Osteria Qui Se Magna!

We came last minute looking for a table for two, and all reservations were full, so make sure to book in advance. We were lucky to get a spot and try this truly authentic Italian restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious, as they say in Italian, “così delizioso.” If you want to taste rich, authentic Roman cuisine made with care, this is the place. A big thank you to Paolo for welcoming us last minute. The staff were kind, attentive, and took the time to explain the menu. We will definitely come back.

I think is the one of the best places that Ive tried in Rome, The food the quality the taste All of them are beyond amazing I just suggest to taste and try it And make sure to reserve before Every thing is amazing You are not disappointed

i think the chef had my boyfriend questioning his sexuality. his carbonara was apparently from another world (“the best he had ever tasted in his life”) and i can only imagine (i’m vegetarian), because my simple cacio e pepe was to die for. i will try to avoid this place from now on so my boyfriend can regain his focus on me. a local friend recommended this place to us and we absolutely loved it. very authentic, good atmosphere, down to earth, the service was excellent. we will return to rome as soon as possible just so we can enjoy another meal here. this is what restaurants should be like. absolute gem. abbraccio e bacio to the chef’s parents for conceiving him ⭐️

Wow! Just wow. I’m not one to write a review as I’m pretty lazy at these things but this place absolutely deserves a shout out. Last night of our trip myself and boyfriend were highly recommended this place as it’s pretty close by our air bnb. And believe me it did not disappoint!! It was for sure the best food we had in Rome. The atmosphere is fantastic and service was brilliant. Our waiter Lucas was attentive and so welcoming, describing each dish which was great as we are not the most fluent in Italian. It’s a very authentic restaurant and we really wanted to try local cuisine, and this place really had it all. Lucas recommended us the braised oxtail in tomato sauce for main, explaining its a popular dish, cooking for over 4 hours. I’ve truly never tasted something so delicious! Also artichokes were so so good! We ended the night with tiramisu and caprese cake- 100% recommend, really wish we had more time to visit this place to try even more off the menu-I was even getting food envy from the pasta dishes coming from the kitchen. Oh and the prices were very affordable! Thank you guys! You really made the end to our trip unforgettable & we can’t wait to come back!

Not much words to describe it, the carbonara was amazing! The guanciale was so crispy, the wine was good, and the prices are very affordable. Highly recommend.

in Rome, every Tomasso, Riccardo and Aroldo will claim their go-to is best in the city. so does Domenico (a friend from when we both worked for an Italian bank) who brought me to this modest but buzzing osteria full of folks tucking into homey food, some with "nasty bits" that's yuck to some but YUM to me. what we had: - fiori di zucca - fried zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta and anchovies. - coda alla vaccinara - ox tail stew. - pasta con fegatini di pollo - spaghetti w/ chicken livers. - tiramisu for dolci, espresso and pitcher of house red. simple, lip-smacking Roman cuisine. and cheap at 18€ per persona. Where: Pigneto, a lively working class district now home to students, yuppies and creative types (10min cab from city center).

we went there on a wednesday for a dinner! we had a very nice welcoming. our waitress took care of us quickly and understood that we were outsiders so took the time to explain every items on the menu and carefully gave us advices for the wine... honnestly it was perfect! one nice thing is that you can order half plates so we loved that because it gave us the opportunity to taste many things... I had a plate of pasta "gricia" that was amazing... super fresh pastas and tasty sauce (oil , cheese, bacon) my wife had the pastas with mix of tomatoes and eggplants and it was super tasty too.. secondo we had plates of vitello... those were very good but not outstanding... its not so difficult to execute but the quality was there. we finished that with a mascarpone that was super good... the whole experience deserves a 4.5 stars! did i forget to say that the wine we had with that was excellent

Went there for my birthday and I think I had never had better food for my birthday before, still telling people about the great self made pasta we got that day. Since we dont speak italian we were really grateful when the waitress came up to us serving us and giving us recommendation in english, thank you for this lovely evening!

Came here with some friends for their fixed menu. It was a really variety & amount for the price. I would definitely come here again when in the area.

Ate here tonight and we loved it. Never give 5 stars (except for lunch at tullio)! It's a bit out of the way, but the restaurant called us a taxi, which was awesome. No one there spoke English so we had to rely on a translation app which worked well.
