I've found that the quality of the food fluctuates. I always order at dinner time. As someone in the reviews said, there's definitely somewhere there that doesn't care, making bland saj chicken wraps. I once ordered mild and there was chilli in every inch of my order as if someone dropped it by accident.
The shawarma itself is good, probably the best quality of chicken shawarma I've had in Toronto. The sauce is special and the falafel is also very good. I suggest trying out the baklava cheesecake.
