Otaku's Shop

So, if you’re an actual Otaku, cool, great, it’ll work. But for an Otaku who buys ACTION figures, such as, say, Shfigurarts or Mafex, or even Figma/Medicom, you’re not getting much. The best you’ll get are some Star Wars Black Series or McFarlane. There’s a few others, but the action figures generally don’t have the premium articulation or look as the ones previously listed. If you’re going there to get posters and static figures, it’ll work, but for me, an action figure collector, no bueno, I’d stick to the one in the Mayagüez Mall, the Anime Locker. Good figures, model kits, and action figures. This is a good store though, it’s got some super sweet vibes with all the posters and the mostly quiet atmosphere. Just know, it’s more for static figure collectors and people looking for posters. (I take it all back, they have some pretty sweet stuff, upon further examination.)

Amazing staff, friendly service and a great selection of anime, comic and manga items. They have hoodies, posters, keychains, POPs, figurines, and more. It’s pretty cool to come check out but it’s impossible to stop in and not purchase anything.

The store is good but if you are looking for certain items like figures (static or posable), the little few available are way overpriced. Great selection of shirts (although most with good designs were XLs), Keychains, pops and misc items.

horrible customer service. i purchased a defective item from them when i went to take it back i stated to them that i would like to get one of the same but that is working. they said they didnt have any so i asked for store credit. they had me standing in the store for about an hour while asking me for a screwdriver when i dont evern work there. they took so long to provide me with a proper refund and even after they did provide me with instore credit. I was still insulted as i left the store by one of the employees as they screamed at me. For wanting a refund.

I found this lovely store online and was skeptical about buying online at first but they’re WONDERFUL! They shipped so fast and my backpack arrived in perfect condition exactly as described!

Honestly I loved the store is has so many stuff of my favorite anime, though I wished it had haikyuu, bungoustraydogs and jujutsu kaisen merch it will be the best💕 I really wanna go here again

The personnel is helpful and knowledgeable. They don't force you to by, they are very understandable of what you looking for with awesome suggestions. Highly recommended.
