The stay was really nice and the staff were very helpful, especially Lazaro (hope I got his name right). We arrived at night and he was incredibly attentive. He showed us around, explained everything clearly, and patiently went through all the locks and the access code lol. The area feels very safe. We went out for a late dinner and had no issues at all. The location is great and close to everything. The building looks really nice and the interior design is well done. The space is actually bigger than it looks in the photos. Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen had what you might need, and the bed was really comfortable. My friends loved the sofa lol. They also offer luggage storage after checkout, which was super convenient. We were running a bit late for checkout and really appreciated how flexible they were. I even got an Orly chocolate, so sweet. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it

Great rental apartment, clean, comfortable bed, lots of room, well apointed kitchen with clean silverware and tableware. The staff are very friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for better people. The location is perfect, with many restaurants, bars and grocery stores in the area. An easy, safe walk to the Constitution Plaza and Costanera tower and mall. Highly recommend staying here, far better value than a hotel.

Great little hotel. Very comfortable bed and room. Only one slight quibble that you could not get an early breakfast. Coffee and fruit is available throughout the day.
