Travelled close to an hour for this, no reservation, and it’s awesome! One of the best pasta I had in Europe :) the staffs are soooo sweet. My husband and I ordered to 1 pasta share and they split the portion equally. That’s so sweet, first restaurant to do that in our one month trip, so the service is awesome. The cons is there’s TOO MANY MOSQUITOS / INSECTS. I’m the mosquito food throughout the meal 😵‍💫. Please set up some mosquito traps..

Really good food and a very friendly stuff. Dishes of the day were perfect choice;) Creamy texture of polenta and mix of vegetables with cuttlefish and a glass of wine! Amazing!

Easily one of the best meal we’ve had in Venice. The raw scampi pasta was utterly delicious. Everything else we had was also top notch. The wait staff couldn’t be more friendly too. Book! Don’t wait.

Authentic and tasty local eatery. The service is excellent. Reasonably priced for the quality. Highly recommended. Black and red spaghetti > Spaghetti "busara"!!!

Very good little neighbourhood osteria doing mostly traditional food but some different things available. They have some gluten free menu options as well such as roast chicken or a veggie curry and rice. Very good service from friendly staff who speak a little English. You can sit outside when the weather is good. The puddings are very good. The chocolate mousse and mascapone with fruit and biscuits are recommended. I went twice and would definitely go back again.

Amazing meal here and very thoughtful servers. Spaghetti busara was amazing. Get that. Best value restaurant i had in venice.

Seeing the menu, this restaurant stood out from almost every restaurant in town... not just the same, typical choices as most. We arrived right at opening and the staff kindly seated us as they filled up quickly with reserved tables. The asparagus flan was great. I had the pasta with rabbit in a rich white sauce and my partner had the ravioli with hazelnuts. Truly, this was the only restaurant in Venice that did not underwhelm us ...exactly opposite. They redeemed the reputation of great Italian cooking. There was a small mistake in my partner's dish, I am not sure what was said at payment, but the restaurant had very gracious customer service, as well. In a very quiet end of town this place is a gem that I bet locals hope to keep secret, but a restaurant this good deserves to be praised.

I stumbled upon this place by accident during my first trip to Venice in 2018, as it was close to where I was staying. I returned seven years later because I couldn’t forget the experience—and it was just as amazing as the first time. Now, after four trips to Venice, it’s still the best place for food. The Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with scampi tartare is simply outstanding, and the paired wine is perfectly chosen. I wish I could give it an extra star!
