Osana Family Wellness

Osana in Maadi used to be a reliable place for healthy food and a relaxed family atmosphere. Unfortunately, since reopening, both the service and food quality have clearly declined. Prices have increased, but the quality no longer justifies them. By Cairo standards, it is now overpriced and underwhelming. There are better options in the CSA area in Maadi, and places like Ratios offer noticeably better food quality. The biggest issue is the service. Even when the place is nearly empty, simple orders can take up to an hour. Before the buzzer system was introduced, you at least knew your food would be ready within 10–15 minutes, even if you had to pick it up yourself. Now, the buzzer system seems to have slowed everything down. There is no sense of urgency, and it feels like orders are prepared at a very relaxed pace. When the food is finally ready to be collected, it is sometimes already cold, suggesting it has been sitting for a while. This makes the overall experience even more disappointing. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this place.

This place is like finding a oasis in the desert. Amazing food, garden, vibe and people working there. I went just by chance after meeting a woman who recommended my partner and I to visit Al Maadi and stop here, we thought of just having food, and buying frankincense essential oil but I ended up purchasing a beautiful necklace, plus a massage for me & yoga class for my partner after some very intense days. A special mention goes to Gigi, she was amazing, made me feel very comfortable and she was extremely professional. They offer a wide range of services and classes and I think everyone passing through this part of Egypt should define stop there! It feels home. ♥️

Really great Pilates class in a lovely studio. Very welcoming and good community feel. Neveen’s Pilates classed are 10/10 My only grumble is that they seem to have no limit to number of students and some classes get very crowded. They also seem to allow people to arrive late, which is quite distracting for those in class. I think tightening this up a bit would be very helpful and fairer for students at these prices (£550 before any multi class discount).

I love Osana. It's my haven in Maadi! A melting pot or a mini Babylon tower if you like, with people from all over the planet, visiting to enjoy yoga or pilates lessons, some breakfast or lunch or some relaxing time in the garden. There's a lot for children as well and mothers or mothers to be. Osana has the best workout space, the earth studio, a wooden room with a view to the garden. My favorite teachers are Neveen, Rasha, Moe and Asma. Neveen gives you a rigorous pilates mat work out, always caring and encorouging using props like dumbells or balls. Rasha and Moe are excellent in their vinyasa yoga classes. Rasha will challenge and motivate one to achieve even hard postures. She will analyze and guide and help each and everyone to attain the asanas. She is considarate and tries to bring a fresh approach to her lessons. Asma has created an amalgam of work out with dumbells, pilates balls and yoga stretch out asanas at the end of her lessons. The staff at the reception are wonderful! Always polite and helpful. There is also a stand with most black lotus products as well as a small shop selling all sorts of goods, from clothes to cosmetics etc.

I love the Pilates class with Neveen Shadi; it is perfect for all levels, and Neveen is a delight. She brings lovely energy, is highly professional, kind, and supportive. My whole body feels way better after being consistent with her classes. Additionally, the team in Osana is very approachable, and they consistently go the extra mile to assist me. I love my whole experience.

The food is not that good tbh , the place is better for coffee and enjoying the view

UPDATE: The team was keen to reach out and the instructor offered a one-of-a-kind class at the time of our convenience. We are glad they took our complaint into account. Hopefully the spot at U venues uphold the same values embodied at the Maadi branch. I am speechless from the experience I had with Osana U venues! I booked a class online and they confirmed my spot, went on time and paid full amount. After 15 mins of the class start time the instructor never showed up, never apologized and the gatekeeper of the studio didnt have a clue where is the instructor.

Such a great place to spend time with your family, enjoy delicious vegetarian/vegan food or relax with a cup of coffee! Especially if you have small kids, they'll love running around the playground or using the wooden structures. Their juices are really good and freshly made (if you don't want added honey, just let the server know). The staff are very friendly and accommodating and most of them speak or understand English. It is truly one of my favorite places in Maadi!
