Nice hostel with a outdoor space. The rooms are quite small but with everything you need, very clean. I especially liked the vegan options at breakfast, was a positive surprise!

We had a lovely stay here! Great service and pricing, too. The rooms and common spaces were clean. A little far from the city centre, but would recommend!

We had an excellent stay here in May 2025. Although the rooms are a bit small, they are well maintained, clean, and functional. This hostel also has many amenities, such as a lounge, a kitchen stocked with shared fridges, pans, plates, etc., laundry, and more. The shared spaces are also cleaned regularly and had everything we needed to make the most of them. We also had excellent experiences with the staff, they were very helpful and kind. They even gave me an additional drying token for free after a single drying cycle did not fully dry my clothes. In summary, this hostel has excellent service and many amenities. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for affordable accommodation in Oslo.

Stayed here for a week for a group school trip. The hostel was amazing, lots of friendly people that you meet in the kitchen or common space.The kitchen is spacious and had an oven and stove which was helpful. The breakfast options were quite wide. The showers could use some work as some were missing locks, however they were always clean. Out of the city so you get a peaceful stay and beautiful view.

Speaking as someone who made a booking for almost 100 people, this hostel was amazing. I would trust them for any group booking. The customer service was amazing and responsive the entire time. It was easy to sign the contract and confirm people’s names. The hostel is very clean and well maintained. While it might not normally be possible, because we were a large group, they made sure to have some vegan food available at breakfast. Overall, there was attention to many small details that stood out to me. The trams 17 & 18 are nearby and take you downtown. I am so grateful for the hostel’s help and that we chose them for our stay in Oslo!

The room is clean and bright. Showering area is comfortable for you to have a nice shower. A localised hair drier is provided.

Excellent free breakfast 7am-9am, six beds per room, rooms have a sink and storage lockers, plug-ins next to the bed, you make your own bed. The restroom and showers are in separate rooms. Snacks and drinks for purchase, lounge, kitchen, large outdoor space with a BBQ grill, lawn chess, basketball hoop. No Air Conditioning for summer time. The beds are comfortable, but ask for a bottom bunk if you're an older person. From the Oslo train station to Hi Oslo Haraldsheim Hostel is $4.34 USD Zone 1 pass. From the hostel to OSL Airport is $12.66 USD, and you will need to purchase a zone 1-4N pass on the Ruter App.

Free breakfast with some choice of food in a fair price. The room and corridors are clean. The road going to the hostel is a bit dark at night though. Would recommend!
