They ensure you either leave hungry and disappointed or poor and disappointed...or in our case, both. I believe a chef designed the menu. I believe a chef designed the plating of the food. But I also believe an accountant controls the amount of ingredients in your meal. You get none of the flavors described in detail from the menu. I had the connoli veal dish. It was some sort of soggy dough around an unidentifiable, tasteless dry brown mush. It had a tasteless brown sauce on top and a dotting of different color sauces on the plate. For 28 chf, you get 3 of these logs. My wife got the shrimp risotto with courgette flowers. We believe there was 1 small shrimp sliced up on her plate and no identifiable flowers. The risotto had no flavor. It was just plain. We were thankful for the pepper and salt on the table. Honestly, this place is embarrassing. The waiter knows it and doesn't really ask you if you enjoyed anything. He just wants to sell you water, wine and dessert. When we asked a couple questions about wine, he brought over a 100 page book of their wines. It's an impossible book. You have no need for this and no room on your table. Anyway, service was bad. Price was high. Food lacked flavor. Portion was small and overly designed. Go elsewhere.
