I had great spa day here! Thank you to Jenny for being my cedar bath coach. It was truly an amazing experience! My facial was fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

Went here and had the most amazing experience. First, it's absolutely beautiful. They did not miss a beat on how they decorated and made this place feel like you were walking into another world. The cedar bath is incredible as well as the sound bath rooms!! I felt so relaxed by the time I left that I had forgotten my earrings. These earrings were super important to me. Michael at the front desk searched high and low and found them! He was so kind and went above and beyond. Our bath attendant Dakota was so pressional, such a sweetheart, and gave us an incredible experience. I can not talk more highly about this place. Between the ambiance, the treatments they offer, and the staff is place os a gem. I've been so a lot of spas, and this one, hands down, is my favorite. I will be returning!!!

Visited with my husband to celebrate our second anniversary. We had to plan the visit like a month in advance, but it was absolutely worth it. The whole experience was magical. The overall atmosphere was tranquil and peaceful, and the staff was very welcoming. The cedar bath was incredibly relaxing, though the highlight was the couple’s massage, which was just heavenly. Kate and Josh did an amazing job! A short stroll through the meditation garden after the massage was a nice final touch to end the day.

OUTSTANDING. Wow! I’ve been wanting to visit Osmosis since I first heard about them many years ago. Friends had also highly recommended it. I tried it out with my partner. We did the Cedar Enzyme Bath which was really amazing. The whole sequence of events from the tea ceremony with the private zen garden, to the enzyme bath itself (like a warm weighted blanket of sandy goodness). After our Cedar Bath we both got massages. I got the transformation package and he got the deep tissue. Both were great and very relaxing, professional and therapeutic. Before leaving we visited the Meditation Garden which was so beautiful and we had it all to ourselves. Very worth the price, I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Came here with my partner to get massages for our anniversary. We were very excited but had a somewhat negative experience. I had booked online and reserved a couple's room. It wasn't until I was walking to my massage room with my masseuse, Consuelo F that she first told me that they didn't have any couple's rooms available. I was very surprised because nobody mentioned it to me until then. I said, "I'd like to let my partner know because he's expecting a couple's room", and she replied "Sure, but I'm just going to eat into your massage time if you do". I was pretty taken aback at her passive aggressiveness, but thought maybe I misunderstood her. I said, "Nobody has let us know so I'd like to tell him", and she responded defensively with, "Well, it wasn't me" and kept walking down the hall without turning around at all. I turned back to let my partner know, who had taken a pit stop in the bathroom. His masseuse was waiting for him and very kindly offered to let him know, and apologized that there weren't any couple's rooms available. Note the difference in her customer service - I know it wasn't her fault but she still apologized anyway. The massage was actually good, which was arguably the most important part, but it still took me a little bit to shake Consuelo's rudeness and relax. When we finished, I mentioned to the host that we had booked a couple's room, showed her the confirmation, and asked to confirm that we wouldn't be charged the $20 extra for it. She told me that the online booking service didn't work properly, which is why I didn't get what we requested. This was so odd to me - why would you continue to use a platform that isn't working without mentioning it to your guests? The customer service was terrible, but my massage was good, and overall our experience was disappointing.

I had a wonderfully rejuvenating experience at this day spa. If you're looking for a place to unwind, this is the perfect spot. We started our visit with their signature **Cedar Enzyme Bath**. The gentle heat and the fragrant cedar created a serene environment that helped me to deeply relax. Make sure to keep hydrating and not take a cold shower immediately after. Following the Cedar Enzyme Bath, we indulged in a 70-minute Swedish-Esalen massage. Post this e spent some quality time in the meditation garden. The ambiance at Osmosis Day Spa is impeccable. The spa is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a calming atmosphere that makes you feel at peace as soon as you walk in. The staff are professional, friendly, and very attentive, ensuring that our visit is perfect. Overall, our experience at Osmosis Day Spa was exceptional. I highly recommend this spa to anyone in need of some quality self-care time.

Our day at Osmosis was DELIGHTFUL! We arrived and were welcomed warmly by staff and directed to the changing rooms and the sitting room where we were offered a cup of tea. After our welcome tea, our first spa experience was the cedar enzyme bath, a practice rooted in ancient traditions. This was incredible! Josh, our attendee, was so great— supporting our treatment and keeping us hydrated. The cedar enzymes worked their magic, generating a gentle heat that steeped deep into my muscles and joints. After the bath, our second experience was sound healing in the hammock garden. I felt so relaxed! The combination of these treatments – the vibrational harmony of the sound healing hammocks and the detoxifying warmth of the cedar enzyme bath – was a journey into holistic well-being.

Lovely spa with absolutely beautiful gardens. The cedar bath was incredible, like nothing we have ever experienced. Highly recommend it! My massage therapist was a master, clearly an experienced professional. We didn’t order the lunch in advance, but the picnic areas looked so charming. Would definitely order next time. The meditation garden looked like it was out of a dream. So serene. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The spa was clean, organized, and very well run. It was pricy for the cedar bath, massage, and gratuity, but it was worth every penny and I hope to visit again one day when I’m back in this area!

Yelp
This was my second visit to Osmosis and most definitely not my last! From the minute one walks in, it's like stepping into a sanctuary. The stress melts away and bliss emerges. We splurged and did a bath and deep tissue massage. The cedar enzyme bath has refreshed and recharged me for days. I feel great still. The massage was truly transformative. The pressure and pacing were on point. After all that, we strolled through the meditation garden. The grounds here are gorgeous. We saw some hammocks off to the side in a sound healing garden that looked inviting. Next visit I'm interested in getting a facial as well as revisiting past treatments. The staff, the ambience, grounds, and services are first rate. Overall superb spa experience in a charming country setting.

Yelp
I went here during my visit to Napa Valley for my birthday weekend and everything was decent until the end. Let me explain... I booked the Cedar Bath and Massage appointment. When booking this, you have to submit a request for booking and they send you times available. This was went without a hitch and I was able to book my appointment. But it would be nice if this could just be booked online directly like their other appointments. After booking, they send over forms to complete as well as well as an email with policies. Great. Still all good! Upon arrival, there was enough parking for me to choose from and enter the facility. I was instantly greeted and taken to the changing room to get ready for my treatment. Also, they give you a watch you can wear in the bath and massage that helps you lock and unlock your locker. After getting ready and before starting my treatment, I went to a tea room that overlooked a garden which was so nice and peaceful. The tea was delicious as well. I started my treatment with the cedar bath. That felt so good to my shins that had been in pain for weeks. And the bath attendant was great with check ins and providing water. But it's definitely a journey to get all those cedar chips washed off afterwards lol. Next, I went to my massage. My massage was decent and needed. But this was the first time someone just started massaging my scalp without asking. I didn't like that after touching my feet that had to be on the shower floor as there were no shoes to wear in there. It would be great to ask before digging in if that is warranted. But what was really disappointing is there wasn't any pre communication that American Express was not accepted. I had to find a card that wasn't American Express to use. I booked the appointment knowing I was going to use my company's benefit where I must use the corporate American Express card in order to receive it. Additionally, I don't know what they would've done if I had not brought another form of payment. Communicating payment methods is crucial and it was disappointing and ruined the experience (as my blood pressure raised and I left with disappointment and a jacked up budget). I would not return based on that. If you do not have American Express, still make sure you confirm your payment is accepted and there are no additional fees.

Yelp
My friend and I came for the transformation package which included the cedar enzyme bath and a massage. The bath was a good experience, but would I drive two hours out of the city for this again? No. The massage was good, but I've also had better in the city. For the price, the amenities were lacking. Things we noticed that surprised us: 1) The locker rooms were co-ed, 2) if multiple parties were using the same locker room, this could lead to people being locked out while someone was changing, 3) outside of the meditation garden, there was not a lot of seating options within the main building, so not a lot of space to wait for a companion getting a service or (in my case) taking a shower, 4) there is only one shower for all the guests to use (there is a separate one specifically for the cedar bath but we were not told that we could use this after our massage). So all in all, quite disappointed in the amenities. The one thing that really irked me and my friend and bothered us long after we left was the lack of transparency in whether a service charge was included in the price of the treatment package. I had asked on checkout and the individual checking us out said verbatim 'no we don't include service fees in any of our treatments' and my interpretation of her tone was that it was expected to leave gratuity. Either she is incorrect or their website is incorrect because their website clearly states a service fee is included but gratuity encouraged. I did leave an additional tip, but in my prior experiences, a service charge is sufficient as tip, although the customer always has the option to give more in addition for an exemplary job done. I would have appreciated the transparency in pricing.

Yelp
My sister gave me a fantastic birthday gift during my California visit: a Cedar Enzyme Bath treatment. It was a unique and deeply relaxing experience. While the bath got quite warm, the attendants were incredibly attentive and helpful. I found it to be a truly cool experience and would definitely revisit!

Yelp
What an INCREDIBLE experience! My husband and I came here on our honeymoon. The staff was incredibly nice and congratulated us many times. We did the tea service, cedar bath and couples massage. Our staff members were GREAT and the bath/massage were so relaxing. We loved walking around the meditation garden and were very comfortable and relaxed. It definitely wasn't inexpensive but it was sooooo worth it. We had an amazing three hours we'll never forget!

Yelp
I have been coming here for many years - relaxing vibe, I love the cedar baths (the hotter the better), massage therapists, meditation garden, facials and more. last year I took the leap and became a member. Self care is so important and quite honestly I am not always the best at making it a priority. Membership means I am much more consistent in taking some quality me time. For a set monthly fee, you get a service credit at a discounted rate to use for any standard service. You can combine credits as well so I go every other month for a cedar bath and a massage. It's a drive for me to get there, but I make it part of my distressing and unhooking from life - play some tunes and enjoy the views on the drive.

Yelp
Serene. Calming. So many services offered. I've done facials, massages out in a hut and massages in the main building. The staff are incredible, knowledgeable and so kind. The massage tables are heated so if you run hot like me, just ask them to turn it off. They always have tea, water and a lite snack available while waiting. Get there early and go to the gardens. Simply beautiful. Booking online is easy and you can check all your preferences.

Yelp
I've been to Osmosis a few times and for varying things: massage, facials, and now a 'locals night' experience. If it's possible for a place to be both grounded and whimsical, this is it. Lovely, serene gardens and skillful professionals. Kinda funky building, but lends to the unpretentious atmosphere. I had the best facial of my life and at the time it was the Phyt's line they utilized. Locals night was jam packed but fun with snacks and a hand pan musician, and Kate's massage absolutely made my whole week! Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Paradise, right outside of the Napa area! This is truly a hidden gem - we've been researching unique things to do here for years now and just this year stumbled across Osmosis. And I'm so glad we did! Here's an overview of what you can experience here: TEA ROOM: Each experience starts with enzyme tea in a private tea room for your group/pair/yourself. It has a lovely view of the mini Japanese garden and some comfy seating. The staff member comes in to describe the cedar bath and share its benefits, and see if you have questions. CEDAR BATH: This is the ONLY one of its kind in North America! An ancient Japanese tradition, ground cedar chips and rice bran create this "bath" that gets up to 140 degrees of infrared heat and is great for multiple health affects! You only stay in for ~25 minutes, with the staff member switching out your cold compress on your forehead and bringing water every 5 minutes. It's not solid but not liquid - kind of like a mud bath - or a warm weighted blanket! You can opt to go in nude or in a swimsuit. After the "bath", you scrub off outside and go to the shower room. ZEN GARDEN: Before or after your treatment, highly recommend taking time to walk around their zen gardens! Stunning, well-maintained gardens that are so peaceful. Sit and meditate under the structure or walk and enjoy the views. SOUNDSCAPE HAMMOCKS: We purchased this add-on for afterwards but it was raining, so they moved us into the outdoor massage tent. With blankets and heaters + zero gravity chairs, it was perfect! They set you up with a binaural sound playlist as you meditate and listen for 30 minutes. We loved this opportunity to cool down after. MORE: They also offer massages, facials, and other treatment packages - we didn't do them this time but would be a great add. PRICE: Price is $140/pp, with additional people in your party getting a discount. It's not cheap, but if you make a day out of it with the soundscape meditation and time in the zen garden, we found it fit its price tag!

Yelp
I can't scream ANDREA ANDREA ANDREA enough. She is amazing! My husband was so relaxed after his massage with her that we had to help him walk to the car. He has a very hard time relaxing and his body takes a beating with the work he does. Andrea was able to get him to relax so well that he felt asleep during his massage and woke himself with his snoring. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend Andrea. I can't wait for the next massages we get with her.

Yelp
What a vibe. Definitely a retreat from the city, osmosis day spa offers an experience that transport you japan. Osmosis is known for their cedar enzyme baths. I can't fully explain how peaceful, relaxing, and invigorating this experience can be. You start off in a serene space--drinking relaxing tea. Then you're taking to this cedar bath that essentially help stimulate the toxins out of your body. We opted to do that bath and to partake in a full body massage after--which was excellent. In between, you can and must, enjoy the beautiful landscape in their pagada area. A place for meditation and to truly escape the hustle and bustle of the city life. Would 100% recommend. Of course--the price is a bit hefty, but see it as a treat that you deserve !

Yelp
TDLR: Slightly remote area. Bring snacks or go to Wildflour (the bakery next door) to buy some pastries. Structured sessions. Shower and lockers included. Flies in our cedar bath. Old shack feel. Nice serene experience but rude receptionist (dark brunette with glasses). Assertive 20% tip request at the end. ------------------------------ The Japanese inspired spa is in a somewhat remote area. There was an extremely popular bakery across the street called Wildflour where we purchased some baked goods prior to dropping into our appt. The whole experience was very structured and strategically timed which was something we really appreciated. We first started off in changing into kimono-like robes in the dressing room. There were lockers for us to put our belongings. Then, we headed to the tea service room where we waited for the bath attendant to go over our services and she also provided us tea with some sort of enzyme powder. After about 15 minutes, our bath attendant led us into the cedar enzyme bath where we soaked for about 20 minutes. The sensation described in 3 words are fluffy, damp, and warm. The view was very refreshing and the bath attendant would bring in water and cold compresses for the face. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the experience at all because of flies swarming in our face. As time was up, we brushed off the cedar and took a quick shower (shampoo and cleansing gel provided). Our masseuses were great (Consuela and Brittany). Checked in every part of the way to make sure I was comfortable and accommodated. Brittany was precise with her movements and really took her time. I was really tuned-in and drifted off in a nice nap. Once it was over, we took a nice stroll to the Meditation garden. It was lush and serene with a nice little koi pond. What really rubbed me the wrong way was the receptionist middle-aged brunette with glasses. The check out was abrasive and curt. Told me that a 20% tip was going to be added to the bill. Great, how much was the bill? A breakdown would've been nice. How about a "how was the experience" before you try to abrasively impose a mandatory 20% tip to the unknown cost of my bill. Not only that, I couldn't hear her the first time and she impatiently and condescendingly repeated herself as if, "can you not afford a 20% tip?" I was ready to tip Brittany and Consuela but damn that left a sour taste behind. With all that in mind, upon reading my review, the GM has called and sent us her apologies. I think this is the professional approach we were seeking in this matter. Thank you, Kristin. We do hope to revisit for a second time in the near future.

Yelp
A group of friends and I came here for a relaxing girls trip, and I was ABSOLUTLEY relaxed after. I ordered the rejuvenation package. I forgot my swimsuit and had no extra underwear, but luckily the staff offer disposable underwear. If you are going here with friends, just FYI you will be in the same room and in the same tub for the cedar bath. The cedar bath was interesting, it is like a nice, hot full body compression with a view of a zen garden. The massage I got from Consuela was relaxing and she was very attentive and checked in on the pressure level frequently. Afterwards we walked around the meditation garden and enjoyed the sunny weather. The package was advertised to be 2.5 hours, however we stayed 3.5 hours, and we were HUNGRY after the spa. I believe there was somehow a mix up of the start time of our massages as, we had to wait longer than the usual "10 minutes" the staff member told us we would have to wait. However, I would still highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing experience.

Yelp
Beautiful location and wonderful Japanese style gardens. The Cedar bath is an amazing, yet unique and messy, experience. Massage in the little huts near the river was peaceful while I was there since it was raining. The sound of rain in the forest is relaxing.

Yelp
We enjoyed our day here! We did the cedar bark "bath" which starts with tea, then afterwards we spent some time in the gardens. The front desk was super busy so things weren't totally smooth at first, but our attendant (Sam) was really lovely. The gardens are also very peaceful and beautiful. I did think the price was very high for this treatment. Not sure if the massage would feel like a better "buy." If the price was about 30% less I would have given it them 5 stars.

Yelp
I had the most memorable day today, at Osmosis Day Spa! My first time there but definitely not my last. The grounds are tranquil, that meditation garden gives me life and so did my incredible massage therapist, Laurie!! What a gem of a therapist. The vibes all around are beautiful, my experience with Joshua who guided me through the cedar bath experience was just so absolutely lovely. I cannot wait to go back again and again and again. Telling all my local friends about this place and booking a package for my spouse next! Thank you so much!

Yelp
I had such a relaxing and unique experience at Osmosis! The grounds are lovely and cozy, serene to walk around with water and tea stations positioned throughout. I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Gardner followed by a lovely tea time. The most memorable part of the day was the cedar enzyme bath, which was such an interesting experience. The process is well thought out with robes, showers, and an exfoliating mitt conveniently located and placed. Joshua was amazing, coming in to check on our group, answering questions, and providing us with water. We supposedly sweat out our toxins (and maybe our souls) and emerged feeling tired and very warm. While I am a little skeptical of the long list of health benefits claimed by the spa, I have to admit that I felt very energized the following day; whether this was from the cedar bath or the overall VERY relaxing time at Osmosis, I can't say, but I would happily come back and spend more time here.

Yelp
I scheduled for three people in advance online. Closer to time we were texted and emailed a confirmation. An intake email followed but just for me as I hadn't input the others' emails. The other two had to fill out the form once we arrived. We were the first people there at 8:50am for our 9am appointments so it was easy to park. There was a water and snack station in front as you entered. There were two ladies behind the counter and we were checked in and given instructions on how to use the lockers and brought rubber slippers according to our shoe sizes. We were all in one fitting room and given black disposable underwear. There were thick robes hung up on the hooks by size. The white robes didn't have pockets so I recommend the green if you want to keep anything with you like I did with my phone. We stored our items in our individual lockers. If you forget how to use the locks, there are framed instructions on the counter. There was a toilet around the corner and upstairs. After changing, we went straight across to a small tea room where our bath assistant Utah brought us mint tea with enzymes in heavy Japanese cups. She explained what would happen in the cedar bath and took pictures for us out the deck where the small tea garden was. After tea she dug holes for our bodies in the two adjoining tubs of fermented cedar. There were clean towels where your head goes and a deep hole for your butt and a shallower hole for your feet. You hang your robes on the hooks and climb the stool into your cedar pit. As you lie in a cradled position over the mounds, the attendant covers your body. I chose the less hot tub and the other two had the hotter one. If you have allergies you should avoid the cedar bath. One guest said she gets itchy with the pine needles, but she was okay in the cedar as it's mostly pulpy bark. My legs were getting itchy and I was afraid I had an allergy but turns out if you have cuts or have just shaved your skin will be sensitive. Utah put some towels under my legs and the stinging subsided by and by. We sat in the tub for 20 minutes. I felt like the brown butter and sugar start to cookie dough. Utah came in every five minutes and put cold towels on our faces and gave us water to drink from straws. Since I was in the tub that wasn't as heated, I didn't feel too hot until the last five minutes but the other two were sweating before me. One guest said she felt too constrained so it's not for the claustrophobic. Also, they said the cedar is hottest in the mornings and it is reused for each person as it's antibacterial. Once the time is over, we climb out and into the cold patio with gloves that scrape off the excess cedar that you don't want going down the drain of the shower which is the next room you walk into. The water is nice and hot and they have handheld showers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner in pump jars on the wall. There are clean towels on the rack and our robes and slippers await on the opposite wall. There are glasses of water and testers of leave in conditioner and lotion to use. For our massages we were lead upstairs to the waiting area until our individual masseuses called us in. I had Elias and he asked if I had any injuries. I did not, but I said I wanted to focus on the neck. Our 70 minute massage felt much longer, I guess because we were so relaxed from the cedar bath. I was afraid that 70 minutes would not be enough because usually I get a 90 minute massage. Elias was very firm in his pressure which I like. He started out a little bit too soft so I had to tell him to increase the pressure. I also asked him to turn off the heat on the massage table. The window was cracked open, but the room was still warm. When we reported back, all three of our massages were excellent. One guest received a card with a discount if you booked your next session today, but the rest of us did not. When we went back down the stairs, the place was getting all crowded so we were happy to have come in the morning. We went back to change in the fitting room. Remember to lock the door because a lot of people use the lockers and you don't want them walking in if you're changing. We then walked out to the meditation garden through the back door. There is a water, tea and snack trai mix station on your way. You can also see a private outdoor massage area and a hammock area as you walk to the Japanese meditation garden with Koi fish and sand spirals and meditation pillows. We had chose to get dressed because we didn't want to be cold outside but other guests had their robes and a blanket on top as they walked around. After many attempts and frustration, the desk person was finally able to figure out how I could input the card number manually and she was able to email me the receipt. She also gave us the old price which we had booked under as they have recently increase their prices. My review continues, but yelp says that it is too long now...

Yelp
Wow!!!! My BF and I went for our anniversary and it was like a dream. We were soo relaxed. We plan to do it annually. Pricey for sure but it was a lovely day. Tea whenever we needed it, the cedar bath was soo relaxing I couldn't tell if i was awake or asleep. And the massage was perfect. The meditation garden is surreal. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
This place is absolutely beautiful! Extremely relaxing. The staff is very friendly and calming. The entire way the spa is set up is planned out perfectly. I'm a hairstylist so am sore all over from constant standing. The cedar bath was so relaxing and made my skin extremely soft. I've only had a handful of massages and honestly never enjoyed them. I had one here out in the pagoda. The silence was extremely calming with my racing mind and the massage therapist did an AMAZING job. The best I've ever had. The gardens are breathtaking. I'm definitely going to be recommended and returning. Definitely worth every penny.

Yelp
Where do i start.. The spa itself is a little sanctuary in the countryside next to one of my favorite bakeries. It's a peaceful setting and has quite lovely grounds. When we arrived, our reservation was nowhere to be found. Given that my mom was visiting from out of town and we had come all the way out here for this treat I was quite unpleased. The manager however did an excellent job at fixing the situation. She managed to get us in for some massages, as well as offer a sound bath in hammocks outside - prior to us getting the cedar baths. We had also brought our lunch and she had her team prepare us a privatized lunch spot with (welcomed) heaters outside. Our attendant was so kind she even offered and insisted to go get my favorite bread from the bakery next door for me.. that was top notch service honestly and she did it with a warm smile. We of course had access to the zen garden as well. The sound bath was lovely, i really enjoyed it. There are blankets available for use and warm coat looking things you can have to stay warm. I wish i had taken two but anyway they were available. The zen garden is very nice and i wish i stayed there longer but the sun had disappeared a bit and i didnt venture out there again. I think the moral of the story here is: consider the season when you book the spa if you want to enjoy the outdoor space. I appreciated that they had large robes - My massage was quite literally one of the best massages i have ever had - and ive had many. It was the manager herself whom did the massage and i think she did a fantastic job and made it longer due to the issue we had encountered. She definitely went all out to make me happy. Prior to the cedar bath we had an enzyme tea in a beautiful room overlooking a japanese garden. The cedar bath.. well its a huge pot of cedar that you get covered with. I had been told we would have individual rooms but this was not the case. Mom and i were in the same "bath". What was awkward for me is that in order to get covered by the cedar, the bath attendant has to come and cover your naked body - something else i wasn't expecting especially that i had specifically asked how this works when making the resa. Now... for a spa that charges $290 + for massage/bath, i have to say that i would expect a cleaner area. What i mean by that is: 1) there were no seat covers in the toilet.... 2) you could SEE the spots on the counter in the locker room as well as on the lockers themselves 3) some of the robes had hair on them which makes me wonder if they clean them after every use... 4) the carpet on the stairs was outdated and so was the locker room furniture - they def need a revamp. Maybe most people overlook these things but mom and i both noticed. Now... i dont know if this is correlated but at 5 am the next day (we left at 5pm the night before), i woke up with VIOLENT stomach cramps and i ended up throwing up 7 times that day. I could not hold down water. (I had NO symptoms before). I looked up the enzymes tea we had before the cedar bath and it does say that on RARE occasions this can happen. I thought i was going to die. I had intense cramps, mild hallucinations, fever, chills, body aches and most of all three up 7 times in one day.. today i am still recovering. The reason I mention this is because nowhere on any of the informative papers where you have the enzymes tea is this possibility outlined ... had i known i would have thought twice prior to proceeding. I would not wish this effect on my enemy. I think anyone who might feel "weaker" should avoid this at all costs. On the other hand, my mom was perfectly fine.

Yelp
Went here for my birthday and was a big let down, me and my 3 friends got massages and they barley put pressure on any of us, when we went in it smelled bad, like a farm. For almost 300 dollars I was expecting more but like I said I was let down.

Yelp
Nothing like a great spa day. We have a membership. Well worth it monthly for my wife and I

Yelp
Amaaaaaaaaaaazing experience. My best friend and I decided to invest in some REST, and Oasis Day Spa delivered all that we could dream of. Though I'm a frugal person, the splurge was totally worth it. The gorgeous Japanese garden was the kind of setting I prefer-- natural & tranquil, not stuffy or pretentious. We chose the Couples package and spent the most relaxing few hours being pampered. After putting on very comfortable robes and slides, we started with an excellent custom-tailored massage, which we both loved. While my friend got a relaxing massage, mine was tailored to relax my sore muscles and remove knots. I highly recommend my guy Ferris. After the massage, we were treated to a warming cedar bath, which aided the relaxation process. Lastly, we spent time in the serene and well-kept garden with tea. It was a perfect way to close out the spa treatment and be present with each other. Such a wonderful experience. I plan on taking my husband back with me!

Yelp
Such a great experience. I had no idea what to expect from the Cedar Enzyme Bath but it was such a relaxing experience. From the tea to lying in the bath to the shower after! The massage was incredible - so worth getting one!!! Thank you for such a great birthday experience! I will definitely be back.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary and while the cedar bath was definitely interesting, we both got a rash of some kind. Fortunately it went away after a couple of days, but the couples package isn't thoughtfully planned. After the cedar bath and a shower, you are escorted to the massage, which was extremely mediocre. What really annoyed me is that the massage tables were heated after having a cedar bath. Not to mention, the tea served at the ceremony was not my favorite. Overall, would not recommend the package for the price and value, and definitely the questionable rash we both got.

Yelp
I surprised my Fiancé with a day of relaxation at the Osmosis Day Spa. I tried to book this place last year for his birthday but it was impossible. They didn't have any openings. So I tried it again this year and was able to get an appointment! I booked 2 months in advance. The drive from San Francisco was an hour and 10 mins. It was a nice, calming, drive. We passed by a lot of farms to get there. We got the Transformation package: Cedar Enzyme Bath, followed by their unique Osmosis Fusion Massage, blending the long, relaxing strokes of Swedish-Esalen with the revitalizing techniques of Shiatsu, Thai, and Chinese massage. The Cedar Enzyme Bath was quite the experience. You're in the bath for 20 mins and an employee would check in every 5 mins to help you drink water and put a cold towel on your head since it can get pretty hot. This was really relaxing. I felt myself falling asleep in it. After the bath was a nice shower. Mariam was great at explaining the benefits it has on your body and was just really pleasant and personable! After the bath, I had a massage with Consuelo. We had a quick intake meeting before my massage. WOW, Consuelo had a light touch but it was such a relaxing massage! She has magical hands because I felt amazing afterwards. She was especially great at massaging my feet. I've never had a better foot rub, ever. I would definitely come back here. It's a beautiful place and I like that it's so far from the city. It was a nice getaway!

Yelp
Really lovely and relaxing gardens. The pagodas are a worthy upgrade. Massage was exceptional. They served snacks and water / tea. The only downside might be that all their tea was pretty cold.

Yelp
Aside from the appealing aesthetic website, I personally felt that trying to reserve a service was inconvenient and quite disappointing. I discovered Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary on a social media add and was intrigued not only because of the many services provided, but also for the location convenience. I've personally reached out to the spa via email and followed their direct instructions online by reserving 3 time slots and patiently waited for a response as to what would be available well knowingly that they are booked out quite a while due their popularity. Two stars goes to marketing. Customer service gave me the time of day. I would've loved to experiment this spa. The website mentioned (optional) if their customers would like to make donations. In brief, I personally emailed customer service in regards to how I could donate to a specific fundraiser. I wanted to donate to the Road to Maui Fundraiser." In conclusion I felt that customer support was rather abrasive and all I wanted to do was book a nice anniversary celebration with my partner and when I noticed that making a donation was an option, it piqued my interest further. Yelp
I received an amazing facial from Azja- what I really have to rave about are the product lines they carry. I ended up purchasing several products used on me and the results (now 2 months later) are nothing short of extraordinary! The gardens and setting are exquisite of course; the waiting area/retail space is comfortable with very thoughtful retail items ranging from robes to candles to books to handmade greeting cards to artisan jewelry. I cannot wait to return to this special retreat in west county.

Yelp
Tl;dr: The cedar enzyme bath was a unique experience that I'd be interested in trying again. The gardens are peaceful and beautiful. The staff were helpful and addressed any questions/concerns. BUT... I'd like to say it was a relaxing, stress-free experience from start to finish, but this wasn't the case. Arrival: My bf and I arrived earlier than our appointment time because we wanted to explore the gardens before it got dark and without having to rush. Check-in was smooth (no wait and no issues), and we were given a rundown of how the property was laid out and where to find refreshing water and tea. The gardens were beautiful and peaceful, also because we were the only ones there for most of our time there. There were a few closed off, but the ones that were available were very nice. Dressing room: This was the less-than-relaxing bit. We were shown to the dressing room and assured that we would be the only ones using it so to feel comfortable changing into robes, but no! During that time multiple sets of people tried to come in! I understand that it's a shared dressing room in the sense that multiple guests use the lockers, but then there should be a sign to knock before entering, a lock, or even just don't tell guests like us we're the only ones using the room when that was clearly not the case so we'd be prepared! It was awkward and embarrassing for everyone to be surprised in various states of undress. On top of this, two of the lockers wouldn't lock properly which just added to the time in the waiting room - yes, more people tried to enter during that time. Tea room: The tea room was a nice place for quiet meditation. The attendant came to serve tea and answer any questions, and we were left for some time to enjoy the tea and the small private garden. Cedar bath: An interesting, unique experience. The cedar was hotter than expected, but in a good way, and the weight of it felt comforting (I suppose this is why weighted blankets are so popular). Beneath, the cedar was supportive and fit properly into the curves of the body. Post-bath: I'll admit after the dressing room fiasco I did not feel fully relaxed to be out in the open again, brushing the sand off and then using the shower room to wash off the rest. I was 50% sure someone was going to randomly walk in again. Fortunately that didn't happen. Overall it was a pleasant, unique experience that was marred by unexpected visitors (a problem that's easily solved with a lock), so it could have gone better. It's a pity since the staff was so friendly and helpful and tried to make things comforting, but it was what it was.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of spending an afternoon at Osmosis Day Spa this weekend, and the experience absolutely blew me away. My massage was one of the best--if not *the* best--I've ever had, thanks to the incredible skills of my practitioner, Kate B. The grounds are stunning, and the entire staff is welcoming, hospitable, and kind. I was part of a group of six, and Kelcie and Skylar in the front office went above and beyond to accommodate us, managing to get everyone on a similar schedule despite my somewhat last-minute request. On the day of our visit, I realized I had mistakenly booked one of our group member's services incorrectly, but the gentleman at the front desk (whose name I, unfortunately, didn't catch) saved the day by squeezing her in at the last minute! All in all, it was a truly remarkable experience at a beautiful spa, with a fantastic staff. I can't recommend it enough--10/10!

Yelp
Heaven. This place is heaven. I don't think that much else needs to be said. The Cedar Bath was a wildly relaxing and soothing experience. It is fascinating to understand how much the enzymes and cedar produce such a warm, moisturizing experience. My husband and I did the cedar baths, each with our own tub (his was the hot one; mine was the normal), and we had a beautiful open green space to enjoy as we experienced the relaxation of the baths. It was so seamless for us to get out, brush off, and shower in a private shower without a worry. Just as I started to feel hot, the attendant came in with a cold press for the head and some water. This happened twice, and it was much appreciated. The transformation fusion massage was a fun new experience that mixed eastern and western massage techniques. My therapist was mindful of my specific aches and pains, and incorporated special relief for these areas. Yes, there is some noise from neighboring properties that are undergoing some work, but you can easily tune it out if you want to. You don't have to let it ruin your experience.

Yelp
My wife and I had an amazing time. The cedar bath was a really cool experience but it was the massages that really blew me away. Michelle was incredible. The experience was relaxing and so very healing. She was able to unblock my tension points and it left me feeling better than I've felt in so long. Highly recommend asking for Michelle! Sarah also did the massage for my wife and she also loved it! 10/10.

Out of this world experience. Imagine a weighted blanket but fermenting and more like a sandbox than a blanket! Super relaxing and unique. Massages were extraordinarily great too.

Yelp
Shama lama ding dong - this place is got it going on. One of the best spa's I have been to and I have been all over the world. Service - excellent (beware you have to plan ahead). Ambiance - five stars! Cool zen motif, well groomed horticulture, Japanese architecture - class a. My first time, I got the Fusion in the outside Pagoda. This was so awesome to be in a Japanese hut listening to the birds. Willow was my masseuse and she rocked! I actually had to look at her hands to see how she was able to maneuver like she did. Long story short ... this is my new go to!

Yelp
Spent part of my birthday weekend here. Very remote location with minimal reception getting to the place so it was a little challenging finding our way back home in pitch darkness. Booked the warmth of love experience which consisted of tea, cedar enzyme bath and full body massages. you are first escorted to one of the changing rooms which have free lockers and different sized robes hanging on the wall to choose from. then followed by the tea room, which was very tranquil and zen. great way to start! i enjoyed hearing the water sounds of the small pond with koi fish. afterwards, we were taken to the cedar baths by our bath attendant who was amazing and very attentive! offered cold towels on our forehead, water service and made sure we were comfortable in the cedar the entire time. the enzyme bath lasted 20 mins, i wish it were longer! we then washed up and waited for our massages. this is where i deducted 1 star. we waited almost 30 minutes before we were greeted by our masseuse. i think it would be great to inform guests of how long they have to shower and approx wait time for the massage. i rushed to try to get all the cedar off my body and hair bc i didn't want my masseuse to wait only to wait for another 30 mins. there wasn't anything special about my massage. with the price we paid for this package, i was hoping to get one of the best massages but my masseuse lacked technique. the entire 70 minutes consisted of my body being rubbed and rocked. the massage also started to give me anxiety with the pace of my masseuse. it didn't feel like she was taking her time nor that she wanted to be there. at the end, 20% tip was automatically added to our services which we were already going to do but i feel like that should also be noted somewhere so clients aren't blindsided at check out. would also be nice to be able to allocate the tip to the different providers as we saw accordingly fit. would still recommend this place but probably only for the cedar enzyme baths.

Yelp
Michael from Guest Services was kind enough to call me and hear about what happened so they can improve. He apologized and refunded me for the bad massage and disappointing experience. He also conveyed that Hunter only recently completed massage school and does lack experience. Admittedly, both my daughter and friend had enjoyed their massages with other therapists, so it was just unfortunate for me. Michael said my bad experience does not reflect what their establishment embodies and offered me the opportunity to return for a complimentary massage with their most seasoned therapist. I would probably visit again if I am planning to be in the area.

Yelp
This was my second time enjoying the beautiful Osmosis Day Sanctuary. It is aptly named as it truly does feel like a sanctuary - taking you away from the daily grind and exporting you into serenity and quiet. The property itself has provided me more benefits than the actual services. Getting to the property takes some time, which can be a nice start to a relaxing day if you properly prepare for it. Once you step on property, you are immersed in calm and beauty. Simply walking in allows for a breath of calm. I love walking the property, among the trees and bamboo over to the meditation garden. My favorite is to grab some hot tea and just sit for awhile. I have tried the cedar bath - I loved the warmth and comfort of this after I got over the anxiety of the weight! I have also had a lymphatic drainage massage with the pagoda add on as well as the scalp massage add on. I didn't feel super satisfied or particularly relaxed after this service sadly. It involves mostly dry brushing (you do get to take home a dry brush with instructions!) but I didn't feel that there was anything extra regarding the scalp massage. I enjoyed being outside in the pagoda, but it wasn't necessary. For the cost of the services, I want to leave feeling like a new person every time and so far I've left feeling pretty good. Every staff member is wonderful, however, and truly wants you to have the most serene experience possible.

Yelp
Came here for our 5 year anniversary and will be back! Such great service and came on a foggy morning so we didn't explore too much outside but we focused on the experience of the cedar bath and couples massage. Great environment and the overall vibe was great!

Yelp
Yes.. it's pricy but worth it!! Self care Wednesday on a whole new level, kind of an early Christmas present. Everyone was so friendly, I love they have a beautiful garden up front with tea before you enter the building, reception area is in a shop with the products they use (might I add reasonably priced!) also a variety of gifts. Jewelry, books, clothing, etc. then taken to a private changing room with a locker, given sandals and a robe. Next is the tea room with a beautiful outdoor space, koi in the pond, Samantha came in with amazing tea to explain the process, and go dig out the spots in the cedar/Douglas Fir/rice bran bath. She was friendly, checked in often and came to place lavender clothes on my head. The bath looks like finely ground wood chips and feels like moss, it is self self generating and gets warm, not the warm you'd expect from a sauna though. It's so soothing. Next clean off and shower.. Good luck lol, they give you a mitt to get some off (think beach sand but with different material) I'd recommend using it, I showered and washed my hair. Electrolyte water to follow Next was my facial, Robin was amazing, she tailored it to my skin Sam's knows what she's doing!! My skin looked fantastic after!! I loved the products! I believe it was Phyts sensi. She was kind, friendly, easy to talk to and had great energy. Meet with water after. Now a massage with Diane, she did a great job, firm enough pressure and a scalp massage. She has to remind me to let her do the work which really has me baffled at the thought of how often we, as she put, are "doers" And that's not what I was there for. After I was feeling great!!! Now was the meditation garden which is beautiful, I had left then read the incense pamphlet, asked and they provided me with a stick of incense to walk through with again. This really is worth the time and money they ask if you are okay with a 20% too for each person you had service with, I've noticed a few reviews complaining about it. They did great jobs and surely earned it. I did buy the sacred Easter massage cream, it's so amazing. I was provided with two samples of the product used in my face and think I will purchase some. I've continued to use it without breakouts or sensitivity issues. Y'all are amazing!!

Yelp
This spa was very expensive but super worth it! The tea service kind of seemed rushed. The cedar bath was hot and calming! Keep in mind it's not a real bath though. You're not sitting in water or anything. It's just dry cedar in a tub that's naturally warmed through fermentation! My massage therapist was amazing & made me feel super comfty! Would def go back. Want to try the facial next!

Yelp
5 stars for my masseuse (please forgive me for forgetting your name) she was the petite Japanese lady. She was AMAZING, communicative and did a great job working on the areas where I had the most tensions. I really enjoyed the meditation garden as well, it was relaxing and very tranquil. The facilities was 50/50, let me explain more...the outdoor gardens were very well maintained, beautiful and absolutely relaxing. For a moment, I felt like I was almost back in Japan. When you get the meditation garden to yourself, it's very peaceful and calm. Outside of the gardens, the rest of the facilities is dated and can really use some upgrades. I'm not saying they need to go full luxury and modern, because this is an Asian-inspired spa and the pre-existing elements are so important to upholding that vibe. However, I do feel they can make the interior building more comfortable and cozy. For starters the old carpets can go. The space is small and cramped, with a very disorganized vibe. It kind of felt like a hostel inside because there were lots of small rooms, tight hallways and a self service type of energy. When my partner and I arrived for the rejuvenation packaged we were greeted by the front receptionist, then shown the changing/locker room which we were told to figure out the locker code situation ourselves. This locker room only had lockers, a bench, a vanity area with some small essentials like cotton balls, q-tips, and paper towels. It's a really tight space and can only hold two people. This is also where you will change into your robe, they come in a lot of sizes which is great. My partner did the cedar enzyme bath, but I opted out because I just got a fresh tattoo. I'm not sure why I was not offered slippers but I just kept my own sandals on during the duration of my visit. The first stop after the locker room is the "tea ceremony", it felt very rushed and our host didn't even realize there were no hot water in the tea pot when she tried to pour us our tea -_- Since I opted out of the cedar bath I was told to wait outside or the meditation garden, there is no real waiting area unless you want to sit outside before the entrance or the lawn. I was also misinformed when I asked one person how long the cedar bath is, she told me 1 hour and my original host told me 20 mins when I ran into her late while figuring out what to do. I explored the gardens and walked around, eventually sitting on one of the outdoor chairs until I noticed how much cob webs have built up near the pillows (facility needs some cleaning for sure). I continue to sit outside but no one ever came to inform me my massage is coming up, it was really weird, the vibe was definitely off. We were guided upstairs to the massage waiting area, then lead by our masseuses to the room. Which is another area of opportunity for some interior changes, the room was very well lit which was not so relaxing. There were no shades or anything to dim the room. When the massage started, I think the masseuses might have forgotten about the music for the first 5-10 mins because I found myself relaxing to the sounds of the air purifier or fan. After our massages we explored the gardens some more and had some tea. One of the disappointing things were how many cups were left behind in the meditation garden, stacked on the bench for over an hour and no one cleaned it up. It was finally time to leave, we aimlessly wandered back inside and looked for the showers but had no idea where to get towels or which showers to use because there was one private one and one communal one. We finally saw a staff member and asked for some guidance, we were shown individual shower rooms (Which was not very clean) and she handed us towels. After you shower you have to walk back to the locker room to change, which is in a different room and you might run into other guests along your way. To finish my review and why I took away two stars is because the service and hospitality was total opposite of what a relaxation spa should feel like. There was absolutely no guidance on what to do or even a tour of the place when we first arrived. While the gardens were so pretty and great to be in, I wish I could say the same for the indoor facility and disorganized staff. This isn't your usual luxury spa but if you want something different with a zen vibe, this would be your place if you can look past the dated space, some of the uncleanliness and the unstructured experience.

Yelp
Happy birthday to me! I booked myself a cedar bath and massage in a pagoda for a birthday treat to myself as both seemed to be relatively COVID-safe options. It's a bit of a trek out to this day spa from the East Bay, so I left early to make sure I had plenty of time to get there. I was thinking it was in Sonoma, but it's way past anything in Sonoma I've ever visited. I check in, change into a robe, and am shown to a cute little tea room overlooking a garden. I asked to keep the door open for ventilation and they were happy to comply. I didn't spend much time in here as my cedar bath was ready. The attendant dug a little seat for me in the cedar and started burying me alive (she called it "planting me in her garden," which was a nicer way of putting it, but you get the point). I started feeling a bit claustrophobic so asked to keep my arms and chest out and that helped. This ended up being really relaxing and I wished I had more time in there. Again, I asked that the door be left open for ventilation and they were happy to do so once they found a screen door to put over the opening. When my time was up, the attendant dug me out and had me brush off outside before rinsing off in the shower. It felt a bit strange to be completely nude in a little garden, especially when a worker entered through the gate. There was a screen up between us, but only on one side of me. Bit strange. Then I went back inside and rinsed off in the shower. As I was walking out of the shower, I noticed my chest was beginning to look a bit red. I couldn't really see much without a mirror nearby, but pointed it out to the attendant and she didn't seem concerned. I also couldn't get all the cedar shavings out my my buttcrack and hoo-ha, and 100% would recommend wearing underwear if you do this service, even though I think they specifically recommend against it. Then I was escorted to an outdoor sitting area to wait for my massage. It was pretty gross. Dirty benches covered in spiderwebs, spiders, and their dinner. A nearby tractor was hard at work. The fountain was a mosquito breeding ground. I went to use the restroom, which was also covered in bugs. There was a mirror, and I noticed the rash was on my chest and arms. I do have sensitive skin, and figured it would subside soon, especially since I'd showered. My massage therapist arrives to take me down a dirt path to the pagoda. It's really hot in there, and I ask if he can open some windows to ventilate and cool the space. He opens one, but I'm still baking. It was a good massage and the aromatherapy was a nice touch. I put my street clothes back on after the massage, went to grab a cup of water, and noticed dust and dead bugs all over the water dispenser area. Decided to wait until I got back to the main building. I headed back to the bathroom, and realized my rash was getting much worse. I was surprised the massage therapist didn't mention it at all during the session because it was bad. I was really hot, and started feeling dizzy. I decided to do a video call with a doctor from the zen garden. Turns out, he thought I was at risk for anaphylaxis. I was instructed to get to the nearest pharmacy and take 2 drugs immediately, then Benadryl after I finished my long drive home. Repeat for 5 days. If I felt my throat swelling, I needed to pull over and call 911. Pretty scary as I was by myself in the middle of nowhere Sonoma and the nearest pharmacy I could find was 20-30 minutes away. The Benadryl made me a zombie for about 8 days; I couldn't work or sleep. This was an experience all right, but not one that I would do again.

Yelp
If you find the sounds of heavy machinery, lawn mowing, and constant beeping of a forklift backing up calming and relaxing, then this is the spa for you! If, like most people, you find those sounds super annoying and stressful, then I highly recommend you book your spa day elsewhere. I think a spa day inside a steel factory would be more relaxing than this place. Also, I was so glad that my SISTER wasn't anywhere near me when my massage therapist asked me if I was treating my mother to a spa day for mother's day. She's very sensitive about her age and def would have cried on a spa day that was for her. Really shouldn't assume things like that - also there's only a two year difference between us - SO RUDE. So I had the tea experience, a swedish massage, and an energy facial. The tea experience was very rushed and we did not get to really enjoy that for very long. Also like half of the time we were in there (so like fifteen minutes out of thirty minutes) one of the ladies on staff sat with us on the floor and was very chatty about the tea and the gardens - not relaxing and really would've enjoyed more time alone without her. I was supposed to be able to sit in the tea room and drink my tea while my sis got the cedar bath thing, but they tried to kick me out earlier because they had someone else booked in it right after us, but we still had like about 20 or 30 minutes left on the reservation for the tea room. They just wanted to tidy it up for the next person sooner while my sis was in the cedar bath. Since I couldn't chill in the tea room we had for my sis's entire cedar bath, and they don't have any inside waiting areas, they brought me to the gardens outside. While the gardens are pretty enough, it was freezing and raining outside and the entire time I was sitting there all I could hear was the loud noise of the farm next door mowing the lawn and an annoying beeping sound of a forklift or something backing up. I was super cold and the lady brought me a thin blanket, but I really could have just used a thicker blanket or a waiting area inside where I'd be warm. Idk what the heck they do in the winter, because this wasn't pleasant on a chilly day in May even - I shudder to think how I'd feel in December or January. After my sis was done with her cedar bath she came to join me in the garden and we sat on the pillows for about ten minutes, then moved to the waiting area for the pagoda massages. There was entirely too much time between treatments with nothing to do, and they don't even have a snack menu or something so you can't eat between treatments. Just boredom of waiting around with loud noises of lawn mowing and heavy machinery to irritate you. Our massage therapists came to get us and bring us to the pagodas. My sis went with some dude and I went with some lady. On the walk to the pagoda is when she asked me if I was treating my mother to a spa day, and I quickly turned around to make sure my sis wasn't nearby to hear that. I very bluntly said that she was my sis and the lady was like oh I shouldn't assume, and I was like yeah, you really shouldn't. Went into the pagoda for the massage and it was freezing cold. The table had some heat in it, but the entire place felt like ice. All I kept hearing was the beeping of a forklift backing up and heavy machinery during the entire massage. I even asked if she could put on music or something to drown out the noise and the lady was like, oh we just have the sounds of nature here - chirping of the birds and what not - and I was like I just want to drown out the noise of the beeping and heavy machinery - and she was like, yeah that's our neighbors, not a lot we can do about that. I think, one, you could have something to drown out the noise at least, and two, you should either own the land adjacent to you or build your spa somewhere else. When she started my massage her hands were ice cold - unpleasant. I also asked her to not touch my feet as I'm very sensitive on my feet, and she kept touching them and trying to massage them multiple times. I had to keep reminding her that her touch on my feet was unwanted. She kept just brushing it off like she's so used to just doing feet, but I didn't appreciate her ignoring my preferences when I don't appreciate someone touching my feet. The massage was meh. I asked her not to massage out knots because it's painful and she still did. And other parts of my body it was like she was barely touching me. Just not a great massage and really needed her to respect that I don't like being touched on my feet. When the massage was done she took me over to the inside to wait for my facial. The "waiting area" for the facials is just a seat near the stairs in the middle of everything and is super loud. My facial sucked, it was painful and just heard more beeping and cars zooming. Also super weird "technique" of playing with the fat under my chin... Overall, expensive, loud, rude, and not relaxing. Don't bother coming here.

Yelp
happy customers NO MORE !! Osmosis refused to honor a gift certificate and ruined our French visitor's visit to The West County. They will never get another dime of ours- be forewarned and please pass it on...
