Absolutely incredible experience at Orson Paris. The food is so thoughtfully crafted — every dish felt intentional and full of character. The service was outstanding, especially the lovely blonde waitress with glasses upstairs; she was the sweetest, incredibly professional, and guided us toward an amazing wine choice. The ambiance is perfect, stylish without trying too hard, and genuinely welcoming. The team was extremely attentive to my allergies, offering great alternatives without making it feel complicated or limiting. I’m genuinely grateful for how smoothly they handled it. I honestly have nothing negative to say. We need more restaurants like this in Paris — open-minded, warm, and with that cosmopolitan London vibe (but at half the price!). Huge thank you to the chef, who pours his heart into every one of his restaurants and once again did not disappoint. Highly, highly recommend!

i had a fantastic dinner there with my friend. cuisine wise, it was absolutely top notch, i have absolutely loved the smoked greens that came with the pageot they complimented the fish so well. thé ginger, thé nuoc mam, everything about this dish wowed me. thé amuse bouche with the tapioca chips? amazing, thé guanciale was meant to be there. madame butterfly? makes me drool again just thinking about it. on another note, i was a bit underwhelmed by the crispy black rice, i actually came after seeing the réel of it on insta, but more than half of it was quite burnt and stuck to the scallop shell so i think i ate 3 grains of rice. lastly, there is probaly some room for improvement with the service. i understand that it was someone’s first days, i could feel the tension growing with the rush of the service sequence within the team. we asked for wine suggestions/recommendations, à différent person came and poured wine directly without a word, only then we tried it and she described it but although we trust you guys it was a bit brutal. to be honest we waited quite some time when we first arrived to get the menu, and then between amuse bouche and main dish, and actually thé sashimi part was forgotten although ordered. i don’t mind waiting but as we knew that we had to free the table at a certain time we had to look à bit at our watch. it was a great overall experience, and this is only an informative feedback .

Orson is a very cool restaurant. The ambiance is effortlessly chic, with a cool vibe. The service is very proffesional and attentive. We enjoyed all the plates, each dish had it’s own character with special flavors. I especially loved the starters madame butterfly and the oysters. I adored the chocolat mousse!! Good reason to go back to Orson.. Only slightly negative aspect was the selection of music. Not at all aligned with the overall ambiance, but good that it was not very audible. And i feel i should mention, we did have an unpleasant experience at the end when we saw that the candle on the wall had melted and fully dripped onto my coat :( be careful if you sit next to a wall.

Orson was on my to do list 😊 In a nutshell I very much enjoyed very the food which was very raw and delicate at the same time. However it is very pricey, same band as a Michelin star but far from the high end service and complexity in the cooking we usually can find in Michelin star restaurant. Staff was nice however not with the skills and posture one would expect for a place of this range. Thanks ! E.

Dining at Orson was truly amazing. The food was out of this world and every dish and every flavor outstanding. The service was wonderful and the ambience perfect. Next time in Paris I will go back to Orson. Thank you!
