"Oromedon" Restaurant

We had a wonderful evening here — the food was delicious, the sunset view was absolutely breathtaking, and the service was truly exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The highlight of the meal was definitely the shrimp — cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and highly recommended. Every element of the experience felt thoughtfully executed, making it a place we’d happily return to. A perfect spot for a relaxing dinner with a view.

Great atmosphere! Very glad to have taken the cab ride to Zia village, it was worth it! The food and the service were amazing, we definitely ate a lot 😅 everything we had was amazing!! The service was also very good with friendly waiters! For the next time I would suggest booking it for an earlier time so you can see the amazing sunset! Make a reservation for the Terrace and not the other options!

While the restaurant has exceptional view, it also retains the good quality food after visiting over a number of years. Many traditional Greek dishes available and great service. Would highly recommend. Make sure you reserve in advance in peak holiday periods

The BEST dinner we had in Kos - for my birthday!!! There are so many restaurants highly rated in this island, and many that are not that great. But after an extensive search I found this one and booked a table for my birthday dinner -- I asked for the best table and they did not disappoint! Insane views of the sunset!!!! Their wine list is great and they know how to provide good advice with the selection, the food was rich (go hungry) and the general vibe was perfect for a celebration. The vines, the little greek church far away, the mountain, the sunset... it was magical. The staff went above and beyond for us and our waiter had his birthday the next day from mine :) they were all incredibly kind, even if we arrived 20 min late. Make sure to book!

We dined at Oromedon in Zia Village and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. I had the moussaka, my dad had the chicken souvlaki, and we finished with the pecan pie, every single dish was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The food was served quickly, and you could really taste the quality. What truly set this place apart, though, was the view. It was honestly one of the most stunning I’ve ever seen and the perfect backdrop to a relaxing evening. The vibe of the restaurant was warm, stylish, and welcoming, and the staff were just as lovely. It’s somewhere I’d absolutely return to,not just for the incredible sunset, but for the whole experience: the atmosphere, the service, and of course, the food. Make sure to book in advance if you want a terrace seat, I booked well in advance before even arriving to Kos and we got a fantastic seat.

This charming snack bar in Zia village offers not only tasty bites and refreshing drinks, but also a stunning panoramic view that steals the show. Perfect spot to relax, sip something cool, and watch the sunset over the island. Peaceful, scenic, and truly unforgettable – a must-visit when in Zia!

We booked a Zia by night bus, so we pre booked this restaurant. Food was top class and the service was amazing given the number of people in to watch the sunset. The staff ensured that sun blinds were lifted for the sunset. Overall a great night out and the prices were comparable to Kos Town. I recommend that you make a reservation to get the best views.
