Osteria Fratelli Mori

Just a wonderful family Osteria. The care with the ingredients is evident from the carefully composed salad to the tasty lamb chops. Excellent wine list, good choices also available by the glass. Nice bonus: great craft beers are also available. When in Rome, this is a great place to taste authentic Roman cuisine. The restaurant is easily accessible by Metro B

We had a great dinner at this restaurants a bit out of the city center of Rome. They have an area where we could sit outside which was perfect as we wanted to enjoy the warm weather of the evening. We enjoyed fried zucchini flowers filled with talleggio cheese, pork cheeks, a delicious caponata amd for dessert they had the option of getting smaller portions of 3 of the dessert to be able to taste more - that was a treat for me. It looks like this was a restaurant that had a lot of local guests and that is a good sign. You can get here by taking the metro and it is only a couple of stops from the Colosseum.

I was very pleased with my visit. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was very good. Prices were average for Rome and absolutely fair. The restaurant also had a lovely atmosphere.

We had this restaurant on our list of places to try while on our tour to Rome . We didn’t make a reservation but luckily we were able to get a table on our last night in Rome. You walk in and the atmosphere feels like you are at home. Every dish was delicious and they paired a nice wine for us. We ended the night with tiramisu and it was the best we had. Grazie Millie!

We showed up at 8pm without a reservation and because it was still ealry they had place for us. 20 minutes after we arrived the place was getting full. My wife and I had the Cacio e pepe for the first time — and it was OUTSTANDING. Perfectly cooked pasta with a bold, fresh black pepper taste that really stood out. We followed it up with some tiramisu, and honestly, it's the BEST WE'VE EVER HAD. Light, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Our server was polite, attentive, and professional — we felt well taken care of throughout the meal. The atmosphere was warm and what I consider AUTHENTICALLY ITALIAN — exactly what we had hoped for. This place delivers, Highly recommend it.

Our dinner is amazing, foods are superb! The ox tongue is full of flavour, the tail meatball is to die for, our pasta dishes are top-notch!! The service is great! Our waiter took really really good care of us!! One of the best meals in Rome this trip!

The food here was outstanding. Lots of flavour and extremely well presented. Service started off really strong, they waited on us in English and had an English menu. They were very welcoming and timely between courses. I liked that there was music playing in the background whilst we ate and the room was air conditioned. I felt the service dipped as the meal went on and the room became busier. At the end of the meal, quite a few of the waiting staff seemed harassed. However, the authentic Italian food really made this place a favourite of ours. By the end of the meal, the room was filled with Italian's and that really says you're eating authentically. Also you can reserve a table online.

Loved it! The food (starter, main and desert) and the recommended wine were just perfect.We had a reservation with a table allocated inside, but we asked for a table outside — and they helped us get exactly what we wanted.
