Absolutely incredible food. The starters, the mains.. all amazing 🥰 Some of the best (sea-)food you’ll have. Great service, very attentive. Local cuisine, perfectly prepared. A wonderful attack on your tastebuds. We will definitely come back here for more. Good prices, but if you ask for “a wine”, they will give you a fancy/pricey one (it was €40, but the taste was amazing). So if you’re on a budget, make sure to choose your own preferred wine.

An excellent seafood restaurant near by Genoa seaside. I dine here every time I visit Genoa. The staff is friendly. The restaurant interior is not so elegant but clean and simple. The menu is printed out every day. Medium size portions. I recommend to make a reservation. It’s suitable for a group party dinner too.

Amazing fresh food superb fish and traditional pasta from Liguria region. Tables are very tight and close eachother. In weekends and dinner reservation is almost mandatory if you want to get seated.

A local friend recommended me here to try genovese food. Now, with the strong recommendations for the catch of the day, which was swordfish, i believe, i had to order it. The freshness of the meat was unquestionable, and the fillet had no bones showing clear quality. And the style was quite clear. They trust the fresh products they have so they don't feel the need to overcharge the taste buds with extra things. Perhaps not for all, but i did appreciate it quite a bit. A lovely introduction to the city i must say.

Book ahead (day of is fine) for dinner at this bustling restaurant in Genova's old port district. The Ligurian cooking is delicious, the pesto is especially popular. There is a reasonable selection of wines by the glass and bottle. The service tends to be a bit brusque, and we had an issue with our waiter forgetting to bring out our mains. Unless you complete your plate, they likely will assume you're still eating and don't want your next course.

Booking in advance is recommended, the restaurant is off the beaten path, we went there at the suggestion of a friend. The menu was in Italian only (mostly local), but they also had a big one with pictures. Food was very fresh, we really loved the octopus (14€), also the mixed fried seafood (24€) was good. Desserts were a bit expensive (8€), and one of them so and so, that was the only downside. Paid 92€ for 3 persons (we had 3 plates and shared), plus wine and 2 desserts.

Youtube video motivated me to try this authentic seafood restaurant in Genoa and I was very satisfied to have lunch here. Since we had a lot of pasta in previous days, we tried grilled/fried seafood. The quality of food was amazing. It was worth to travel from Milano for a good food and milder weather. My daughter loved mixed fruit sorbet.

It was my first time trying the local Ligurian Cappon Magro. They have amazing Cappon Magro with good flavour. It was well plated too. The ravioli had a good flavour but too salty. Additional coperto and additional charge for water. Recommend a reservation if you are visiting as there were no tables available when I arrived.
