OTDC Panthanivas - Rambha

The room was impeccably maintained, and the peaceful, serene outdoor setting added to the relaxing atmosphere. The meals were not only delicious but also hygienically prepared, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. I loved every moment of my time here and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a refreshing getaway. You can visit anytime and expect a great experience.

The main building is quite old. It has a nice spacious compound. Every room has a terrace overlooking the sea and the hills. People are good there. The foods that I had were freshly cooked and tasty. The price is high.

Horrible horrible situation. Dirty dilapidated rooms, bad service, rude staff, food not cleaned. Staff is extremely uncooperative. Extremely dirty kitchen. Extremely dirty rooms. A horrible experience, needs a major overhaul. On top of it power went off 4 times during night. Actually all OTDCs are in bad shape.

Huge area, nice cottage, most staff are friendly but service is rather poor. Also the food quality I was used to, in Panthanivas at various locations visited over the years, was much better than what we are getting here.

Excellent location, well spread out property....but unfortunately extremely bad maintenance, management and infrastructure. It appears as if the government authority has decided to ruin this property as soon as possible....or any hidden agenda to handover to private management.

Property in prime location, but the rooms are not maintained. Stinking bad odour not cleaned properly. Even the dining room is stinking. Fridge not working, The fish served is Andhra Rohu..and is stale. Lighting is not proper and everything is under disarray. The government should maintain it properly.

Location of the property is excellent. It is just adjacent to Chilka Lake. Food is awesome. Nice view from the property

Panthanibas needs immediate renovation. Location is beautiful but property has very poor quality of rooms, washrooms, bed linens, sofas. We stayed in Executive and Cottage rooms. Price is very high compared to quality and saw price has been even doubled after our visit. Only plus point of staying here is to watch Sunrise and Sunsets by the Chilka lake. Food price is relatively cheap here and freshly prepared and tasted good. Staff behaviour and services are fine.
