What a lovely experience this was. A little off the beaten path in Ferrara, maybe more of a local favourite than something tourists will typically seek out but definitely a place you'd regret missing. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, with artwork on the wall and the old wooden ceiling above. I chose a melanzane as starter and tortellini in brodo for my main. Both were super tasty, made with care and passion. It's amazing how the food made me feel at home immediately.
Service was friendly, quick and attentive. Tried my best at using Italian instead of English and they were very patient with my efforts. Much appreciated.
