Dinner our first night in Florence. Seafood may not have been as fresh as I’m used to, but fun. My husband loved the wine pairing. His beef was delicious, rustic and his tiramisu was everything one could hope for in an Italian vacation dessert. Amazing olive oil and I loved the touch of the leather table mat. The service was super attentive and thoughtful.

Service and staff were good. Nice location but the food is definitely not worth it. It is not bad, just average for a Michelin star place

We had dinner here and it was delicious the food was incredible. The staff were attentive and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion.

For our last night dinner in Florence, the waiter made a mistake by ordering the wrong main course for me. When we pointed it out, it was addressed with only "let me check" and "it's coming". Both of us had to wait for an additional 15-20 minutes for the dishes while being really hungry. We could tell that my dish was prepared in a rush as the chef forgot to put salt and there were pieces of fish scales that I had to remove. When the meal concluded, no one came to us apologizing for the mistake and inconvenience. They played it down and acted like it was not a big deal. This level of quality and service is below the standard you expect rom this establishment.

The best. Superb food and refined service. Beautiful decor. Warm, welcoming staff.

I recently dined her, and my experience was marred by Fabio, the shift manager. His uncommonly rude and unaccommodating behavior tainted what should have been an enjoyable meal. Despite the food's quality, Fabio's dismissive attitude and lack of basic courtesy make this a place I cannot recommend. If you value respectful service, look elsewhere.

Booked a table for 2 at 9pm. 9:30 before we got the drinks menu. I had a starter from the Michelin started restaurant menu which was really nice, a prawn on panzanella with olive and caviar. Main course was BBQ Beef sirloin / Potato millefeuille / Spinach / Porto wine. The potato was. The beef had no taste, potato was the size of a 2 euro coin. Wine was good but €50. Desert was nice but the coffee tasted like instant coffee. The waiter was the only nice thing about the meal. There are other better and cheaper alternatives

Excellent, professional restaurant, one of the best we visited in Italy. However, do be warned that while the prices may seem like in any other place you find in the city, the portions are considerably smaller as it's more of a fine dining location :) Well worth it, though. Everything was prepared to the highest standards - which, surprisingly, isn't always the case in Italy. Plus, you are dining in a piece of history - the oldest standing building in Florence!

Yelp
I went here several times during my stay in the hotel. The Bar was 5 stars and made a great Vodka Martini just as I specified. I was not too impressed with the dinner. I found it expensive and small portions. Although the servers were very friendly and knowledgable. I recommend stopping off here each night for a night cap and skipping the meal.

Yelp
Delicious food the Guinea Fowl pasta was to die for. It is a small family run place with very personable staff. Owner created us and made us feel welcome the entire meal. Someone from the states recommended this place and we were definitely glad we did. Probably my favorite meal in Rome!
