Oscar Hotel Executive

This was easily the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Brasil. The rooms were clean and modern and the spacious shower had hot water from a tank instead of from a heating element in the shower head as is normal. The roof top deck is huge and has good views of the city. The pool is beautiful though very small. The included breakfast was generous and fresh. I have no complaints.

It was nice for the area. I don’t like that you can’t keep your air conditioner on when you leave the room without leaving your room key in the slot.

This is the second time I'm in Porto Velho on business. This hotel provides an excellent breakfast buffet with many varieties of food. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is clean and it is a little larger than other hotels here in Porto Velho. The room is large enough to include your suitcase(s) without falling over them. ||The front desk is helpful. The manager speaks English very well. However the rest of the front desk staff will kindly use Google translator should it be necessary. As for going outside here? NOT after dark - take a taxi everywhere in this city and I've not had a problem with the taxi drivers.

It is a very good hotel close to downtown and the nightlife. I've stayed there several times and the service is very good and the rooms are very confortable. They have a good breakfast with a lot of different juices, a small good gym and a pool with great view. The Bottom line it that is a very good option to stay, but they have some small issues that might annoy some guests: the hotel has the old and the new rooms and depending on wich you are the wi-fy is excellent (mostly) or terrible; the shower is electric or with central heater; some rooms are faced to a big avenue and are more noisy; and the worst is that the parking is on the other side of the street, so if it is raining is a big problem.

December 2022 Seems to lack some investment in parasols. On the rooftop ; 3 broken patasols , 5 parasols ok. Considering the rooftop is a suntrap , very important good parasols. Chairs broken too. Oscar is a good hotel , stayed a few times. But please continue to invest in good chairs, parasols and clean swimming pool 🙏 2020... Friendly service Breakfast has many choices of foods Definitely recommend 2019 / 2020

Hotel seems to be new and has a nice staff.The rooms and the gym are good too. The restaurant is not a big deal, food is not so good as the restaurants in the city and it's doesn't worth the cost , breakfast is also not good as the rest. After all, it's the best place to stay in the city I suppose, and not a bad place to stay too. Recommended!

Clean, basic hotel, no swimming pool, good staff, good internet.||A little too noisy, given there's a main street with passing cars playing loud music, advertisers and so on.||Air conditioning is very good, a real blessing in a hot city like this.||Hot shower is eletric and may not offer you a steady, strong flow of water, nor will it be hot, only warm.||Breakfast is basic, still, good.||If the price is right, you should stay here.

The hotel rooms were decent and overall the place was pretty good. The only thing is that the pool was dirty with a lot of leaves and other stuff in it
