Celebrated anniversary at this wonderful place. Food tasted great, plating was excellent. Everything was actually as expected and beyond. The only downside is slightly lower level of service for a restaurant with fine dining ambient. You have to pour water by yourself, waitress will not respond even if they see that your glassis already empty. At the time I was there, the table next to us was busy with its tripod for video taking and placing it even towards our personal place and it is ridiculous that none of the waiter prohibits this from happening, which would have happened in other place with this kind of place. Overall, great food great ambience, it is almost perfect if they can improve the service a little bit. Will I go back? Perhaps, but not if I want to have something special or something to celebrate. 4 out of 5 due to the service. Would love to see it improve to be a 5 and hence perfection

Although it's small, the restaurant have great ambiance, instaworthy place, good food and service, the server kind enough to take great pictures of us. We order Christmas set menu set plus their steak. The only menu I dislike is the soup, the others are delicious

I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, but the experience was absolutely terrible. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and clearly lacked basic hospitality skills. When I asked for food recommendations, they responded with zero effort, as if they couldn’t be bothered. To make things worse, they removed the welcoming bread from my table without asking even though I wasn’t done eating it. And when I requested a photo, the staff openly asked someone else to do it right in front of me, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. This place completely ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion. I will never come back to this restaurant.

Jakob and I had the pleasure of celebrating the end of 2023 at this restaurant, and it was a truly memorable experience. We were fortunate to be seated at the best table in the corner, offering a breathtaking view of Jakarta at night. The ambiance was simply spectacular. Jakob decided to go for the full set menu, while I opted for the a la carte menu. The beef carpaccio was an absolute standout, melting in our mouths with each bite. However, I must admit that the welcome bread served with olive and balsamic sauce didn't quite meet my expectations. The soups we had were nothing short of amazing, especially the mushroom soup which I highly recommend trying. For our main courses, Jakob enjoyed the seabass fish and steak, both of which he loved. As for me, I had the Butter Shoyu pasta with Hokkaido scallops. While the pasta had a slightly sweet taste that didn't quite suit my palate, the scallops and spaghetti were cooked to perfection. We concluded our evening with a delightful dessert, creating the perfect sweet memory to end the night. The staff at the restaurant were incredible, providing impeccable service throughout our meal. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Love the ambience so much! The view is amazing from up here. The waitress are so nice and kind. Food was amazing! If you are in the mood for having fine dining and craving for Italian in the same time, I would recommend to come to this place. It’s really worth the price!

The restaurant is nice, especially service was good. I would say, prices are higher than average, but the place is better than average too. Disappointing part - we booked a table in advance, for our anniversary. It was approved, but the next day we have got a message with apologies, that all tables are busy. Is there any “privilege guests” list? Shame! Really not professional! Thats why I put only 3 stars. For the taste - it was quite good, as for Jakarta (usually is difficult to find here an excellent western meal). Tiramisu was really amazing!

Beautifully renovated, amazing service, gorgeously perfect Italian fine dining. So lucky for Jakarta to have this place. Am very impressed with their 24 karat gold pasta dishes. The angel hair was exquisite, so was the veal ravioli. Most dishes were beyond 5 stars except the steaks. They could be better. Desserts were superlatively good too. A superb rebirth of the previously GAIA restaurant. PS: came back 21 March 2019. Still consistent.
