Oryx Airport Hotel

Good place for an overnight layover. The staff is quick and professional. The rooms are well designed, and the air conditioning was right on point. The bed mattress and all beds were soft and clean. It is a little bit expensive but worth it, especially if you need a good rest before a long flight.

We usually need to book two rooms since we have three kids, but Onyx offers a family room where we could all stay together at a very reasonable price. Too bad we didn’t bring swimwear for the kids — the pool looked great! With our long 19-hour layover, staying here was incredibly convenient.

Exceptional service. We booked a family room and it was so spacious. Huge bathroom amenities. Beds were so comfortable. We ordered room service and it was quick and delicious. Front house staff were also very friendly and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic hotel for those having a longer layover. We could’ve run for our plane to catch the connection, but we purposely decided to take the next flight route option, which gave us a 10 hour layover. This was the perfect amount of time to go from our landing aircraft to the hotel, which is inside the airport inside of security so we didn’t have to clear customs. We didn’t have to pay the $27 and we didn’t have to go through security afterwards. We then were able to get settled in a very nice room comfortable bed with a great shower to get a good seven hours of sleep before getting up and getting ready for our next flight. What’s need about this location is it’s right next to the big yellow bear which is the center hub of the airport. I was looking for some morning tea and walked downstairs and went to Harrods for tea, probably one of the most renowned tea locations in the world. What a great little way to start the day. There’s a fitness center a golf simulator and a pool one floor up. The golf simulator cost a little extra money, but it’s worth it if you have some time. All in all we will certainly look at doing a delayed layover on a future trip as this was a fantastic experience and made our 22 hours of flying into 31 hours but definitely worth it as it allowed us to sleep, shower, relax, and then hit the next leg of our journey home.

True definition of comfort, The room was quiet, spotless, and very comfortable, providing the perfect environment to rest during a long journey. The bed was great, the lighting was calming, and the bathrooms were modern and well-equipped. Being able to shower, sleep properly, and recharge made a huge difference in how refreshed I felt for my next flight.

Location is very convenient. The rooms are clean, very classy, ambiance is very accommodating and very good. Amenities are so convenient as well. The services of |Mumtaj and Prederp are also commendable. They've been very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again :) thank you 🙏🙏

The Oryx Airport Hotel at Doha Airport is a great place to rest during a layover. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable, with good soundproofing and friendly service. The location inside the terminal makes it extremely convenient especially when travelling with children. The only downside is the price, it’s a bit too expensive for a short stay, but overall a very pleasant experience and worth it. Reservation highly recommend as it’s almost always fully booked.

Very convenient, professional staff, comfortable rooms and sizeable bathroom. facilities such as the pool were great, quiet and much needed. It would be worth getting a pass just for this if you have a shorter layover (pool, jacuzzi, gym, shower, quiet and private) Room service is acceptable, however the food is pre cooked / pre packaged.
