Osmow's Shawarma

Visited Osmow’s today and had an excellent experience. Sachit took my order and provided amazing customer service—very polite, patient, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. The food came out fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this location!

WAS REALLY SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED! we ordered in store around 11:30PM December 17 and when we got home we were surprised with this! me and my partner was so very excited as osmow’s is one of our favourite food after our long shift. This is not right as we pay the full price of the meal and we receive this kind of service.

CONSISTENTLY GOOD! As someone who was visiting from out of province where we don't have Osmow's, I usually keep an eye for this chain anytime I'm passing through Toronto and have a shawarma craving haha. This time I got the half and half chicken shawarma with Doritos on top. It's pretty good. Although, I think I'll stick to my usual order next time 😋

Very friendly workers. The service was okay I see they were drowned with uber/door dash orders which means good as people are ordering plentiful here means food must be good. The food was good here for me and we opted for chicken. Would come back again A+++++. Whatever that spicy white sauce was please drown that in my rice it was soooo goood and good spice kick too.

I had a fantastic experience at Osmow’s thanks to Yogita! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Her customer service was exceptional — friendly, fast, and professional. Yogita took the time to answer my questions about the menu and helped me choose the perfect meal. Everything was prepared just the way I wanted, and she made sure I was satisfied before I left. It’s clear that she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. People like Yogita truly make a difference — I’ll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Yogita if you want a great experience!

I remember very well what a super shawarma from osmows is, and this is not it. Very disappointed, im not sure if its a franchise issue or the specific employee. But when told this is clearly not a super shawarma the lady just shrugged and said it is and refused to redo it properly.

Came for a late night dinner and the food was amazing! The servers were great and I couldn’t ask for anything else. Amazing hot delicious food!
