Lovely little walk. Was really looking forward to visiting here and didn't know at all what to expect. Kind of built out up a little before going so was slightly underwhelmed - so here's the low down:
First, we went in November - weather still good and sun out, but not 100% clear, and that was a perfect day I think. Parking at this time of year isn't a problem, where the entrance is to the upper access - the small road leading up to the beginning is free parking and enough room for maybe 20 cars, there seemed to be always 1 or 2 spaces available - otherwise its one of the car parks below the site that you'll need.
€6 per person entry - and you'll walk around the canyon on a short trail along the walkway railings - maybe 10mins in total. So 5-6 mins each side of the loop. To think of it as a canyon is misleading, and the photos make it look much bigger. This is more like a mini canyon in someone's large garden just to manage your expectations. That said, it's a lovely walk and very beautiful to see - having seen it, I wouldn't have minded if I missed it - but I'm not advising anyone to miss it out, if it's part of your plans. If you have the time, you should go - if you're making a special effort or maybe are pressed for time, you could skip this.
