I had a great experience at Osmow’s! The service was efficient and friendly, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. It's clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. One thing I really appreciated was the ample parking available—makes it super convenient, especially during busy hours. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan choices, which is perfect for anyone with dietary preferences or restrictions. This is the closest Osmow’s to us, and it’s hands down one of the best locations we’ve tried. We’ve ordered their Lamb Shawarma multiple times, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. They’re open late (until 5AM on Uber Eats!), which is a huge bonus for late-night cravings. The plaza has ample free parking, which makes pickup super convenient. Great job to the team here — consistently excellent quality and service. Highly recommended!

I always come to this location and order the Chicken OZ Box. The food is nice, but the guy who packed my order this time gave very little chicken. This has happened before with the same person. The lady staff member usually gets the portion right. It felt like the chicken was just sprinkled on top. We're paying for this, and all we get is mostly salad—and a lot of it. It's not worth the price. Edit: Thanks for your response, but just to clarify—I ordered this directly from your restaurant. The presence of a fork in the photo doesn’t change the fact that the chicken portion was small for the price. I posted the review to share honest feedback, hoping it helps with improvement. Customer service includes acknowledging concerns, not deflecting them. Thank you.

Ordered the Ozbox (chicken shawarma with half rice/fries and Fattoush salad) and the chicken shawarma poutine with a bar of Dubai chocolate. The lady at the counter was kind and pleasant to deal with. We got our food almost immediately and didn't have any worries about dining in even around noon. Highly recommend - food was delicious and well cooked.

Osmow’s has become my go-to spot for lunch — the food is always fresh, tasty, and satisfying. What really makes the experience even better is the amazing staff. Simran, in particular, stands out for her excellent customer service. She’s always helpful, friendly, and makes sure everything is just right with my order. I always come at this location, I have one near my house but they don’t make as good as this location. The service is excellent. Great staff i really like ambiance and the food is always delicious. This food does not upset my stomach. Harpreet and komal were on the shift. Amazing people give them a raise.

one of the best platters i have had in my life. no joke. the workers and customer service was amazing. The worker i worked with was named George he was very helpful and nice. Will be coming back 100%.
