The hotel offers a comfortable and impeccably clean room, enhanced by a friendly staff, particularly Mr. Mahmood, who is always eager to assist with a warm smile. His commitment to providing excellent guest service is truly praiseworthy.

Great quality service here and it has all of the basic needs covered. It is in the middle of the greater Cairo, right between the airport and the pyramids, and next to some schools, so it’s not too loud. Great dinner as well! So grateful for this stay!

We stayed at Osiris for 5 nights, and we were pleasantly surprised. It is still a budget hotel, so don’t expect anything too fancy, but we got everything we wanted and for a good price: a quiet hotel, a fridge to keep our water and snacks cool in the room, helpful service (+ cheap&fast laundry service), and located in Downtown (though I still recommend taking an Uber to get to places even nearby cos of the dense traffic pollution). Ordered food at the terrace restaurant and food was good too. Bed was comfy. Bathroom had good water pressure. I understand now why this hotel ranks 1st for budget hotels in downtown. Also if you see other reviews some people mentioned a scary elevator - but it’s not that scary (it’s not like you can fall out!) so don’t worry. Feel very appreciative to all the kind members of staff who attended to us.

The bathroom was dirty and there was no daily room service routine. The elevator was in a bad condition and dirty condition with elevator door windows. I would definitely not recommend anyone staying at this hotel for a vacation to Cairo Egypt

This is a good basic budget friendly hotel in the middle of the bustling streets of Cairo BUT as it is located on the top floor it is quiet which is great. Lovely roof terrace and super warm welcoming staff! It is 2 star so dont expect extras such as tea making facilities in the room but you are only sleeping there so who cares. We were a couple but there were actually 2 beds which was heaven and they were very comfortable. Great sleeps! Thankyou Osiris Hotel.

Price-value ratio is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The first night I was crying from the condition of the room #141. So dirty. The water was not going to the drainage but all over the bathroom. Plus there was an animal. (Check out the pictures). The water from the sprinkler was going everywhere but on you. Outside there were 4-5 AC blocks. Very noisy. No soundproof. Dirty. Next morning we changed the room. It was way better. So, make sure to have a big window. Breakfast was very poor for two days. On the third one they gave us a better variety.

Lovely friendly welcoming staff! The rooftop Cafe is a wonderful escape from the chaos below and to listen to the call to prayer. It is indeed a 2 star hotel so dont expect tea making facilities etc but the beds are super comfy and it's nice and quiet at night. You can have your room cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. Plenty of places in the area to grab what you need. Thankyou Osiris Hotel.

Lovely hotel on 12th floor with a beautiful view. Room reasonable size. Bed very comfortable shower room clean and good size.clean rooms every breakfast very simple.we had a group of 9 people 3 in one room and all of us very happy to stay.
