Osteria Positano

We celebrated our engagement dinner here, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. I had been coordinating with Antonio, the manager, for weeks leading up to the night, and he exceeded every expectation. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely excited to help make the evening perfect. When we arrived, Antonio greeted us personally and handed us off to Ivan, who took care of us in every possible way. Ivan’s service was outstanding, attentive, genuine, and perfectly timed. Together, Antonio and Ivan went above and beyond to surprise us, celebrate our engagement, and make the night unforgettable. The food was phenomenal, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was everything you’d hope for in an intimate Italian dining experience. Hands down one of the most memorable and meaningful dinners I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

I recently dined at Osteria Positano on South Beach, and it was an unforgettable experience! The warm ambiance and charming decor instantly transported me to the coastal beauty of Italy. I ordered the clams and spaghetti along with meatballs, and both dishes were outstanding. The meatballs were a little on the overdone side, but nothing to complain about. The service was exceptional, particularly our server, Pedro, who was very attentive and made great recommendations to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, Osteria Positano is a must-visit for any Italian food lover or anyone looking to indulge in fantastic cuisine in Miami Beach. I can’t wait for my next visit to try more incredible dishes! Highly recommended!

Came here for dinner with my partner. We had the salmon ravioli and chicken alfredo with a side of mashed potatoes. The ravioli was good and had lots of flavor. The noodles seemed to be a little undercooked. The chicken alfredo was good but needed more seasoning. The mashed potatoes seemed like they were instant mashed potatoes and did not enjoy those. Our waiter Pedro was very nice and attentive. Overall a good place to eat for the vibes.

Really enjoyed my experience at this Italian restaurant. The service was top tier, German, super attentive and friendly without being overbearing. You can tell they care about the guest experience. I had the seafood pasta, which was solid. Maybe not the best I’ve ever had, but still flavorful and well-cooked. The portion was just right and the seafood tasted fresh, which I appreciated. Overall, the combination of good food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere made it a 5-star visit for me. Would definitely come back.

He was incredibly attentive, kind, and friendly throughout the entire evening. You could really tell he cared about making sure we had a great time. The rest of the team was also very welcoming and professional. The food was absolutely delicious. The prices are fair for the quality you get, and the atmosphere is warm and very kid-friendly. We felt completely comfortable here and would come back again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

When searching for a restaurant near my hotel, the stellar reviews for Osteria Positano stood out, and I knew I had to dine in soon. Osteria Positano was better than expected on all fronts. My husband and I arrived with about 45 minutes to closing and they happily sat us; I asked if we were ok to eat and said we would eat quickly, they said for us to enjoy our meal and not to rush. Our waiter Pedro was perfect. He made good recommendations and his presentation was colorful and attentive. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, with a mix of old school Italian aesthetics and the cheerful brightness of South Beach. The food was delicious and fresh, from the bread service, wine, appetizers and entrees. I could eat here every day. Thank you Pedro and everyone else at Osteria Positano for the unforgettable evening. I can’t wait to visit again soon!

Austria Positano — this is exactly what an Italian restaurant should be! The place is beautifully designed in the style of Italy’s Amalfi Coast, instantly putting you in the right mood. The waiter was friendly, attentive, and constantly made sure everything was perfect. He first took our drink order, brought a loaf of bread to the table, poured olive oil and balsamic vinegar for each of us on individual plates, and only then took the food order — a thoughtful touch that really enhanced the experience. For starters, we ordered traditional bruschetta, Caprese salad, and tuna tartare — all were perfectly seasoned. For the main courses, we had salmon-filled ravioli, shrimp pasta, ragu pasta, and Mediterranean fish. All the pasta is homemade and was excellent, though the fish could have used a bit more seasoning. For dessert, we shared a chocolate Nutella cake — nice, though a bit too firm for my taste.

Came here on a whim as we were staying in the hotel attached. Ended up being the best restaurant experience I've ever had. Beef Ragu and pistachio ice cream were both 1000/10 !!! Staff were so friendly, Pedro in particular was fantastic and made our experience even better. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and great food.
