I can’t say enough good things about Orsini’s. When my fridge went out at 9:00 last night, I was in a panic. I called one of the owners Laura, and without hesitation, she came over to help me unload everything. Not only that, she took the majority of the food to her own home to store overnight and PJ the owner had a loaner fridge delivered to me first thing the next morning. To top it off, they sent the kindest technician, Chuck to inspect my fridge and figure out what went wrong. This level of care, compassion, and service is something you will never find at a big box store. Orsini’s is more than just a business they’re a true part of the community, and I’m beyond grateful for the way they went above and beyond when I needed help the most. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 💞

Just picked up a Speed Queen set of laundry from Orsini’s and the whole experience was top notch. The staff was super friendly and really knew their stuff. PJ helped me figure out exactly what I needed without any pressure. Delivery was quick, smooth, and the guys were great. On time, careful, and made sure everything was set up and running before they left. Loving the new washer already. It’s built like a tank! Definitely coming back to Orsini’s next time I need anything for the house. Highly recommend!

We bought a whirlpool refrigerator with in freezer ice maker,orsinis came out a couple days agter delivery to install i e makee ,well it leajed for 8 months and rotted my floor out!!!! Orsinis said it was whirlpools responsibility to fix the floor ,well almost 6 months later floor still bad a noone cares !!! Pj Orsini acted like he cared until.its falling back on the install!!! So i paid a 1000 for the refrigerator and have 5000 dollars worth of damage to my home and noone cares !!! So i am getting attorney involved when all i want is my floor back to the way it was before the new refrigerator destroyed it ,Pj if you see this you should make this right before it needs to go further!!!! So buyer beware

We visited Orsini's in early February and bought a stacked Washer and Dryer unit. We liked the one we saw, and our salesman, Ed was very helpful and kind. Benji and Trey delivered our new laundry system and helped set it up right where we wanted it and were very careful in bringing it into our house. Our old washer/dryer was very small and the new one is so much bigger and cleans and dries everything so much faster and more efficiently. We are VERY pleased with the machine and the service we received from Orsini's. We will use them again if we have a need, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new appliance! Six months later, the washer acted up and we called Orsini's to get them to come out and see what was going on. We called on Monday, they were here Wednesday morning, and the serviceman, Chuck, could not have been nicer. I have not heard of an appliance repairman in many years!! He replied that they repair anything they sell. Well, he took the washer apart, nothing was found, but its now working beautifully and we will keep an eye on it. There is a one year warranty, so there was no charge for the service call. He took the time and answered all of my questions about using the machine, in case I had been overloading it or not doing something right, which gave me added confidence. He did find one setting which was wrong and may have caused the problem, but he showed us where to set it and it will stay there from now on. He assured us that anytime we have a question or concern to call and they will help us. I find this very unusual these days, you wouldn't get this service from a box store! This experience has convinced me that buying from Orsini's was a very good idea and we will continue to buy any appliances from them and will always recommend them to anyone who asks!

Shout out to Orsini's for the latest appliance installation at Little Eagle Child Care Center! They installed a new refrigerator in our infant room. Orsini's is always a pleasure to work with, as a local business that offers in-stock items, same-day delivery, and installation. However, today, the two gentlemen who came were beyond wonderful! We appreciate their patience and understanding as they installed the fridge amidst a room full of unhappy babies.

The installers are top of the line! Professional, organized, friendly & they work extremely hard& don't stop! Leroy is a beast! He's the best! These guys should get a promotion. I Appreciate the wonderful Service I received today. Refrigerate, stove, dishwasher & microwave. We bought our washer and dryer a couple of years ago from Orsini’s too.

I will try to be brief. 22 years ago we purchased an $8000 gas range from Orsini’s. NEW. It never worked right since installation. Orsini repair people would come out, be paid handsomely and leave with no appreciable repairs being accomplished. The range was never pulled out from the wall to access various controls on the rear. The last time a repair person came out they said the range had been discontinued, the manufacturer was out of business and the only option available to us was to purchase another at $10,-12,000 and up. We called in a third party repairman for a second opinion. He pulled the range out from the wall and found additional homemade wiring that had been installed before we purchased the NEW range. He did his research and found the parts we needed on the aftermarket. Parts, wiring corrections, installation and service call came to $793. Those are the facts. You decide what you think. We have.

Bought a new Maytag double oven from Orsini's. Called them several months later about a few issues with heat retention made an appointment with maintenance to come out within a week and a half. Their Tech Charles called to let us know what time within a couple hours he would be there and arrived at said time. He connected equipment to the oven which showed it was retaining heat as the oven is designed to then explained how it cycles but stays within 40' of set temperature which in turn averages the set temp. He was knowledgeable,polite and patient in answering and explaining in terminology I could understand and refer to when using my oven as a result I like my oven much more now. I bake pies in the bottom oven on a preheated pizza stone on the lowest rack it turned out perfect. Overall very good experience we recommend Orsini's for appliances and more. Good job ya'll...

Updated: Yes! I do think next time we will consider checking out our next appliance at Orsini. I guess the appearance from the front as someone drives by isn't quite the same as those Big Box stores. I do understand the need to take care of one's customers. They were great fixing appliances but then we were told that they will only fix appliances that you buy from them. 5 stars for servicing/Great ! 4 stars for limiting of servicing. Bummer.

I walked into Orsini's not knowing what i wanted for a kitchen remodel but after meeting Annette and talking to her i left with the perfect kitchen. She had great ideas i never even thought about. Her placement of cabinets to make the kitchen flow and colors were spot on. I will definitely use Annette and Orsini's again.

We bought an expensive state of the art double wall oven. From day one the door window would totally fog over When cooking anything. Orsini's was indifferent and non-responsive blaming the obvious flaw on a recent "design change" on the part of Whirlpool - for "safety reasons". Whirlpool would not confirm any of it! Meanwhile we found a way to deal with the issue - without Orsini's ever responding when contacted. Well, experiencing this extremely poor customer service we will never again purchase anything from Orsini's. Ignoring one's customer concern won't help any local business.

Almost all our appliances were purchased here. The staff is friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about their products. Repairmen are efficient and timely. Installation is great. Leroy is friendly, professional and very helpful answering basic questions about the appliances once he installs them. We purchased our dryer over the phone with Becky who guided us to their products on their website. We scheduled delivery the next day since they have a warehouse with the products they sell are almost always readily available. We appreciate all their attentiveness and wonderful customer service the last 15 years we have purchased appliances for our home.

I chose Orsini's over the big box stores because I wanted to make sure I was buying from a place that would also provide service if I ever needed it in the future. Very friendly staff and a good selection. Beautiful showroom too. My favorite part is that the staff is helpful without being pushy or "too close". They strike a good balance of being there but not being obtrusive. Also, their delivery / installations guys were great. They were careful and thorough. I would definitely recommend. I have purchased a couple of times and will continue to do so in the future.

I always enjoy coming here. They have a very nice show room and quality appliances. I have purchased a Jennair free standing fridge and Whirlpool washer/dryer units. My dryer stopped working just after a few short months of owning it, I called Orsini's and they came right away. They found it was a bird that got caught in the dryer vent . I like that when I buy from them,i get direct customer service from them. Most big box places send customers to third party services or refer to manufacturers which can be such a hassle to deal with. Orsini's is worth it!

My Mom had a refrigerator delivered this past week by Benjie Britner and Andrew Pennington from Orsini's. Both Installation Specialists were professional and polite. They took measurements and checked the best method for removal of the old fridge and how to best bring in the new one. Benjie reviewed the manual and how to submit the warranty card by cell phone. He explained the fridge settings and features. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Our refrigerator broke and would have been too expensive to repair being that it was 17 years old. We were without having a refrigerator for over two weeks and going through circles trying to find one. We had a wonderful experience from making the purchase to the delivery. Leroy and Mason were very professional and I appreciate there patience.

Our fridge broke down last night, and we were in desperate need of a new one asap! Orsinis fit us into their busy schedule, and brought it out today. The delivery men Cecil and Benjie delivered the new refrigerator quickly and speedily. They did an amazing job, and were very kind!

However, Orsini's has a great selection of Traeger, Yeti and some OONI products, as well as a multitude of different local rubs and sauces in their new show room. If you are a BBQ enthusiast or enjoy the pellet fired scene - check this place out. Great selection of pellets as well.

What a great group of employees you have! Having our refrigerator break during a heat wave and this pandemic was not good, but beginning with our first call to Amy, our experience with Orsini's was all positive. She showed such understanding and concern and even got us an earlier than expected service appointment. Chuck was knowledgeable and honest in assessing our needs. Becky was helpful and had good suggestions, and Cecil and Benjie were top notch in delivering and installing our new appliance. The price was the same as the big box stores, but I'm so glad we kept our dollars local.

Crystal lies about rebates to gain a sale. My husband went in to first look for the compact Whirlpool microwave, she was the one who helped him from the beginning to the end. She told him if he buys qualified appliances on the list he can acquire a rebate. This was not exactly the game plan purchasing all new appliances. He decided to buy them without me as a surprise, because Crystal told him there was a deadline to earn the rebates. When he picked the items SHE CIRCLED the model numbers that were approved for the rebate. We have also looked at Lowe's and Best Buy. He felt here had the better deal with the rebates. Refrigerator, stove and dishwasher bought, delivered and (he) installed. Crystal said you couldn't send the rebates in until the items were delivered because you need the serial number to apply for it. (Microwave was bought first and was taken home by him). After the delivery he called Crystal about the rebate papers and where to send them in. She acted completely DUMB. She said I'll have to call you back. With NO response for 4 days he called and asked for PJ. PJ finally said I'll give you $100 out of my own pocket. Excuse me, maybe $150???? Since that was the rebates told by Crystal who is MANAGER of this store. I'm sure people will read this and think it was his responsibility to make sure he got the rebates. And he did question it but Crystal said you can't send them in until after they are delivered so you have the serial number. So, why would he think there was anything wrong. Long story short, don't believe Crystal. Take your business elsewhere. At least when I bought appliances before at Home Depot they gave you the rebate paperwork at the purchase. Try Lowe's, Best Buy or Home Depot, it's taking from small businesses but a business like this doesn't deserve you. -Update. They sent him a check for $100. Ridiculous. Even when I went there after work to look at the appliances he picked out Crystal was even telling me about the rebates and explaining the appliances to me. This place is a joke. Thank you for the deception, much appreciated.

We recently had to get a new refrigerator and decided to get one from Orsini's. The service couldn't have been any better. The men who delivered it had a dilemma on how to get my refrigerator in a space that apparently was too small to fit it yet they managed to get it done. They were courteous and professional throughout the delivery. I went down to their store to look at other appliances and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. I would recommend this place over any of the other places like Lowe's or Sears.

I never usually am upset enough to complain but this has me almost in tears. I purchased a Maytag side by side 5-2014 only to end up having Orsini's send a serviceman 5 times for the same problem and now I am just stuck. First they didn't hook it up correctly and flooded my basement and then the freezing began in the frig side. I not only have lost work, I have thrown away hundreds of dollars worth of food. Now they not only have no idea what is wrong they will not replace it and it is Really MY problem. All along I would ask what happens if you can't find the problem and now I know. I am stuck with a faulty appliance and they do not care. I would never recommend Orsini's to anyone. This is why small businesses are not supported, they do not care about customer satisfaction. So Upset!!!

BEWARE! I called this company because my dishwasher wasn't washing our dishes correctly, and it was making a grinding noise. I was told the service call would be $99, and that any parts or additional labor would be extra. I had to pay in advance. The technician arrived the next day. He ran the dishwasher for about ten minutes, looked around inside, and told me that the motor was shot. He said repairs would cost a few hundred dollars. I told him no thanks, and he went on his way. A week later, I opened the dishwasher and found about two inches of standing water left by the technician. I called Orsini's at 10:00 this morning, and was told they'd try to have someone out that afternoon to clean it up. Waited all afternoon, nobody showed, nobody called. I called back to Orsini's at 4:15 and was told no technician would be available to come out. I spoke to P.J. Orsini (he said he was a co-owner), and he was quite abrupt. He kept accusing me of yelling at him (I was not), and at one point he even cursed. A business OWNER cursing at a CUSTOMER? Not a good business practice. I wished I would have checked with BBB before I called them. They have an "F" rating (BBB's lowest rating). I'm still waiting for a technician to come out and clean this mess up. I told him that if someone doesn't come out yet today, I'll expect a refund of my $100. P.J. said that won't happen. DON'T USE ORSINI'S APPLIANCE REPAIR IN MARTINSBURG. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! It's a shame, too, because I prefer to support local businesses. UPDATE: P.J.'s father, Paul Orsini, just showed up to clean up the water, which he did. However, he himself was very rude, pointing his finger at me for the way I "spoke to his wife". (I simply told his wife that if they weren't going to clean up their mess, I would expect a refund of the service call.) He also denied that his son cursed at me on the telephone. He could have apologized for his technician leaving the mess in my home and then for his son cursing at me on the phone. But he chose to himself be belligerent. Such a shame!

I had Orsini;s work on my double oven, actually they didn't work on it, they just told me I needed new parts (which is the same info I got online ). Their initial cost was $150.00 for that. There is more to the story, but after I installed the panel myself I had two fuses blew from self cleaning. They wanted another $150.00 to come back to install the 2 fuses. Bottom line I have over $ 500.00 in their cost and parts that I installed I just should have purchased a new one in the beginning. I would not recommend Orsin's .

Went there this weekend to get a belt and maybe a tensioner pully for my old dryer. Was correctly informed by the guy working there that i didnt need a new tensioner and bought the correct belt for my machine. While there he was very helpful and gave me an education on Trager smoker grills and showed me what will almost certainly be my new washing machine the next time my existing one breaks down. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Was pleasantly pleased to see they also carry Ring and BBQ/smoking products/supplies.

Never been more disappointed. After years of spending tens of thousands of dollars on Orsini appliances, they refuse to service the goods they sell without an upfront credit card payment of $99, and no guarantee they will be able to repair the item. We do not give out credit card info by phone, and having paid high prices for these appliances, should not have to travel to them to pay in advance of a service call that might not resolve our problem. We have extended family and friends who have shopped for years at Orsini's at our recommendation. Now we will warn them and others to not purchase items from them as they do not stand by their products and they have no concept of fairness for long-time, loyal customers. Policy should be flexible enough to recognize loyal, paying customers and still be fair to all. Customers should not be treated EQUALLY, they should be treated FAIRLY, based on their relationship with a business. Orisini's clearly doesn't get it...

We have dealt with this company on two seperate occasions for service to our home appliances. First was a few months ago for the repair of our washer and most recently this week for the repair of our dishwasher. Both times we had the same techinician and were very pleased. On time, polite and very professional. The repairs were done correctly, very clean and quick on top of that. Highly recommended!

I will never buy an appliance from there again. I paid almost five thousand dollars for brand new stuff and my fridge came missing a part. The first time I cleaned my oven I found a pile of shattered glass in a back corner. Parts are not secured the way they should be. Screws are missing. I'm shocked that I would pay so much money and have so many things wrong with brand new stuff, it shows how little they care about quality.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would!!!!! Probably they worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. First they said they would come out on Monday, I would just have to call back the next day and let them know the time frame I wanted. BTW they had already been out once and paid and did not fix the issue the first time! When I called back one of the men answered the phone and couldn't find my information anywhere and told me I also had to pay $100 for them to come out when my realtor had already given their credit card info. He then told me I had to wait to find out if they could come out Monday on Monday morning since he couldn't find the info. Well by this time I had already taken off work for them to come out!!!! I call Monday morning and they are "jammed packed" and never told me they would be coming out! LIES!!!!!!! You just lost my business! STAY AWAY!
