Osmow's Shawarma

Visited Osmow’s today and had an excellent experience. Sachit took my order and provided amazing customer service—very polite, patient, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. The food came out fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this location!

CONSISTENTLY GOOD! As someone who was visiting from out of province where we don't have Osmow's, I usually keep an eye for this chain anytime I'm passing through Toronto and have a shawarma craving haha. This time I got the half and half chicken shawarma with Doritos on top. It's pretty good. Although, I think I'll stick to my usual order next time 😋

I had a fantastic experience at Osmow’s thanks to Yogita! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Her customer service was exceptional — friendly, fast, and professional. Yogita took the time to answer my questions about the menu and helped me choose the perfect meal. Everything was prepared just the way I wanted, and she made sure I was satisfied before I left. It’s clear that she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I had a really good experience here. I ordered a chicken wrap and it had the best wrap. I was served by Arpan, and she had such a big smile (a rare for osmows employees), she was really helpful and patient in letting me decide my order as well. I would recommend this place always.

Very decent place, good service and food taste good!

Came for a late night dinner and the food was amazing! The servers were great and I couldn’t ask for anything else. Amazing hot delicious food!
