The experience was mediocre. I was in two different rooms, and the mattresses in each of those rooms were low quality, could feel all of the metal mattress springs while sleeping.
When I checked in, I asked for a bottom bunk bed for mobility reasons, the staff confirmed, yet when I arrived they did not reserve a bottom bed. At first they just said “sorry,” then they tried to compensate by giving me two free breakfast tokens.
Furthermore, I also cook a lot of my own food. Despite my food being correctly labeled, the staff threw my food in the trash. Again, the front desk, just said “sorry” then they tried to give me a free drink. Finally I pressed them for cash compensation, they agreed to 10€, which still was not enough for the price of the food they threw away.
This hostel definitely practices dynamic pricing, very exploitive and corporate hostel chain. The prices astronomically increase closer to your check in date.
Overall, disappointed in their coordination and facility management.
