Rooms are acceptable, location is amazing. I've never seen better breakfast at any hostel before. I didn't receive Trentino Guest Card even tho I asked twice and the lady even had me write my email on paper. It's so annoyiong because I could have saved a couple of euro. Also I don't think they have any regulations relating to staying quiet after 10 pm and respecting others. My roommates came back from a party and kept waking me up. So next time I'll choose different establishment.

Pros 1. Price is better than pretty much anything else in the city. 2. Location is amazing. 3. Breakfast included. I however had several unpleasent experiences. While on my way to Trento, my train was delayed for several hours. I was supposed to arrive at 8PM and the reservation said that check in started at 7. I then recieve an email at 8:57 PM stating that check-in ends at 9 and that they had tried to call me and in which they asked me to call them back. I recieved no call. Then I tried to call them in a panic around 20 times with no response. When I finally arrive, the door is locked, and I rang the bell, nobody responded. I am then really scared because it is 10pm and I have nowhere else to stay. I call several other hotels and they are all full. After around an hour I get in by following people who have keycards. The receptionist is then extremely rude and accuses me of not having contacted them and charges me a €15 late-check-in fee. So Check in times of 7-9PM are ridiculously limited, and it says nowhere on the website/for the reservation that it ends at 9. The room is what you could expect for the price. They also have many fees with which they likely try to compensate the cheap prices. €15 late check-in, €20 if you lose your roomkey, etc. Moral of the story, If you are reliant on the cheaper price in comparison to other accomodations, I get it, just beware.

Few minutes walking from the bus and railway stations. Few minutes walking to the old town. 5 minutes walking to the cable car station. Would be good to have a small fridge in the room.

A few points I have to mention! 1. They have their check-in hours until 21h/22h, if you for some reason arrive later you are on your own! That's the first hostel that this ever happened! Usually when they close at night they have somehow a way so you don't sleep outside. This hadn't and you really are left to sleep outside. I sent a WhatsApp message at 15h asking for this which was seen at 16h but I only got a reply at 21h when I couldn't do much and had no alternative. 2. You don't have a place to stay overnight and you still have to pay for it. It's their '"policy". So have this in mind. 3. The staff overall was good. One point I couldn't ignore, when I did the check-in in the afternoon the receptionist was the same that in the next morning was in the breakfast at 8h. For how many hours do people work in this place? 12h? 13h? 4. There was some bugs near the bed and around the room in general. 5. The location is pretty good! Trento is not of a big city and you move around quickly. It's next to the train station and also bus which was a plus.

We visit northern ltaly annually and decided to stay in Trento on the way to Lake Garda. We chose the hostel due to its promity to the Historical centre of Trento. Rooms are clean, adequate and breakfast is traditional meats, cheeses. breads, cakes and cerals -which are plentiful. Staff are friendly and helpful and guest are mixed ages which makes for a quiet and polite hostel.

Staff are very helpful and kind. The hostel room was big, with only 6 beds. Bathroom needs a deeeeep clean. Breakfast is included and was actually pretty good. For the price it was very good.

Pretty clean. For what you pay you get excellent accommodations. It's really close to the center, about 5 minutes walking. The breakfast buffet with prosciutto was better than I expected. Because it is right next to the train tracks, there is a lot of noise. Also since I couldn't find anyone to return my smart card key at 6 am in the morning, I was out of the 5 euro deposit.
