OSKAR A LA PLAGE

Great location, great value, clean rooms and fantastic service with a continental breakfast thrown in. We were arriving late for check-in and called to let them know. Not only did the desk clerk give us detailed instructions as to how to check in but additionally he was still waiting for us when we arrived at 23h30. The vibe of the place is very chilled out with a lot of surf influences which we loved. The rooms themselves are basic but very clean with a superb shower and there is outside surfboard storage if you need it. Overall if staying in Hossegor again I would definitely stay here if I can get in!

Stayed here for three nights and we could not have been happier: absolutely amazing location, close to the beach, nice rooms and service! We were so happy we could park our car right at Oskar too! Would definitely reccommend!

Ordered two Pizzas to go, one ‚Fruit de mer’ for 15€ and the other ‚Pepe‘ for 12€. The seafood one was okay (considering price/taste/amount and variety of seafood) but the ‚Pepe‘ one was honestly like someone who had never made pizza before had taken a frozen one, made it halfway ready and then simply put unspread ham in big chunks on top of it (apart from 4 olives and 6 slices of pepper), that‘s it. It was supposed to be spicy which was not more than two separate little bags of hot sauce we got with it. If that’s a frozen pizza for 2-3 € from the supermarket fine, but not for 4 times that prize.

Great restaurant - excellent squid, mussels, pizzas and burgers. Really friendly and professional staff. Perfect option after an evening swim at the beach. Traducción al español: se come muuuy bien.
