Osmow's Shawarma

I had bought this shawarma wrap along with 2 other items from the store using Uber delivery pick up at around midnight. Brought the food home and as soon as I took a bite I felt my mouth is burning. It’s scorching HOT and Spicy. My order was medium hot. I have called the store immediately and the store crew repeatedly mentioned that they used 2 lines of HOT sauce. I did not agree with the crew as I could not take any more bite on the wrap due extreme level of HOT sauce in it. The store crew asked me to check her CCTV footage that she had used only 2 lines of hot sauce. I do not have any authority to check Owmow’s cctv footage. The crew literally rushed and ended the conversation. I am Very disappointed with their food preparing skills and extremely dissatisfied with the customer service experience as the crew literally failed to offer resolution to this issue. The food is nothing but a waste now! My other two items in this order were prepared well. I would like to bring attention to the store management to train the crew well so that they try to understand what a customer is going through when the order in incorrect and offer correct resolution by taking the time dealing with customer over telephone and show empathy. I have attached photos of how blood red the wrap looks like.!! Uodate and Note: The store owner has been communicating with me since my experience and had been cordial enough to fix this issue. I have been satisfied with their action of correcting issue with immediate effect. Thank you!

This is by far the best Osmow’s location I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, flavourful, and made perfectly every time. My favourite is the Chicken on the Stix, and it was cooked just right — juicy, well-seasoned, and served hot. What really makes this location stand out is the service. George was amazing, he was super friendly, welcoming, and clearly cares about making sure customers have a great experience. The restaurant is clean, well-run, and worked super fast in a rush.

I placed orders previously and they were fantastic that I prioritize your location over other location on my ubereats. This time, I ordered this shawarma box and you literally served this - wrap was okayish, not really good with its portioning, size and Fries..... my god!!! It was literally undercooked exhibiting pale white color that even a kid could tell that it's not properly cooked at all. I literally doubted myself if I paid less for this, that I got it served this way. I can understand that your location must've been busy. But Come on guys!!! Don't let such mistake in service mess with your customers' trust. Your location is literally the best, way better than other locations.

This is the closest Osmow’s to us, and it’s hands down one of the best locations we’ve tried. We’ve ordered their Lamb Shawarma multiple times, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. They’re open late (until 5AM on Uber Eats!), which is a huge bonus for late-night cravings. The plaza has ample free parking, which makes pickup super convenient. Great job to the team here — consistently excellent quality and service. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at Osmow’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and very filling. The shawarma was perfectly seasoned and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick with my order. The place was clean and had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Overall, excellent service and delicious food. Ordered the Ozbox (chicken shawarma with half rice/fries and Fattoush salad) and the chicken shawarma poutine with a bar of Dubai chocolate. The lady at the counter was kind and pleasant to deal with. We got our food almost immediately and didn't have any worries about dining in even around noon. Highly recommend - food was delicious and well cooked.
