Very nice experience….it can be a restaurant or a place where to drink some good wine, eating good stuff… Menu was good, mixed ham and cheese, and the famous canederli. Dessert was very good with sweet canederli, with menu clearly explaining all the food. Price was not cheap but food was ok. Good local wine selection.

Fantastic food and lovely staff. This is a place where you can enjoy finely made italian food and everything from the olive oil to the main dish and desert are prepared fresh and with care. Staff are very friendly and even if we needed sth outside the menu they did their best to accomodate our needs. The wine is also good here. I specially recommend the desert and recommended wine with it (or coffee if you prefer that). The only point is that it's not quite a cheap place, but the quality makes the cost worth and more.

A very friendly welcome from the owner. We had a delicious meal. The tartare and steak and also the canederli are highly recommended.

Very good food Michelin star level. Cozy place, good service. Big selection of tartare, all tasty. Prices are on a high side, but well worth it.

An absolute gem in Rovereto. Superb food and excellent ambiance. Paulo is a great host and the staff are all A+. Very helpful advice on wine paring and great local wine available. A must visit for anyone visiting Rovereto.

Great place! Lovely ambiance, especially downstairs; quick and attentive service; fantastic food and wine - try especially the traditional canederli in broth or melted butter (truly some of the best I have ever had), or any of the salads. The Moscato wine from Castel Besano was the best I have tried - highly recommended!

They could go for the Michelin star if they wanted, specially with the rabbit. Everything was perfect, just in the end a mistake with the bill and the wine was a bit less expensive in the menu. Still, very happy and we would go back again. Cognilio is the King

Been there during February 2019. We came for lunch, on Sunday: the restaurant was full but they let us in, and asked us to wait. It was definitely worth the wait! High quality dishes, well prepared and with very good ingredients. Warm atmosphere, quite formal, friendly professional personnel. Perfect position, close to MART museum and city downtown. Prices are ok, compared with quality.

What a lovely place. The meal was fantastic and the wine superb! This is a must when you are in Rovereto. Their wine selection is top notch as was their service.

Delicious food close to the Autobahn which makes it very convenient. The service is outstanding and the dishes we had were fantastic. (Risotto with asparagus and Tagliolini with vongole and broccoli) everything on the menu others ordered also looked very good! It was just the right amount to also share a dessert (chocolate souffle) which also was impeccable! they give you nice wine recommendations. the interior is straight nice and clean in an old fashioned italian trattoria style. And in the end the price for two was surprisingly low: 40€ Overall a fantastic experierence and a relaxing satisfying stop on a long journey!
