Osmow's Shawarma

It was a 5 STAR EXPERIENCE from start to finish. Placing the order over the phone was easy and the pick up was seamless. The food was ready upon arrival and everything was packaged beautifully; we even received assistance to carry out the order to the car. That was TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was shocked how perfectly everything was packed and clearly labeled; this helped so much!!!! The food was a HIT…..fresh, hot and DELICIOUS!!!! Our Team will definitely order again in the future!

Update Feb 20, 2025 The manager reached out, took accountability, apologized and remade my order. The apology was very genuine and I went again couple weeks ago and today and the staff were kind and food was good. I ordered Osmows for the first time on door dash and it asked me what spice level I wanted and I chose hot (check photos attached). It doesn’t say anything about the portion of spice only the level so one would assume the spice level would be high and they would put a small portion over the food but they poured soo much I couldn’t even taste the Philly sauce or rice. Door dash couldn’t help me so I ended up going to the location and they were rude and arguing saying I should know that it’s 3 lines of hot sauce which they definitely put more than 3 lines. I asked if they could just remake cause I’m a new customer and they refused. I asked for a manager and they refused. Horrible customer service/accountability and I’m never ordering again. So disappointed.

I don't know what happened. This place used to give good portions. I got chicken and beef on the rocks, ordered large for both, but I guess it's not worth spending extra bucks just because they don't fill up the container.

Jeap, aman and jerica were so polite and patient, jeap helped me with ordering and the other two made sure i get what i asked for. Thanks for the great service. I love this place as it's my regular go to shawarma spot and I always get from this location. Expect the same service in the future as well.

I went to buy a regular chicken on the rocks, they need to care more about their food then costumers if it’s going to take some time to make the chicken let the costumers know. It seems like they want to satisfy them but if you rush and the chicken is not cooked it’s really bad, to be honest they needed a little more time to cook but it’s the rice for me! It needs to be fluffy not hard like a rock”””” I advise to take more into cooking the rice to it’s perfection than pleasing costumers. It’s food we’re working with here, please this spot is my go to place, but needs more recognition when it comes to making the !RICE!!!

I recently visited Osmow’s and had a great experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Their shawarma was delicious, and the portions were generous. A special shoutout to Harpreet for providing the best customer service! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. Her warm and professional attitude truly enhanced my dining experience. I highly recommend Osmow’s for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Will definitely be coming back!

Food and service is very good. I came here with a friend who was visiting the country and the food and service was very good. The employees are welcoming and nice to talk to. I highly recommend the lamb shawarma wrap and you can make it spicy. Also the Greek salad is very good. Definitely worth coming to alone or with friends
