"Oromedon" Restaurant

Came for the Sunset, wasn't disappointed. Food and drink absolutely top notch. Great service from staff too. A tremendous family evening, made better by all the excellent service and staff. 👍 Many thanks 🫶

We had a fantastic experience at Oromedon in Zia, Kos. The food was excellent from start to finish. As a starter, we had fresh bread with goat cheese—simple but incredibly tasty. For the main course, we chose the mixed grill. The meat was perfectly cooked, very tender, and full of flavor. Service was quick and efficient, without feeling rushed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they even helped us with the stroller, which we really appreciated as we were visiting with a small child. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning—especially at sunset. It added something extra to an already great evening. Highly recommended if you’re in Zia. Great food, beautiful setting, and top-notch service.

We came to Oromedon for dinner to enjoy the sunset – and it was absolutely worth it. The view over the hills and sea is breathtaking, especially as the sun goes down. The atmosphere is relaxed but elegant, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. The food was fresh and flavorful – especially the traditional Greek dishes, which felt both authentic and refined. Highly recommend booking a table in advance to get a good sunset-facing spot. A perfect evening in Kos!

A wonderful restaurant in one of the best locations in Zia. The food was amazing, the staff were fantastic and we experienced a lovely sunset, competing with other guests for the perfect shot.

Situated in one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages of Kos, this place is very popular and you need to reserve. You also need to arm yourself with patience as getting here during the peak hours of sunset is quite the challenge. Parking is impossible and you have to navigate among the hordes of tourists. Nonetheless it’s a very nice place with a great view and a nice atmosphere and friendly-posh service. The food is sophisticated and honours the tradition of the local cuisine. A must-do in Kos and you need to try the oven-made dishes

The food, view, service, and atmosphere are many Chef's kisses worth. We started with some freshly baked bread with olive oil. They own real olive oil, you taste it right away. The main courses are so good it tastes like mom made it herself in the kitchen. Simple yet in no need of mayonnaise or ketchup. The desserts were very good too. And then the view to watch the sunset after an amazing dinner is a gift. The service is so nice and professional. We highly recommend it, if you want to eat very good traditional Greek food.
