Quaint “hole in the wall” Italian Restaurant. It was a spur of the moment decision to go here but we were warmly welcomed and served. The food was incredible. I had the Arrabbiata which was deliciously moreish with a nice lil kick from the chillies. Compliments to the Tuscan Chef!

We called in on spec to see if they could accommodate us and they did. The chef and the staff member that night were charming. From recommending wine to telling us the story behind the dish I had chosen. We were welcomed like old friends, fed like long lost family and bid farewell like we would return tomorrow. I would highly recommend this restaurant

My partner and I had a lovely evening at Osteria recently when visiting the area for the weekend. The food and wine was exceptional and a perfect atmosphere - we could have been in Tuscany! Our lovely waiter for the evening, Max, was knowledgeable and talked us through every dish and could answer all of our questions. The chef was brilliant, not only was his food perfect, it was nice to see him in the restaurant and to have a brief chat with him. We really hope to be back if we are in the area again!

We were overwhelmed by the friendly courtesies afforded us by the Tuscan chef (owner) and his front of house waitress. Highly recommended if you are looking for genuine, delicious Tuscan cuisine and a friendly atmosphere. Will visit again next time we are in the vicinity :-)

Beautiful food. Had the Ragu Lamb and the Lasagne, absolutely amazing. The waitress was very helpful and polite. Highly recommend.

What a nice little find. Managed to book a table on the day for 7.30pm. Friendly staff, great Chef and loved the way he was doing his rounds to customers to ask what he thought of the food. I couldn't fault it and said Bellissimo. It made him laugh. Had a 3 course meal. Bruschetta Funghi, the Special Ragu Bolognese followed by the Ice Cream Truffle with coffee sauce. All were fantastic and would definitely highly recommend and can see myself going back again. Friendly atmosphere and do not feel rushed.

A lovely friendly restaurant, great service! The bruschetta platter was delicious, all of them are wonderful. I had the vegetarian platter which was also tasty albeit a bit heavy on the olive oil and garlic. My partner chose a special of Tuscan sausage & bean pasta, which was just cheesy fusilli with some meat. It was fine, but for the price it didn't feel very much like a special. Wouldn't stop us returning though as the rest of the food was amazing.

Fantastic little Italian restaurant. A small menu offering some more interesting choices than your standard Italian. A lot of time and effort has gone into making this place what it is. Just brilliant!

Tonight I ate the best Italian meal I've had outside of Italy... at Osteria Caernarfon in Wales. The chef is from Florence, and he has a passion for his work, often coming out of the kitchen to chat with patrons, talking about his creations, genuinely interested in how the food was being received. Highly recommended!

What a find! This little spot (fewer than 10 tables total) is on the aptly named Hole in the Wall Street. The owner is from Florence and it shows in the authentic food. The menu is small - bruschetta, trays of meats and vegetables, and homemade pastas. But it is all made to order, fresh and flavorful. We shared a few different bruschetta's to start, all of which were delicious. Then we each had a different pasta dish. There is a decent wine list and there are sweets to finish the meal, although we were too full.
