The perfect place to start our trip to Egypt and to get to know Cairo. Nabil and his team were very helpful and kind, always giving us good advice. The room was clean and tidy. Very good value for money, especially for the location that allows you to explore every area of Cairo quite easily! Would recommend!

Osiris hotel is a safe, trustworthy option for your stay in Cairo. The hotel is really quiet as it's on the 12th floor and what makes it stand out is the kindness of the stuff. Everyone was really eager to help us, they even made us breakfast to go for our day trip and the driver patiently waited for us to get our visas and exchange when we landed. The rooms are relatively clean, smell good and everything has been renovated. All and all, hotel Osiris is the best value for money option and it deserves the ratings it boasts.

A recent stay at the Osiris Hotel in Cairo left us with a strong impression, particularly regarding its interior charm and culinary offerings. The moment you step inside, the ambiance is truly captivating. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, a perfect escape from the bustling city outside. The lobby, adorned with intricate Egyptian-inspired decor and soft, warm lighting, immediately transported us. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into creating a space that feels both elegant and comfortable, offering a serene and visually stunning retreat. The dining experience was another major highlight. The food was not only incredibly tasty, but the portions were also notably generous. We enjoyed a variety of local Egyptian dishes and international fare, each bursting with authentic flavor and made with fresh ingredients. It felt like a true feast, with each dish prepared with care, showcasing the culinary talent on display. However, our first impression of the building itself was a bit jarring. While the inside was delightful, the entrance was unfortunately not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. The street-level facade was unassuming and easy to miss, and it didn't hint at the beautiful interior that lay beyond. It's a small detail, but one that initially gave us pause before we discovered the hidden gem within. Overall, the Osiris Hotel is a wonderful place to stay for its beautiful interior and delicious food.

I cannot stress enough how much of a terrible experience we had in this place. Upon arrival, the hotel staff brought us to a first room with bugs and nose poop in the bedsheet. Asking for another room, which had hair in dirty bedsheets as well. We asked for a refund for the 4 nights reservation which he told us we could get through Trip, and we had to leave at night to find another place to stay in. My partner was sick so we couldn't possibly stay in such unsanitary conditions. When asking multiple times for cancellation and refund, the hotel denied everything, and claims that we didn't complain. This was a very dishonest and irrespectful experience, that I do not recommend to anyone.

All the staff are very kind and attentive. They helped us a lot, since we needed a last-minute room and luckily we were able to check in early. Highly recommended! They also have a gorgeous terrace

Budget option, located in downtown Cairo, walking distance to the Egyptian museum. There are some convenience stores and local places to eat nearby. Hair dryer depends on availability.
