A very special place with wonderful staff and owner. Had a terrific last meal in Ferrara. All dishes were great and memorable. Staff English was terrific and they really made us feel at home. Hope to return again. Andrew

wonderful establishment! Been there with a few colleagues after a conference. We called in short notice and were quite a few people. Sergio - the owner - made sure we can all be seated and was simply a wonderful host. Not only did they provide excellent food, but also quite some entertainment: Sergio played some italian songs here and there, which contributed to a wonderful night.

Definitely a must visit at least once when in Ferrara or even just come from nearby to have a nice lunch or dinner! The owner welcomes you and makes you feel at home, asks about your name and makes you laugh and feel so good! Try anything from the menu, I bet it's worth it, even if we only ate the cappolacci di zucca from primi piatti and maialino from secondi - big portions, tasteful. Also the antipasto is worth it! Lovely atmosphere. You might want to book a table or arrive early to have a table.

Cosy and nice place. Small family owned restaurant. Food was good and portions plenty. Try the cold cuts for starters. But be prepared to be full :)

The best restaurant in Ferrara! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The food was amazing, very tasty and nicely presented. People should come here to see and learn how a restaurant should be run. 😊
