We really loved this place! The terrace is beautiful 🤩 lots of greenery, and it honestly feels like you’re sitting in a little garden. We felt very welcome, the service was truly top-notch, and the whole evening was really enjoyable 🫶🏼 They also serve shisha 😉 Special thanks to Mr. Ameer 🤝🫶👏❤️

We had a wonderful dining experience today as we celebrated a newlywed couple. The food was delicious, the ambience was cozy, and everything felt very welcoming. We really appreciated how the staff handled our celebration with warmth and genuine hospitality -most specially Miss Rona. The complimentary cake for the newlyweds was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture — it made the moment even more special. Thank you for helping make this day memorable. I really enjoyed my experience at Otantik. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh flavorful dishes and well prepared. I also loved the complimentary sweets, which were a lovely touch and made my family’s experience even more special. The service was excellent, especially our server Rona, friendly attentive and welcoming. Overall, it was a great place to enjoy a relaxed and satisfying meal.

We regulars here, despite the service was not up to mark today from the staff, the food was great. I really hope the staff are more attentive next time, even though the shop was nearly empty, in other words not busy. Please consider the review out of love and constructive for better overall service 🙏🏻

I recently had lunch at Otantik. Unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I expected. There were quite a few flies around, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal. The chicken shish and fries tasted very similar, perhaps because they might have been cooked in the same oil. The chicken itself was a bit dry and lacked the smoky flavor I was hoping for. I hope the restaurant can improve the food quality and hygiene.

Our experience at Otantik was a memorable one. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. We ordered the cheese kofta and the Otantik Chicken, and both dishes were absolutely fantastic—rich in flavor and cooked to perfection. The highlight of our experience was the manager, who was so kind and attentive, making us feel truly valued. This is a place that combines amazing food with genuine hospitality. Definitely Recommend!

Amazing experience! Had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant the dish we ordered was mouth-watering and the presentation was impressive. Our server karen was knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. The place and ambiance was cozy and the outdoor seating was lovely. Will definitely come back!
