The food tastes good, the atmosphere is nice, old town, everything in stones and cozy corner. Prices are fine, I didn’t like the water is so expensive. Gnocchi with truffle are amazing!!! Waiting was a bit long. I would like chef to add more vegetarian options to the menu.

Lovely food. The atmosphere is very authentic. Although the seats were not very comfortable, we still enjoyed ourselves very much. The food is brilliant. We hot the buffalina pizza, the carpaccio and truffle pizza and spaghetti pomodoro. All were exquisite. The food arrived a bit late, but the servers were very friendly which made up for the delay. It looks like its a very popular place, which is probably why it was so full of customers, hence the delay in food arrival, but we didnt mind. Would highly recommend.

Just had an awesome meal at Osteria delle Coppelle! The food was seriously fantastic — everything we tried was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The carpaccio was a standout, super fresh and beautifully sliced. The pasta cacio e pepe was absolutely delicious — creamy, cheesy, and perfectly al dente. The vibe was cozy and laid-back, and the staff was really friendly and chill. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for great food in a relaxed setting. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Google
Pizza with mortadella and stracciatella wasn’t even pizza, it was cold not fresh focaccia with some ingredients on top, too crusty and cold, ingredients should be cold but not the bread. Not tasty at all, don’t ignore the reviews, food is not good here. Though atmosphere, location and service was good, no questions. ☝🏽but food…no

Google
This place is good located in the lovely square. Food was good but very oily, pasta was like in the oil soup (maybe some people like that, idk). Pizza was tasty but also oil was draining off it… Also be aware that they charge 5€ for the bottle of water they stand on a table and another 5€ for table service. Speaking about service, it was just bad. We had to call a waiter several times to ask for pizza plates or tissues, they said yes yes and didn’t give anything

My favorite restaurant in Rome. The Sicilian Tuna is divino. Chill atmosphere with outdoor seating on a narrow street lined with cobblestone. Very attentive staff.

Google
Through my research for restaurants to go to in Rome, this was one of them with the top dish recommended as the truffle carbonara (see our review below). Service was great, food was unique + delicious, wine was a server recommendation and was also great. Tables were small as other reviews have noted, but this is Italy! We got a bruschette, two of their small snack dishes (Cicchetti) and a pasta each. 5⭐️ - Crema di carbonara e carciofi - one of the most flavorful bruschettas we've ever had. The artichoke was incredible! 5⭐️ - Patate cacio e pepe - SO good, going to try adding cacio e pepe to roasted potatoes here at home now, so yummy! 4⭐️ - Coratella con carciofi - this wasn't my vibe but my partner loved it! 4⭐️ - Vermicelli alla Carbonara con Tartufo - We both ended up getting the truffle carbonara. It was really good but we had better. Would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting. We'll definitely come again just for that bruschetta!

We enjoyed everything we ordered. The truffle gnocchettis are the best truffle dish I’ve ever had. It was one of the restaurant best recommendation and It blew my mind.

Yelp
From Chicago and I feel really torn about this review. My daughter wanted to go here for dinner, and it was about a 3 km walk from our place. When we got here, they told us it was about an hour wait. I estimate they had about 150 people seated. It was a very fun crowd, raising glasses and toasting, singing happy birthday, very fun. We waited about 50 minutes for a waiter to take our order. I ordered cacio tre pepi, and I have it on good authority that it is a local favorite. We ordered some peach wine, and waited for our food. Our waiter had a sweet handle bar mustache and was quite a character. But the service (2/5) overall was not good. A couple things we ordered did not come out right, and we were given someone's spinach meal. The complimentary bread came out, but with no olive oil. If this review was only for the cacio tre pepi, it would be a 5-star review. The dish was superb! But too many gaffes to give with integrity more than 3.

Yelp
We waited an hour for a table, even though we made reservations. Very annoying because they kept telling us "10 more minutes, 10 more minutes." The service wasn't great, half of the food was really good, the other stuff was not as tasty. The tiramisu, goat cheese and Buffalo mozzarella and black truffle bread were my favorite!

Yelp
Make a reservation as it does get really busy! It seemed to be busy with lots of locals, which I took as a good sign! Waiters were as attentive as they could be given it was very busy. The food and wine were excellent and the ambiance was lively. Don't go here if you want a quiet intimate dinner. Would go back for sure!

Yelp
Great food! We had beef cheek, pasta, caponata abs salad! All fantastic! White wine from North of Italy . Try this place if you are at the neighborhood!

Yelp
This hit the top 2 epic eats in Italy for us, along with Baccano near the Trevi fountain. So, if we are talking top 2 epic eats in Italy you know you're in good company. If you're doing it big, be sure to get the bone-in steak they slice up right at the table, it's a great social activity. Besides eating like kings, try out the little appetizers for couple euros to add some cost-effective culture to that palette of yours!

Yelp
Our first night in beautiful Roma. We found this little cafe off the main square of the Pantheon. My son had a vegi Pizza with fresh squash blossoms. We had a prosciutto pizza. The atmosphere and ambiance was true Roma!! The service was great! Seated right away. arounf 10:30PM the locals descend and envelop the place with warm conversation and real Italian charm

Yelp
One of the best meals/experiences in Rome. We stumbled on this spot because of the outdoor dinning and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend.

Yelp
A good meal for lunchtime, I enjoyed their carbonara, though I don't think it was the best. Their oxtails were very good, and I enjoyed that a lot. My wife enjoyed hers more than I did, but I can't remember what she ordered.

Yelp
As a Yelp member for many years, I hate to write a bad review because I've always enjoyed my food experiences. However, my experience this evening was terrible. I love the city of Rome, love the country of Italy, and love the food. The service was poor and that is still fine, but I usually only accept bad service with great food. I've been to many restaurants with not so good of service but great food is what matters. Yet, I wanted to like the restaurant. I ordered three pastas and the filet, medium (though I prefer rare but everything was to be shared). They brought 2 of 3 pastas which were fine but not what ordered. The filet was delivered ice cold and raw, though the outside was charred. I think they keep "prepared" steaks in fridge. It was extremely sinewy as well. I sent filet back and asked for check. The waiter didn't bring check until 30 minutes later once I asked multiple times. He chose to avoid my table and set other tables until I insisted we pay Then we eventually get the ticket and it has the ordered items we didn't receive. Spent too much time resolving. The place is packed so I guess just a horribly bad experience otherwise cannot explain the crowd.

Yelp
I decided to eat here based on a list of recommended places to eat at from my Airbnb host. We had just arrived in Rome from Florence and needed to eat something. My bf and I arrived an hour before closing. We ordered an Italian salami appetizer and 2 pastas. I ordered carbonara and it was delicious. I forgot the name of the second pasta but it was also good. Service was quick and we were done within 45 mins. I'd recommend checking out this restaurant while in Rome.

Yelp
Judging by the crowd, the food, the prices, and the fact there is a nearby club, this is moreso a cheap eatery for college students. With that concept in mind, it wasn't great but it wasn't bad either. If I were a college student, I'd probably love this place. So go to this place with a college mindset and you'll be happy. Always kind of busy though and semi'slow service like other reviewers stated.

Yelp
The food was undercooked (I get al dente but Italiens should be able to cook eatable pasta...). The service was very slow and confused. Some of use didn't event get our main course and when the dessert came instead we just paid and left. Not a good experience at all, will not return or suggest to friends

Yelp
Very average, nothing special. Not an authentic Italian menu or meal. We sat outside -- I.T was cute & warm out, so we were pleased with they. I got 2 of the "bites", which truly are bites. Glad I wasn't any hungrier. Staff was friendly. The outdoor seating was in a cute little area in between buildings, weirdly with a market going on next to where we sat. Wouldn't recommend or come back. But not upset with the meal. Paid a little too much for how good I.T really was. Oh well.

Yelp
Went to this restaurant because we enjoyed a glass of wine in the waiting area the night before and made reservations for the following day. The waiter walked us to the back room. I noticed immediately that they were sitting all the young Roman locals in the front and outside sitting area, while tourists were seated in the back room and were not a priority. Another couple was at the same table and they looked annoyed still waiting for their food . We waited ten minutes and left while we watched locals who arrived later being fed before tourists. What has been a wonderful trip to Rome was tarnished and left a bad taste on how tourists are treated by this restaurant.

Yelp
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at this lovely osteria, and found the prices very reasonable. The two of us shared three of the cicchetti selections (polpetta al sugo, patata cacio e pepe and aubergine parmesan). These are ramequin-sized dishes priced at 3 euros each and are a very pleasant way to start. The star of our meal was the decadent vermicelli carbonara (9) with its perfectly charred pancetta, while the tagliatelle with fresh tomatoes (10) was light and very tasty. A heavy pour of house wine (only 5) and a half pint of cold Affligem (6) were great complements. Tiramisu (6) was excellent. Service was very professional and attentive. Our waiter was extremely pleasant and spoke fluent English and French. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Best pizza we had in Rome! Amazing wine, food & service. I recomend this to anyone looking for a beautiful night sitting outside having a great easy meal.

Yelp
Sage butter raviolis were wonderful. Very authentic. Lamb had a little too much fat on it. Kind of felt rushed to order everything at once and then ate too much

Sam N.

Yelp
Great location on a quiet little corner with an open seating area outside. Ordered a pizza and a bruschetta - both very very good. Good drinks, great cozy atmosphere

Connoisseurus C.

Yelp
Great tapas style bites, so you can try many Roman favorites. Veal cheek was beyond words, incredible rich flavor. Delicious wine and service was adequate. Good prices for what you get in terms of quality. Not sure what these poor reviewers are smoking.

Yelp
Meh. Very lively with lots of people - but bad service ( we had to go find the waiter to order- they had "forgotten " about us), so-so food (bland, stuck together pasta for me- pizza was just ok), and no house wine that has been a staple in Italy. I know that this is in Rick Steve's book, but his restaurant recommendations are hit or miss. This was a miss.

Mark A.

Yelp
We went here in a group of three, one was italian. Food was ok/average, but service was horrible. Impolite, super slow, and unpleasant. Do not recommend this place considering the multiple amazing options nearby.

Yelp
Had dinner here on a Saturday night. It was packed outside and in with young somethings, seems very popular with 30 to 40 year old crowd. We are in our 60's and enjoyed it and didn't feel out of place. Food was good not spectacular ...Prices reasonable. Our hipster kids would have loved this place.

Peter P.

Yelp
Average food, service so so, a bit pricey for what they give you and there are much better places around. So I would not recommend or go back again.

Natalie K.

Yelp
Best ravioli I have ever had. Stumbled across this restaurant when roaming the streets and just had an absolutely fantastic meal in the courtyard.

Yelp
I spent my best friend birthday two weeks ago and we had really good time...wines are very good, the prices are ok, the square is really nice the atmosphere wonderful...next time I'll be in Rome I'll have dinner too ...the dishes I saw looked very good!
