes, but the older gentleman who works there was almost comically rude and unhelpful. Avoid this branch and buy the excellent clothes somewhere else in town (unless you fancy meeting a a real-life Basil Fawlty!)

Johan was great in helping me size correctly based on style and material as well as having great product knowledge. Orlebar Brown always coming in serious with great quality.

Small pop up feeling with minimal selection, space or a decent changing room. The staff could have been more knowledgeable about the brand.

Uganda was so pleasant and knowledgeable to work with! Awesome asset to the Orlebar Brown team.

Hmm, what should I do with this $500 I just won from my Superbowl box? I know, I'll buy a swimsuit! They are very nice.....
