Cool place close to the water. Make sure to ask what they have that was caught that day. We had a fish i had never heard of or seen before as an appetizer. It was really good. Those aren't its actual eyes...I added pomegranate seeds.

This place was highly recommended to us by a local, and food absolutely delicious. Seafood was really fresh and so good. Service was quick, and the staff were all super friendly. Recommend booking a table in advance as it's a popular spot.

The covered portico was much appreciated on the windy night, we watched the sun set as our prosciutto and melon was served. My cavatelli with mixed seafood was so fresh I could taste the sea. My partner is not a huge seafood fan but his beef steak was tender and huge! The local cake filled with custard and cream was absolutely delicious. The veteran staff expertly hosted and served food as the tables filled twice over when we were there. There was a huge group inside that started singing as we left, everyone had a jolly time.

Best fish restaurant in this Area I didn’t had any reservation and the restaurant was fully booked. But the waiter was so service minded to get a table for me. I eat some fresh oysters, gratinated mussels and fried fish and all was so very good and real fresh fish. To complete my diner a small dessert and I had some wine of the house and a double espresso. Only had to pay € 62,-!!!

We came here on the recommendation of our wonderful Trullo host Marilena – and it was a spot-on choice. Apparently, her entire family has been celebrating all their special occasions here for years, and now we understand why: The food is incredibly fresh – straight from the sea – and absolutely delicious, prepared with great care and passion. The atmosphere by the harbor in Savelletri is both relaxed and cosy, and the staff is warm and attentive. We also had a lovely interaction with the waiters, who shared stories about their culture, adding even more depth to the experience. I especially loved the slogan on their t-shirts which stands for “slowly slowly”. It perfectly captured the relaxed, joyful spirit of a holiday in Italy. After all, as the saying goes: “Take a vacation in Italy – it adds years to your life.” And this evening certainly did.

The best food experience so far on our trip in Puglia !!! The Burrata and the grilled octopus can be recommended. Lovely service, we felt so welcome at this place. Thank you all at Osteria del Porto for making this lunch memorable!

Yelp
Service was terrible and so was the food. We made a reservation for six requesting an outside table. We were refused an empty outside table for six, and given an indoor table in the back. Food was sub par as well. We were rushed and servers acted annoyed because we were asking questions about the menu and needed a couple of explanations and translations. Avoid!!

Yelp
Most enjoyable meal in Puglia. Service and seafood were amazing for our party of 8. Conveniently located near the waterfront. Crudo Mare was fresh. Tuna tartare, polpo, fried anchovies and fried mixed seafood were all delicious. Server brought us limoncello to cap off the meal.

Yelp
A classic Puglia seafood restaurant, with the cooler full of today's catch on display. More than that, you pick the particular fish that you'd like. Our visit on a Saturday evening around 8:30 found the restaurant full but not hectic or rushed - such a pleasure in this part of the world! We had the sea bream, and the server brought out a particularly beautiful fish for our approval - the preparation was classic Apulia, which means that the flesh is just done, erring on the underdone side. If you are like me, ask for the fish to be 'drier' - they will make it perfectly to American tastes. Everything here will have local olive oil added, which just makes it fantastic - we also had a insalda caprese, something we look at as a 'table stakes' first plate - the cheese was made locally that morning and was sublime.
