Osmow's Shawarma

Ali babas down the street is better . I had wrap here once n they put more sauce then chicken I decided to give another chance because was the “special” outside says it includes a can of pop they claim it’s crossed out so no pop included which the price isn’t even good you are saving nothing and you should probably cross it out properly instead of false advertising to customers . I can clearly see it says including pop lol weird practice like just give the pop. Also I find it extremely bizzare out of - onions lettuce tomato pickles basic toppings you can only pick 3 ? What is this place ? I’ve never been any shawarma place you can’t put all the toppings insanely wild. I will never come here again.

I tried their falafel on sticks, and the portion was good. Falafel felt little underseasoned but was good enough portion and in taste, the garlic sauce was really good and spot on. Overall, the portion was good i got the large platter. Fries would've been more seasoned as well. Experience was okay. The lady serving us was nice and friendly. Staff is hard working and polite.

What a gem. Excellent food for a reasonable price. Even their fries are good but their shawarma is the best I've ever had. Always friendly staff and quick

Update: 5 stars to 3 stars I've found that the quality of the food fluctuates. I always order at dinner time. As someone in the reviews said, there's definitely somewhere there that doesn't care, making bland saj chicken wraps. I once ordered mild and there was chilli in every inch of my order as if someone dropped it by accident. The shawarma itself is good, probably the best quality of chicken shawarma I've had in Toronto. The sauce is special and the falafel is also very good. I suggest trying out the baklava cheesecake.

Absolutely amazing experience! I ordered Chicken on the salad and on the rocks. Both dishes were perfect! I would highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The customer service is wonderful. The quality of the food is fresh and tasty! If you like Mediterranean cuisine you MUST go here. I can't wait to go back for more ;)

Was a little nervous with the ratings but had. A really good experience here, - veggies and meat was super tasty (definitely among the best I've tasted in a whole across Toronto let alone the different branche). - the staff was super helpful/accomadaying to entire group ( kid-friendly) little kids A definite Place to munch out at when your in the area.

Food Poisoning: Me along with two other friends ate on Canada day, unfortunately we all ate the same Chicken Shawarma and all of us have diarrhea and we’re very sick now. Unbelievable how is this even possible with all the food safety and inspections. We are thinking to file a complaint very soon if our health deteriorates.

The recent 1 star reviews over the last 3 months are all legit. This was the worst Osmows dinner I’ve had. I’ve never given an Osmows location a 1 star. My meal was cold, the chicken must have been sitting there for hours because it was soft and mush like. The garlic sauce isn’t as tasty as other locations.
