All what we ordered was super tasty 😋

Google
It’s a limited menu, everything is fresh. The spaghetti vongole was recommended for the night I was there— my goodness I never worked so hard on a vongole, there were maybe 40 tiny and tasty clams in the pasta. The assorted seafood platter appetizer to start gives a great survey to everything the lagoon has to offer. Be prepared to share tables, but you don’t have to talk to anyone, they are all too busy eating.

Google
Great place to eat! It seems very local as the menu was hand written and in Italian only, still the waiters could speak perfect English and explain the menu!

Google
Great restaurant that we stumbled upon. We're not really seafood eaters... But the place didn't have any tourists, and only locals... So we went in. The waitress was very nice and very multilingual, including French and German. Good food... Very fresh... And the panna cotta was worth every cent.

Inside of the restaurant the atmosphere is cozy. The staff makes you feel welcomed as you would be at home. The food was quick and fresh.

Very good authentic Venician food, prices are reasonable for the food although I recommend to check them in case you have a limited budget. Staff is friendly

A really good local restaurant that came recommended by our hotel. They have excellent seafood and pasta in this quite small establishment. Many of the plates can be made for 2 or 3 people so you can all dig in. The scampi pasta was great and it seems the locals order a lot of clams so worth a try if you like clams.

Yelp
Great local place. Service was patient & helpful with us as she explained the menu. Wife got pasta with ham and olive oil. It was very light & delicious. I had homemade lasagna. It was good. We actually stayed past their closing time for lunch-by accident- and they let us continue to visit.

Yelp
We try to come here every time we visit Venice. It's homely and special in a way that only a place in this city can offer. Cod ravioli with an artichoke sauce - I'm still dreaming about it now! Book before you arrive, book for the last day on the first day your there, go at a time that suits them (not you), just go!

Yelp
We came here about 20 to 2 on a Tuesday and were seated right away by a lady who looks to be the owner. Handwritten menu, she was kind enough translate some of the dishes we didn't recognize. We started with the scallops, each of us getting a single scallop grilled in its shell, sitting in butter. I could have eaten 5 of them, it was so delicious. It came with the coral (or roe), which I usually don't eat as I have never liked the texture, but I tried this one and it was delightfully tasty as well. My husband wanted the spaghetti vongole and I ordered the monkfish. The vongole was hands down the best either of us have ever had. Pasta done perfectly, the sauce a dream, the tiny clams tender and flavorful. The monkfish was beautiful as well, drizzled with olive oil with basil, accompanied by a block of polenta we ate by swabbing it with the sauce from the vongole. We split a bottle of house wine (lovely) and ordered a white chocolate mousse topped with chocolate sauce (very sweet but my husband ate every last morsel) and a slice of torta cioccolata, which was rich but not too sweet, chocolately but not overly so. She gave me an enormous slice so I didn't have to threaten my husband with my fork when he casually took a few bites. It's just coffee, no cappuccino there, and strong coffee at that. They bring you the Moka pot out. A marvelous meal and a delightful hostess. Everything fresh and delicious. It is small so I can see that you will need reservations in the evenings. We will be back.

Yelp
Our favorite dinner spot in Venice! One of those hidden gems off the beaten path, mostly serving locals. Menu is alway handwritten in Italian, translating it may be tricky, but the hosts are very nice, doing their best to answer questions. Their seafood pasta and squid are out if this world! Tiramisu was also one of the best we had in Italy (and we did make a point to try tiramisu in every restaurant we went to )

Yelp
This is a great place to get local seafood. The handwritten daily menu offers tons of great antipasti and secondi dishes. There was at least one non-fish primi dish that was exceptional, like the ragu, but don't expect to find much in the meat category. Since the menu leans heavily Venetian and seafood, the offerings are relatively adventurous for the average American diner. We ordered the pickled sardines in onions and raisins. They were fantastic! But the ladies at our table from Michigan definitely made faces when the dish was delivered. Reservations are a must, bring your Italian dictionary.

Yelp
Tourist trap! Tourist trap! Please avoid this place. Expensive, poor service and fakes exclusievenes with "reservations".

Yelp
We came in for lunch and experienced the best meal of our 3 days so far in Venice. Came for a quick light meal and the fish was lovely and fresh, with a generous enough portion for my husband and I to share the mixed fish appetizer and two insalada mista. House wine is a decent Valpolicella and is reasonably priced. Friends who have lived in Venice recommended 4 Feri for lunch or dinner.

Yelp
Great food! I really enjoyed the spaghetti and of course the athmosphere, very Venetian!

Yelp
Buttery spaghetti seafood dishes with big shrimp, soft scallops, tender clams, and more. I had the black squid ink sauce - lovely "seppie nere" - for the first time in my life. Smile and you teeth are black. All dishes are around 28 euro, but are double sized for sharing. Single portions of spaghetti with clam sauce and spaghetti ragu run 11 euro and 8 euro, respectively. Five of us shared two double entrees. Appetizers included a plump scallop with caramelized veggies on a pecten shell, a large oval dish of big, clean, flavorful mussels with baby clams scattered about, in an outrageous butter/lemon sauce that we soaked up with our bread. (Venice at the moment has small clams due to unregulated overfishing, and clammers are picketing a few blocks South every morning.) My favorite app was a Venetian styled white sardine with pickled onions and white raisins. I picked the bones out, but most in my company didn't. Dessert, wine, grappa... it's all there along with a fast and friendly staff that pride themselves for being a little cuckoo.

Yelp
My grilled sole was decent, not bad, but nothing to write home about. The service was poor, almost like they didn't want tourists there. The menu was only in Italian and they didn't offer to explain anything to us, even though they spoke English. We sat next to a friendly Italian lady, from Milan and she said her food was "OK", but "not good". Prices were fair to low, catering to the locals. I certainly would not return, if I ever come back to Venice.

Yelp
We had a great dinner here, our server took the time to translate the entire menu verbally into English for us. We had scallops for an appetizer and spaghetti with lobster and artichokes for dinner. We also had some sort of homemade milk custard topped with a caramel sauce for dessert. I would recommend all of these, everything was fairly portioned and delicious. We spent around 50 euros on dinner and received very friendly and welcoming service.

Yelp
Visiting from USA. Authentic, charming small space. Our vegetable plate starter was amazing! We licked the plate. Spaghetti with giant shrimp(they tasted like mini lobsters) in a red sauce, was very simple and satisfying. We sat at a community table. The pricing is very reasonable.

Yelp
The spaghetti with clams (vongole) and tiramisu were both delicious. A bit cramped, but worth it for the food and wine. Felt very authentic.

Yelp
Birds of a feather... Difficult to find (what isn't in Venice?) but well worth it. Just round the corner from the trendy bars of Campo Saint Margherita, Ai Quattro Feri is a must for lovers of fish and seafood. Prawns were tasty and succulent and portions were huge. The restaurant has an informal, laidback vibe with well-worn wooden furniture, wine in pottery jugs and friendly staff who don't mind engaging in a bit of banter. Probably not the best place for a romantic meal à deux as you may find yourself sharing a table. Great fun and even better value.
