Osmow's Shawarma

This about to be a dry meal. This is the second time now, why give customer such a little amount of sauce, especially when I ordered a large size. Like be generous and give an adequate amount. This is absolutely unacceptable 👎🏻 so annoying. Ordered 15mins ago was hoping for a great meal and opened to see disappointment again.

Food here was a treat! Easy to order and the portion sizes were welcomed! The meat was well seasoned and the garlic sauce was superb. I went back a second time. Only issue with the location is the extreme heat though I guess that can't be helped.

They have a student deal for $12 chicken on the rocks + a can of pop/water if you show school id. Very limited seating (4 seats) so mostly just a takeout spot. Cashier was very helpful & patient.

Picked up a chicken shawarma wrap for National Shawarma Day. It was my first time eating at this restaurant. It's located in a small building with several different restaurant counters, and it seems more as take out than sit in. Although there was a long line at 4pm and the establishment being packed on account of the occasion, the whole process was well organized. The cashier took my order accurately and even repeated back my order to ensure accuracy. All the toppings were listed on an easy to read chart. I waited not much longer than 5 minutes or so for my order once placed. Despite it being so busy, I didn't feel like I waited too long. The wrap itself was very good and loaded enough to satisfy even a hungry man. The quality was good. I was a bit overwhelmed with all the packaging for a wrap and a small Dubai crunch (wraping and bag for wrap, plus paper bag for wrap + dessert and they threw in napkins and several forks and spoons I didn't need. I will visit here again on occasion as the food was enjoyable.

I have been visiting osmow's shawarama for the last three years. All the food here is very good. Till date I have not eaten such shawarama anywhere in the whole of Toronto. The staff providing service here is very good. If I talk about stars then I give them 10 stars. We are 35 friends in our apartment. We all eat food from this store every day. This is the only store in all of Toronto that is open 24 hours a day to provide you with its services. The chicken shawarma, falafel, lamb shawarma, philly shawarma, beyond steak here are very tasty.

Jashan she’s very talented person. She know how to communicate. I’m so happy for everything she do. I’m not the first time not the second time in the store. Thank you so much. Happy new year.

I ordered from Osmow’s (372 Yonge Street) and the experience was extremely disappointing. My order was supposed to arrive at 2:30 PM, but even by 4:20 PM, nothing was delivered. The app showed it as delivered, but I received nothing. I called the store, and they said they were contacting DoorDash, but there was no update, no follow-up, and no response to my emails. I paid for my food and ended up with nothing. Very unprofessional service. I hope they improve their communication and customer support because this was unacceptable.

I had an amazing visit to Osmow’s Shawarma! I ordered the chicken on the rocks, and Justin, who served me, was incredibly friendly and professional. He made sure the portion was generous, and it tasted absolutely fantastic. The service was quick and efficient, which made the experience even better. A special thanks to Justin and the entire team for their excellent service. Justin went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and I truly appreciate it. I’ll definitely be returning! The food was amazing, and the staff was top-notch. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
